본 연구는 방재디자인에서 가장 중요한 부분인 경감, 예방디자인 분야에서 재난을 예방하고 위험요소를 제거할 수 있는 사용자가 참여하는 인포그래픽에 관한 연구이다. 최근 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등의 새로운 플랫폼의 등장으로 더욱 인터랙티브해지고 파워풀한 인포그래픽이 제작되고 있으며 사용자의 요구 또한 다양화, 개성화되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 전문가의 직관과 경험을 통한 과거의 설계방법만으로는 최선을 길을 찾을 수 없기 때문에 사용자 참여의 디자인 방법론이 요구된다. 참여디자인은 모든 구성원이 자기가 알고 있는 환경 부분을 만들어 가는 커뮤니티 활동을 통해 이런 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 또한 참여를 통한 인포그래픽은 디자이너들은 과거의 획일화된 해결책을 개혁할 수 있으며 참여문화를 번창시키고 우리를 둘러싼 인적재난을 막기 위한 창조적인 결과물을 만들 수 있다.

문제중심학습은 학습자 스스로의 통제에 의한 학습자 중심의 자기주도적 학습이 특징이므로 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 유도하기 위하여 학습과점에 적절한 전략이 필요하다. 본 논문의 학습내용은 논리식 간략화이며, 학습자의 적극적인 참여 유도를 위하여 논리식 간략화 과정과 결과에 대한 즉각적인 피드백을 제공하는 지능형교수시스템(Intelligent Tutoring Systems)을 구현한다. 피드백에 관련된 알고리즘을 지능적으로 제공하기 위하여 논리식 간략화 알고리즘은 Tabulation Method를 이용한다. 본 논문의 지능형교수시스템(ITS)을 학습에 적용하면 논리식의 간략화 과정식과 결과 식에 대한 정오 판정은 물론 학습 활동에 맞아 떨어지는 즉각적인 피드백이 제공되므로 학습자 스스로 학습내용에 대한 인지도를 확인할 수 있다. 또한 학습 활동에 꼭 필요한 피드백을 제공하므로 학습에 대한 흥미를 유발시키고 지속화하여 적극적이 학습참여와 완전학습이 가능하다.

Participants of a NVE(networked virtual environment) may have different hardwares and network environments, and to guarantee the fairness, messages of participants should be synchronized. A solution for the synchronization problem is to wait for a certain amount of time until the server processes the message. It is not easy to determine a suitable waiting period because of the trade-off between the fairness and the responsiveness. In this paper we propose a method to decide a waiting period by considering only the participants with small network delays and perform experiments for the performance evaluation. Experiments show that the proposed method leads to significant improvement of responsiveness, while retaining fairness.

영재교육 프로그램 참여와 관련하여 학생들의 수학학습실태를 분석하고 암묵적 이론의 관점에서 영재교육 프로그램 참여학생들의 수학학습활동에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇이고 어떻게 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 동기화 요인의 구성은 비슷한 학령의 일반학생 및 과학고등학교에 재학중인 학생들과는 어떤 차이가 있는지를 밝히는데 주된 목적을 두고 있다.

This paper is a study to analyze when ISV(independent software company) has more active participation in the platform ecosystem. According to previous studies, companies are active in technological innovation when they can appropriate the outcome of innovation and when they have complementary assets (marketing, manufacturing capabilities, etc.) that can convert the innovation into value. The effect of these two conditions to join platform ecosystem is investigated. The duplication between the ISV's product portfolio and platform service is also included as an independent variable. The two sample groups are composed of independent SW companies that signed a partner agreement with platform companies and non-participating companies in the platform. As a result of empirical study, it is found that the patent rights do not affect participation in the platform. The ISVs might have believed that the benefits from cooperation with platform companies are greater than the risks of exposure to innovative technologies and unique Biz models. On the other hand, downstream's capability and the duplication of product portfolio affect participation in the platform. If ISVs have the downstream capability to transform cooperation into value creation, ISVs are actively participating in the platform. In addition, cooperation is active when the product portfolio is complementary to platform service rather than competition. This study is the empirical study of open innovation between Korean independent software companies and digital platform companies. There are similar prior studies abroad, but there are no similar studies in Korea. It is meaningful in that the determinants of platform ecosystem participation were investigated through empirical analysis by composing a sample group of companies participating in the platform ecosystem and companies not participating in the platform ecosystem.

에너지 기술 R&D사업은 그 성과에도 불구하고 수요에 기반한 기획 측면이나 사업화에 있어 성과가 저조한 것으로 평가받아 왔으며, 특히 사업화 추진에 있어 시급한 과제로 '기술 수용성'(Acceptance) 향상이라는 지적이 제기되곤 하였다. 이에 산업통상자원부는 사용자가 R&D 기획, 개발, 검증 과정에 참여하여 사업의 이해도를 높이고 수용성을 제고하는 '에너지기술 수용성 제고 및 사업화 촉진사업'을 2016년부터 추진하고 있다. 그런데, 사회문제해결형 R&D라 부를 수 있는 본 사업은 산업통상자원부의 기존 에너지기술 R&D와는 성격이 다른 새로운 R&D의 모습을 갖는다고 할 수 있으며 그에 따라 그 시행과정에서 사용자, 이해당사자들이 참여하는 등 연구자들은 예전과는 다른 여러 가지 새로운 방법론의 수행을 요구 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해당 사업의 기획 및 실행에 참여한 경험을 토대로 성과멘토링, 성과공유 워크숍, 성과지표의 개발, 운영관리방안 등을 통해 '에너지기술 수용성 제고 및 사업화 촉진사업'의 특성 및 향후 개선방안을 논의하고 사회문제해결형 R&D사업에의 발전방안을 제안하고자 한다.

블록체인은 모든 참여자가 동일한 원장을 유지하는 분산 원장 기술로써, 신규로 참여하는 블록체인 노드는 원장을 동일하게 유지하기 위한 동기화 절차를 거쳐야 한다. 일반적으로, 동기화는 블록체인 상의 모든 블록을 순차적으로 적용하는 과정을 거처야 함으로 많은 시간이 걸리게 된다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI에서 자체 개발한 PON 기반 블록체인에서 동기화 성능을 개선하기 위해 비잔틴 환경에서 병렬적으로 동기화 요청하는 고속 병렬 동기화 모드와 최신 상태만 동기화하는 최신 상태동기화 모드를 개발하였다. 성능 평가 결과 100,000 개 블록 동기화시 고속 병렬 동기화 모드가 기본 동기화 대비 5 배, 최신 상태 동기화 모드가 기본 동기화 대비 880 배 빠른 것을 확인하였다.

도시재생사업은 주민참여를 중심으로 커뮤니티를 재생시키려는 목적을 갖지만 공람, 공청회 등 현행 주민참여방식은 형식적 수단에 불과하다는 한계를 지니고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 정책결정자, 전문가 그리고 주민이 서로의 생각을 교환하고 이해하는데 유용한 의사소통 도구 및 재생사업의 적극적인 추진 매개체로써의 공공참여 서비스 모형을 수립함으로써 능동적인 공공참여를 이끌어낼 수 있기를 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 M2M(Machine to machine: 사물 지능 통신) 기반의 URL 동기화 기능을 갖는 멀티미디어 공동작업 환경에서 웹 관련 응용 소프트웨어와 미디어 등의 프로세스(process) 요소들에 대한 오류를 미리 감지하고 오류를 공유하여 웹 멀티미디어 세션에 참여한 참여자 간의 효율적인 의사소통과 상호 협력 환경의 향상을 제공한다. M2M 기반의 오류 동기화 시스템을 이용하여 신속하고 정확하게 오류를 전달하여서 복구하는데 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

This study analyzes the right guarantee level of Job Creation Project for the Elderly by participation type based on Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing. The analysis is conducted using '2012 Job Creation Project for the Elderly Participants Survey' of Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. The major findings are as follows: First, "social contribution" type's implementation level of "active participation in society and development" is not high enough. Second, considering the average age of the participants, the level of "work and the ageing labor force" is high enough while the practical level is not high in market. Third, the level of "access to knowledge, education and training" is not enough within "market entrance" participants. Fourth, the level of "poverty reduction" and "income security" is not high. Based on the results, this study proposes that the quality of "social contribution" type's occupations and "market entrance" type's education should be improved. Also, the wages of the entire occupations provided by this project need to be raised.
