본 연구는 창업보육센터 입주기업의 기업가를 대상으로 기업가의 심리특성과 역량특성이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구의 결과, 기업가의 심리특성(성추욕구, 위험감수성향)이 기업성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 기업가의 역량 특성 중 기회인지 능력과 네트워크는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 창업보육센터 입주기업 기업가의 특성이 기업성과에 실제 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝혔다. 이에 창업보육센터에서는 입주기업 기업가의 특성을 고려하여 각종 지원서비스를 계획하고 차별화된 서비스를 제공하여야 한다는 시사점을 시사해주고 있다.

우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the impact of the performance of ITBI's tenant. The study also aims to find out the relation between tenant's output and variables such as service usage, service quality, customer satisfaction. To achieve this aim, we carried out both a review of the literature and an empirical research. To verify the relation of each variable, structural equation model analysis using AMOS4.0 is performed. The results are as follows. First, service usage of ITBI's have significant positive effects on customer satisfaction of business incubation center. On the other hand, service quality of ITBI's doesn't have direct effects on customer satisfaction of business incubation center. Second, customer satisfaction of business incubation center have significant positive effects on technology development. Third, managerial improvement of tenant have significant positive effects on the total sales. On the other hand, technology development doesn't have direct effects on the total sales. According to those results, the business incubation center should improve the service quality and customer satisfaction. Also, the center make every effort to connect the perforated line in structural equation model. The implications of these findings and possibilities of further research are discussed.

The purpose of this study is, through journal review, to introduce and analyze the success factor and programs of CONNECT which have made key contributions in the construction of San diego Bio-cluster and thereby show directions business incubators in Korea should try to follow. CONNECT is a most popular bench-marking case over the world for bio-venture incubation. In this paper, core success factors and incubating programs of CONNECT are analyzed in detailed way for local govenments and incubating institutions to develop enterprise promotion policy. CONNECT is famous for its tailored services to meet the varying needs of entrepreneurs at all stages of their business life cycles and growth. CONNECT is a pioneer which provide mainly software services by using network while it provide hardware supports like space at minimun level. CONNECT has provided early stage corporations with diverse software services on which business incubators in Korea should have focus Since its inception, CONNECT has assisted more than 800 technology companies. Leadership of policy makers, network and software services have been key success factors of UCSD CONNECT.

Nowadays, many small businesses have experienced the failure of business or hardship. In this point, specific and integrated information for startup business should be required to decrease the rate of failure and to increase the rate of success. This study is to suggest the integration of various data which various public institutions have separately. For this purpose, it is to classify the data types in constructing big-data for start-up business and to suggest a way of data integration, analysis method, and web or services of information system for supporting startup businesses.

In this study, evaluation factors for effective operation are classified to goal-operation strategy, human and physical resources, incubating services, and networking program in business incubator. And, the success strategies of supporting these are classified to construction of industry-academy-laboratory networking system, specification and specialization, finance independence, and appointment of special operation staff in business. We are also presented the priority of success strategy based on the results of analysing by enterprises in business incubator, enterprises graduated form business incubator, and director of business incubator by applying the evaluation model using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique proposed in this paper. Finally, we are suggested the concrete propelling schemes of success strategy.

The start-up program of service company is able to give the positive effect to the job creation and growth but actually the rate of success for start-up program in service industry low and thus the effective support program is required. Recently, it is required that entrepreneurial spirit for success of start-up program in service industry. We examined entrepreneurial spirit between participation motivation in service industry. The results are as follows. As a result of survey for education program participant, it was found that 4 causes of Entrepreneurial Spirit such as innovation thought, market-oriented thought and art-oriented thought, management thought are all significant and especially, the effect of management thought showed somewhat high level in entrepreneurial spirit. Hereafter, this study may help to guide the motivation of preliminary entrepreneurs as food & beverage, restaurant business, retailer, other service industry.

In the rapidly changing industrial environment, the continuous increase in demand for entrepreneurship emphasizes the effective support of the government for the survival and growth of entrepreneurs and the necessity of establishing systematic initiative promotion policies. To this end, Of the total number of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to establish a new classification system for entrepreneurial industry that reflects the trend of entrepreneurship based on convergence technology that emerged during the 4th Industrial Revolution era in order to establish a systematic initiative upbringing policy. In this paper, we propose a new classification system for entrepreneurial ecosystem by using Delphi technique. As a result of the study, the categories of entrepreneurial industry are classified into technology entrepreneurship and general entrepreneurship. Technology entrepreneurship is divided into ICT services, ICT manufacturing, general manufacturing, cultural contents and biotechnology. The results of this study suggest a meaningful implication in the establishment of effective policies to support entrepreneurship in the future by establishing new standards of industry classification system of entrepreneurs.

최근 높은 청년실업률과 평생직장의 개념이 축소된 현대사회에 청년들은 평생직장을 찾기 보단 자신의 역량을 발휘하여 조기창업을 선호하고 있지만 창업 이후 사업유지의 불안, 인적자원관리, 생계유지에 대한 불안이 매우 높다. 이런 요인은 청년들이 창업을 유지하며 자신의 잠재된 창업역량 및 창업 유지에 부정적 영향을 미치며 청년의 창업 불안은 개인의 심리적소진을 야기하고 창업에 대한 동기가 약화되어 사업을 운영·유지에 어려움을 겪고 조기 폐업으로 연결되며 청년부채, 청년 심리문제, 청년 학업중단등 심리적 및 사회적문제로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 창업역량. 창업동기와 심리적 회복탄력성과의 상관관계 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 청년창업가의 심리적 회복탄련성의 요인이 창업동기와 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 사전 조사하고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 토대로 청년의 심리적 회복탄력성을 높이고 창업 역량, 창업동기의 긍정적 영향을 미치기 위한 심리상담, 창업 관련 사회심리교육 및 심리서비스 지원등 해결방안을 모색하여 사회에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청남도에 창업을 준비하는 청년들을 포함하여 창업활동을 하고 있는 만 20세~28세의 청년이다. 이를 위해 창업 청년 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 28.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석하려 한다.
