The purpose of this study was to investigate correlations between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success. For that purpose, the study carried out a survey among the students of Graduate School of Business & Entrepreneurship, the students of small business start-up education, and general people and reviewed the previous studies and literature with a focus on the characteristics and capabilities of entrepreneurial intention. The investigator identified the characteristic factors of entrepreneurial intention including entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial success, education, and mentor, set a research model and hypothesis for their relations with entrepreneurial success, and empirically analyzed and tested them. The empirical analysis results were summarized as follows: first, entrepreneurial methods and abilities of the variables of entrepreneurial intention turned out to have significant impacts on entrepreneurial success. Second, corporation determination, external factor, and internal factor of the variables of entrepreneurship turned out to have significant effects on entrepreneurial success. Third, re-education after success turned out to be the most influential entrepreneurial education factor on entrepreneurial success, which points to a need for constant education after setting up a business. Fourth, practical entrepreneurial mentors had the greatest influences on entrepreneurial success, being followed by successful entrepreneurial mentors and socially successful mentors in the order. One can have a vision to see a further future of his or her business and promote its growth by forming relationships with those who have more knowledge about the line of business and richer experiences in the field. The subjects overwhelmingly had a positive personality, which suggests that those who try to start a business tend to be positive and considerate of others.

이 연구의 목적은 성격 5 요인(외향성, 친화성, 성실성, 신경증, 지적 개방성) 조절효과를 통한 창업가정신이 중학생의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 효율적인 창업가정신 교육과 진로교육 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 대전에 있는 중학생 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 얻어진 연구 결과를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 창업가정신(혁신 진취성, 위험감수성)이 높을수록 중학생의 진로태도 및 진로탐색능력은 높아지나, 진로준비행동에 있어서는 창업가정신의 하위요소 중 혁신 진취성만 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 준다. 둘째, 성격 5 요인은 창업가정신과 중학생의 진로성숙도의 하위요소인 진로태도에만 유의한 조절영향을 준다. 따라서 성격 5 요인에 따라 창업가정신을 함양할 수 있는 다양한 진로교육 프로그램을 제시하고, 개인의 성격특성 차이를 고려하여 지도한다면 중학생의 진로성숙도가 높아질 것으로 생각된다. 또한 현재 중학생의 진로성숙도를 키우기 위한 프로그램의 일환으로 자유학기제가 전면 실시되어 획일적인 프로그램을 운영하는 학교가 많은데 성격 5 요인에 따라 창업가정신을 함양할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 운영한다면 진로상담 뿐만 아니라 자유학기제 프로그램이 질적으로나 양적으로나 수준이 높아질 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

In this study, Entrepreneurial Intentions of the factors influence the Entrepreneurial Performance and Entrepreneurial Characteristic also was Investigated. Entrepreneurial Characteristic of the each Dimension in the Process of Entrepreneurial Intentions and Entrepreneurial Performance on the Influence of the Mediation Effect was Carried out to Examine. These Factors Result in the Entrepreneurial Performance and also in Sales and net profit of Entrepreneurial Intentions Influences. especially, Entrepreneurial Characteristic Specific Need for Achievement, Risk taking and Business Strategy of Entrepreneurial Intentions also the relationship between the Impact is Significant. For this Study K national Institute of Technology, K university, Daegu Y College, J Companies Surveyed Workers and the Findings Were Derived. Specifically, Entrepreneurial in terms of those who have no Experience in Entrepreneurial Characteristic, Entrepreneurial Performance, Entrepreneurial Intentions the Impact on the Relationship Between Entrepreneurial and Provide Suggestions to Determine.

우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

경제 불황으로 기업들의 구조조정이 가시화되면서 고용 축소와 청년실업이 늘어나면서 창업이나 경영을 통해 경제적 독립과 자아실현을 이루려는 창업가들이 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그에 따른 학계 연구의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 필요성에 따라 창업의도에 결정요인으로서 사회적 네트워크와 자아 효능감을 개인특성요인의 핵심변수로 설정하여 창업활동과 창업목표달성에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 창업가를 대상으로 208부를 분석에 이용하였다. 가설검증 결과, 사회적 네트워크의 강한 유대가 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업활동에는 약한 유대가 영향을 나타나는 것으로 분석되었으며, Podolny와 Baron(1997) 네트워크의 특성에 따라 네트워크 강도의 효과가 달라질 수 있다는 주장과 일치하는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 또한 자아효능감은 창업활동보다 창업의도에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 목표달성을 분석한 결과 창업의도보다 창업활동이 목표달성에 더 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Many former studies for the entrepreneurial intention dealt with the opportunity-driven motivation, but the actual entrepreneurial motivation is the necessity-driven motivation such as maintaining a living. It is necessary to study the necessity-driven factors for entrepreneurship such as employment barriers and job dissatisfaction. This study focused on the fact that the majority of cultural artists are freelancers or self-employed entrepreneurs. For those who majored in culture and arts, this study was conducted to investigate how an individual's internal and external environment affects the entrepreneurial intention considering the theory of planned behavior. I explored the factors that led individuals to choose entrepreneurial intention between employment and entrepreneurship, and studied the relationship between these factors and the entrepreneurial intention. As the result of the study, the job dissatisfaction and the employment barriers were the pressure factors for entrepreneurship. Job satisfaction had a negative effect on the entrepreneurial outcome expectation and the entrepreneurial intention. The perceived employment barrier had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial outcome expectation and the entrepreneurial intention. An individual's risk-taking orientation is one of the entrepreneurship and had the positive effect on the entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The entrepreneurial outcome expectation and the entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention.

본 연구는 창업의지의 영향요인으로서 경력지향성과 창업지원프로그램 참가로서 창업지원프로그램이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 이론적으로 검토하고, 이를 통해 연구모형을 구축하고 정립된 연구가설을 중소기업청의 지원(2006년 기준)으로 창업강좌가 개설된 대학교와 개설되지 않은 대학교를 서울과 지방 그리고 경상계열과 공학계열로 나누어 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력지향성은 창업지원프로그램 참가에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 경력지향성 중에서 자율지향성, 기술지향성, 관리지향성, 사업지향성은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 안정지향성은 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 셋째, 창업지원프로그램 참가는 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 민간 직업훈련 기관의 훈련생 모집에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 훈련 등록한 대상들에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 접근성 요인(교통편, 주차장 등), 시설 요인(교실 크기, 시설 환경 등), 상담자 역량 요인(응대 태도, 서비스 지식, 상담 Skill 등), 비용적 요인(훈련비, 훈련비 지원 유무 등), 교육 요인(교육 편성 내용, 강사진 등)으로 나누고 각 요인들이 훈련 등록에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하였다.

최근에는 거의 모든 분야에서 ICT와 같은 기술기반 산업과의 융합을 통한 창업현상이 두드러지고 있어, 이들을 대상으로 한 연구는 개인 수준뿐만 아니라 팀 수준의 특성을 함께 살펴보는 것이 더 현실적인 상황을 반영하고 실무적인 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다. 팀창업일 경우 기업의 성과는 개인-팀 역량의 혼합 결과로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 기존 선행연구에서는 창업기업의 성공과 실패를 가름하는 다양한 요인들을 제시해왔으나, 이러한 요인은 창업자의 개인적 특성, 보유하고 있는 자원 등에서 찾는 선행연구가 대부분이다. 관련 연구들을 종합하면 창업기업의 성장은 창업가 특성, 자원, 전략, 산업, 그리고 조직 구조 및 시스템의 함수로 정리된다. 그러나 창업팀에 대한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구는 초기 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인으로 창업가의 특성인 창업역량(entrepreneurial competency)에 초점을 두고, 창업팀의 역량에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는 살펴본다. 개인의 특성에 집중해온 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업역량의 영향력을 창업가 개인 수준 및 팀 수준으로 구분하여 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 예비 창업가 및 초기 창업기업이 안정적인 사업화를 위해 팀구성을 어떻게 해야하는지 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 정부 지자체 민간 등에서 창업지원사업 운영 시 팀구성이 잘 된 창업기업을 선발하는 기준을 수립하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship courses, including my recent absence undergraduate entrepreneurship-friendly system is activated, the spread of technology startups to be scanning my college. However, the college is successful technology startups to take place in order to be solved many problems still exist. In this paper, we have a hard job and continuing high unemployment and social environment college students majoring in IT technology to enable the establishment of the control action for the establishment and analysis of influencing factors. In particular, IT college students majoring in technology startups will affect students' technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and Entrepreneur's motive, entrepreneurship environment outside the extraction and evaluation items such as IT skills to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship. In analysis result, IT major career college students interested in entrepreneurship as an alternative to the higher technology, technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and start-motivated alternative to independence and had an impact on employment. In addition, the university was founded in tech startups according to the environment of entrepreneurship education has a lot of outside influence.
