The purposes of this study were to examine the current status of ICT in all ASEAN countries and to provide implications for Korea to find appropriate ways to support and collaborate with HEIs in ASEAN countries. To achieve these purposes, ASEAN countries were categorized into 3 groups based on the development stages of ICT, and the key ICT initiatives, current facts about ICT, and related issues were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows: Group 1 countries, Brunei, Malaysia, and Singapore, with relatively well-established ICT infrastructure, have established their own ICT policies and initiated e-learning programs. Group 2 countries, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, which have relatively well-developed ICT infrastructure with existing regional gaps, showed different uses of ICT in higher education. Philippines and Thailand established their own policies based on national ICT master plans while Indonesia focused on MOOCs and Vietnam initiated cyber university projects. Group 3 countries, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar, with the least developed ICT infrastructure in ASEAN, have also tried to develop national level strategies to utilize ICT in higher education. However, insufficient and inadequate ICT infrastructure created issues and challenges for these countries to successfully initiate ICT policies. This study suggested that it is necessary to take into serious consideration the national differences when collaborating with and supporting ASEAN countries due to the variation of ICT development stages and different levels of using ICT in higher education among ASEAN countries.

This study was conducted to investigate that the mediating effect of interpersonal support in college students. Data were collected from the college located in G province, Korea from April, 1th to May 2th 2017. Data were analyzed by pearson correlation coefficients, and regression method of Baron & Kenny of SPSS 26.0 program, and Sobel test of Amos 16.0 program. The result were as follows; 1) The mean scores were college adaptation 5.30(.75), smartphone addiction 2.30(.48), interpersonal support 4.53(.75). 2) The college adaptation showed negative correlation with smartphone addiction(r=.328, p<.001) and positive correlation with interpersonal support(r=.490, p<.001) significantly. Interpersonal support showed significant negative correlation with smartphone addiction(r=-034, p=.04). 3) Interpersonal support had partial mediating effect(Z=2.16, p=.03) in the relationship between college adaptation and smartphone addiction. Baron & Kenny's three-step test showed that college adaptation(${\beta}=-.37$, p<.000) and interpersonal support (${\beta}=.30$, p=.15) were significant predictor variables for the smartphone addiction. Based on the results of this study, college program which is reinforce interpersonal support need to be applied and for the successful college adaptation and beneficial use of smartphone.

The purpose of the study was to identify the untact medical services campaign awareness in COVID-19 era using Q methodology. We used subjective analysis for this purpose and examined 1) what are the types of untact medical services campaign awareness? and 2) what are the homogeneous characteristics and implications between each type? We composed a Q concourse through interviews with university students to write Q statements, selected a P sample, and used Q-sort obtained from the sorting process to analyze it through Q-factor analysis in the PC QUANL program. Q methodology was used to examine the subjective tendency of untact medical services campaign awareness in COVID-19 era. As a result of the analysis, four types were identified. 1) Type 1 (N=7): Belief & official announcement type, 2) Type 2 (N=4): Governmental notice type, 3) Type 3 (N=3): Medical information public notice type, 4) Type 4 (N=2): Sympathetic information type. An insightful analysis was derived in that the analysis could identify factors in the schema of respondents related to untact medical services in COVID-19 era.
The purpose of this study is to improve the private utilization of military welfare facilities that are aging or underutilized in urban areas. It also aims to develop ways to strengthen cooperative win-win strategies between the military and local communities. The use of military welfare facilities by the private sector refers to activities where the private sector generates additional benefits or added value by allowing the use of these facilities, including both private use and improvements to facilities or development of land through private sector involvement. From the perspective of the city and the locals, military welfare facilities are perceived as resident-friendly and excellent urban resources that can promote reciprocal satisfaction between the military and local communities. From the perspective of the military, military welfare facilities are important for enhancing the welfare of military personnel. However, they often face limitations in providing various welfare services due to the aging of facilities and limited operations with a single purpose. The improvement of private utilization of military welfare facilities will bring diverse reciprocal benefits to the military, the city, and the locals. Above all, improving the private utilization of military welfare facilities can help the military and local communities jointly address diverse urban issues. To establish cooperative governance and find flexible and diverse development strategies that can promote the welfare of the military and enhance the quality of life for the locals, it is important that both the military and local communities make continuous efforts.

Lean Construction recommends implementing site production management by measuring the reliability of daily production tasks, collecting the causes for failure of incomplete tasks, and identifying problems in the existing process based on the collected data. Although many research projects have been performed to introduce Lean Construction in Korea, there are not many cases in which day-to-day site production operations has been stringently evaluated based on such methods. This paper introduces three cases in which such techniques were implemented on a residential, civil infrastructure and plant project. On each project, process maps were created with the superintendents and daily production meetings were held for two weeks. Consequently, the average PPC for the three projects was 79% for PPC and 16% for PAT. In addition, the majority of the failures were due to 'Directive/Plan' and 'Prerequisites.' The results show that project stakeholders (owners, contractors, etc.) lack the ability to plan ahead and keep to their plans, and also lack the capability to synchronize workflow between themselves. The results also reveal that project participants need to be more proactive in solving process problems on site and also need to be better educated in Lean concepts and methodologies.
Many major country have struggled to build a block of the secondary battery industry supply chain by considering their interests first. And their supply chain due diligence agreement mandates due diligence on human rights and environmental risks that may occur throughout the supply chain. So the integrated approach called supply chain ESG is needed. But there isn't to be a global standard for ESG yet. And the disclosure standards for each country are different, adding to companies' confusion. In this perspective, to present guidelines for establishing a supply chain ESG management strategy accompanied by Korean SMEs, this study presents environmental evaluation indicators of global secondary battery supply chain ESG customized for Korean SMEs and then performs weight analysis using AHP methodology. Through this, this study aims to suggest implications for accepting sustainability within the supply chain of Korean SMEs by presenting indicators to be considered first among environmental evaluation indicators in preparation for ESG due diligence of the global secondary battery supply chain.

The global Industry has been shaped by start-ups that originated with knowledge-based innovative strategies or technologies in the 21st century. Specifically, laboratory start-ups that rely on research papers or patents for new technology development are recognized for their high survival rate and the creation of employment opportunities. Our study concentrated on 'I-Corps', which also introduced in Korea, standing for innovation corps is a laboratory startup program launched in 2011 by the NSF(National Research Foundation) to commercialize R&D results and foster entrepreneurship as part of the policy to build a start-up system at the national innovation level. In this study, we proposed and empirically tested a research model focusing on teams participating in the I-Corps program to determine how startup team diversity, among the team characteristics of laboratory startups, affected patent performance. As a result of the analysis, among the proposed variables, age diversity, educational background diversity, and value diversity had a significant impact on patent performance. The results of this study are expected to further strengthen the theoretical and practical foundations of researchers or practitioners of the I-Corps program, as well as related areas involving technology & laboratory startups, intellectual property and knowledge management fields in the future.

This study was performed to provide basic ideas as understanding and application for oriental medicinal cuisine (Yak-Sun). To develop medicinal cuisine, it is necessary to grasp the theoretical system. And to develop medicinal cuisine for health enhancement, it is also required not only to consider constitutions but also to suggest the need of knowledge for moderation in terms of regimen along with the theory of oriental medicine. Also to develop medicinal cuisine according to the perspective of oriental medicinal theory, what should be taken into account is not only the understanding of the characteristics of food materials, but also the properties of them that the theory of oriental medicine. Lastly the scientific effect of the medicinal cuisine which is developed according to the oriental medicinal theory. And it is believed to De essential for the government to make effects to set a standard and laws to validate the medicinal effects and the process of assessment so that the systematic development can be encouraged, and to prepare guidance to food development for national health improvement. This research was planned and executed to evaluate how the composition of Yak-sun(oriental diet therapy) can effect health conditions of people who are suffering from diet-related diseases like cardiovascular related disease. by taking Yak-sun in a form of nutritional supplement with our daily meals. We produced Yak-sun tea with Mansam, Hwanggi, Tanggi and Paekchak and observed nutritional composition. We concluded that we could apply the components not only in a form of tea, but also in other forms of various food. The information we received from this conclusion will be a basic information on how we can apply oriental medicinal resources into other food and will also be a steppingstone for medicinal herbs to step foot in the field of functional food research, which already draws sizable attention world-wide.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the current state of drone terrorism response at such critical national facilities and derive improvements, especially to identify problems in laws and systems to effectively utilize the anti-drone system and present directions for improvement. Method: A qualitative research method was used for this study by analyzing a variety of issues not discussed in existing research papers and policy documents through in-depth interviews with subject matter experts. In-depth interviews were conducted based on 12 semi-structured interviews by selecting 16 experts in the field of anti-drone and terrorism in Korea. The interview contents were recorded with the prior consent of the study participants, transcribed back to the Korean file, and problems and improvement measures were derived through coding. For this, the threats and types were analyzed based on the cases of drone terrorism occurring abroad and measures to establish anti-drone system were researched from the perspective of laws and systems by evaluating the possibility of drone terrorism in the Republic of Korea. Result: As a result of the study, improvements to some of the problems that need to be preceded in order to effectively respond to drone terrorism at critical national facilities in the Republic of Korea, have been identified. First, terminologies related to critical national facilities and drone terrorism should be clearly defined and reflected in the Integrated Defense Act and the Terrorism Prevention Act. Second, the current concept of protection of critical national facilities should evolve from the current ground-oriented protection to a three-dimensional protection concept that considers air threats and the Integrated Defense Act should reflect a plan to effectively install the anti-drone system that can materialize the concept. Third, a special law against flying over critical national facilities should be enacted. To this end, legislation should be enacted to expand designated facilities subject to flight restrictions while minimizing the range of no fly zone, but the law should be revised so that the two wings of "drone industry development" and "protection of critical national facilities" can develop in a balanced manner. Fourth, illegal flight response system and related systems should be improved and reestablished. For example, it is necessary to prepare a unified manual for general matters, but thorough preparation should be made by customizing it according to the characteristics of each facility, expanding professional manpower, and enhancing response training. Conclusion: The focus of this study is to present directions for policy and technology development to establish an anti-drone system that can effectively respond to drone terrorism and illegal drones at critical national facilities going forward.

In order for the science museum to play a role as a foundation for strengthening the national creative capability, which is the core of the advanced national development paradigm, it is important to gather the capacities of the nation's science museums and establish a platform to cooperate in a shared value system. Science museum is an independent operating system, and there is a lack of strong connections among national, public and private science museums. The existing integrated collaboration system of science museums-centered can be studied first and promoted to develop programs for the free school year according to a specific topic. The same system of science museum-inclusion which link local cultural institutions or cultural places as science culture program were also studied to do the same purpose. On the basis of problems drawn from studies of integrated collaboration systems of each participating science museum, we proposed a convergence integrated collaboration systems of science museum-centered and science museum-inclusion. To this end, data were collected from practitioners of 7 representing science museums including 5 national ones. In order to suggest improvements, we also contacted five international science museums to collect the exemplary cases. Considering the regional characteristics, science museum-inclusion integrated collaboration systems considering the cultural characteristics and the science museum-centered integrated collaboration systems for free school semesters, were developed and tried by practitioners who participated in this research. It was found that integrated collaboration system can be more activated for the community. This suggests that support from the national level or at the level of regional autonomy is essential and the connection with the curriculum is necessary for the integrated collaboration system program. Finally, professional experts such as program development or commentator can be a decisive role.
