The subjects were surveyed in 2018 by the Korea Youth Policy Institute, and out of 2,739 elementary school students, unresponsive and missing values were removed and the final 1,978 were selected. As a result of the analysis, it was found that leadership life skills were completely mediated in the relationship between volunteer work and subjective happiness of elementary school students. For the analysis method, SPSS 25.0 program was used to achieve the purpose of this study. And to verify the mediating effect, a 3-step mediating effect analysis was performed by Baron & Keeny(1986). It was confirmed that leadership life skills were completely mediated in the relationship between self-development activities and subjective happiness. Based on these research results, in order to increase the subjective happiness of elementary school students, measures were discussed to develop practical skills that can improve communication and organizational management skills, which are leadership life skills.

Second, the degree of scientific career orientation was statistically significantly improved after the PBL program (p<.05). All 4 sub-domains in the degree of scientific career were significantly developed. Third, all of leadership scores were statistically significantly increased after the PBL program (p<.05). In the first factor, the parts of inner and inter personal characteristics were significantly developed. • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristic of the linguistic interaction according to leadership type of the leader in the scientific inquiry activity groups and examine how leadership factors affect the linguistic interaction within a group. In this investigation, leaders among 12 elementary school students were chosen by considering results of the leadership diagnosis that tested 3 leadership factors: vision and promotion, assignment responsibility, and decision-making. The members of the groups were organized according to scientific inquiry ability and academic achievement; the groups were assigned to perform scientific inquiry activities. The linguistic interaction was largely divided into the cognitive domain and the affective domain for analysis. According to the results, the frequency of linguistic interaction within a group sorted by leadership type is more influenced by the cognitive domain than the affective domain. The highest frequency of linguistic interaction appeared within the group that had vision and promotion type leader. Assumedly, the vision and confidence of the vision and promotion type leader produced such an outcome. While solving the assignments, linguistic interaction in all three groups had more cognitive domain than affected domain. Linguistic interaction in cognitive domain displayed only low level of linguistic interaction in relation to the experiment itself: high level of linguistic interaction barely occurred. In the case of affected domain, active participation appeared more frequently than maintaining the mood: Interactions related to restricting the group members actions to solve the assignment appeared more frequently than those for maintaining the mood.

  • The sharing economy has emerged as a new form of consumption pattern along with the advancement of information technology and the changes in the consumers' desires for economic spending. In a C2C-sharing economy platform, the user side and supplier side share the same assets, thereby making both sides of the market closely related. However, an information asymmetry exists within the platform that makes the players from one side reluctant to participate. This information asymmetry warrants a strategic approach for solving the fundamental "chicken and egg" problem for platform development. Motivated by this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze how the participation intentions from both sides of the platform are influenced by certain anteceding factors, such as trust, perceived risk, and perceived economic profit. Our findings show that the anteceding factors affect the participation intentions in different paths for both sides of the platform. As a managerial implication, these findings highlight the necessity of employing different approaches for each side of market development.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify whether the university-based humanity leadership program is effective in improving personality, self-esteem, leadership and life satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 45 students in the experimental group and 45 students in the control group, and the control group did not participate in the leadership program. The research was conducted from September 5, 2017 to November 28, 2017. The program was conducted twice a month for a total of six sessions. To verify the effectiveness of the program, preliminary tests were conducted before the first session and then post-tests were conducted after the program. The test consisted of a questionnaire survey on personality, self-esteem, leadership, and life satisfaction. Data analysis was performed by using SPSS 24.0 for the frequency analysis and the response sample t test for determining the differences in the post-test scores of the experimental group. First, there was a significant difference in personality, self-esteem and life satisfaction. Second, positive effects were found in three domains that included honesty, self-esteem, relationships with others, leadership, popularity, and self-assertiveness. This result suggests that it is necessary to improve the satisfaction of life through the formation of relationships with other people, and with an emphasis on honesty, in the program's development and contents.

Results of this study reveal the average gender stereotype of male nursing students to be $1.31{\pm}0.17$, average of major subject satisfaction $2.95{\pm}0.51$, and self-leadership $2.98{\pm}0.43$. Analyzing the characteristics of variables according to general characteristics revealed that major satisfaction scores are higher for students who think positively about school and major, have higher grades, and choose their major after considering their aptitude. Self-leadership was higher with age and school year, and among students who selected their major after considering future employment opportunities. This study aims to provide basic data for male nursing university students to help them to adapt well in the field of nursing.
