The participants in an urban and housing redevelopment project were categorized as construction companies, government employees, and housing cooperatives. This study analyzed how a public management system affects the continuous participation intention using comprehensive project satisfaction. The specific factors for the evaluation items of a public management system were composed using advanced research. A hypothesis and research model was set up and verified using the PLS-SEM model to analyse how the continuous participation intention is affected by the public management system via comprehensive projects satisfaction. Setting the project plan and selecting the project tool, as well as post management and sustainability affect the comprehensive projects satisfaction meaningfully in the case of construction companies. The participation of the user, and post management and sustainability affect the comprehensive project satisfaction meaningfully in the case of government employees. The operating organization and using and participation of the user affect the comprehensive project satisfaction meaningfully in the case of a housing cooperative. The comprehensive project satisfaction affects the continuity of the participation meaningfully in the case of all of project participants.

In this study, we tried to present suggestions to the Gyeongsangbuk-do tourism officials to satisfy them with experiential tourism resources and to revitalize their participation in the program. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, research on the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs and the willingness to participate in them is carried out, suggesting that it is a prerequisite for the transformation of the perception of tourists' participation in the Corona era. Second, it is necessary to make it a small experience tourist space that can provide non-face-to-face service utilizing the characteristics of contact technology, and to provide tourists with unique attractions against product discrimination and customer service. Third, through the introduction of non-face-to-face experience programs and expansion of services, the limited and macroscopic environment and social phenomenon of tourism activities in the Corona era, a new perception can be instilled. Fourth, visitors can expect to revitalize the tourism industry through the development and discovery of various programs. Thirdly, it will be possible to revitalize the local economy by giving meaning to the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs to tourists from all over the region's tourism business.

This research made a evaluation indicators of public management system for operating efficient urban and housing redevelopment. We analyzed how satisfaction of participants about the evaluation indicators are used to parameters and affects intension of participation structure by using PLS structural equation model. We choose result evaluation tools: Foucs Group Interview and Balanced Score Card for appraising public management system. Specifically, We categorized setting business planning and selecting business tool, operating participation groups, motivating participation, post management and sustainability, and economics of business. As a results of the evaluation, setting business planning and selecting business tool, post management and sustainability, and economics of business influence comprehensive satisfaction. Post management and sustainability, economics of business, and setting business planning and selecting business tool turned out that they are very influential in the arranged order.

ICT-convergence cluster is considered as critical policy means because it can create higher value-added products and services in the era of creative economy. Previous research has focused on comprehensive ICT-convergence cluster strategy based on Porter's diamond model. This paper adopted AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model and investigated a specific domain of government supporting policies related to non-R&D support. For two weeks, we gathered and analyzed 181 data from companies located in Chungbuk province. The results showed that support for technology, commercialization, and participation conditions positively leads to companies' interest in ICT-convergence cluster, which, in turn, makes positive impact on their intention to participate in it. It is significant that this paper verified AIDA model in the Government-to-Business(G2B) context. Future research will need to adapt AIDA model to national projects.

본 연구에서는 위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 적용을 위한 SNS 주민참여 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 재난대응 표준위기관리절차 기반의 주민참여정보 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 재난상황관리에 있어 SNS의 활용을 통한 주민참여 확대적용 방안을 모색하고자 재난 대비·대응 관련 공공 및 정부부처에서 활용 중인 SNS 채널을 조사하였으며, 상황관리에 SNS를 적용한 선행사례를 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 SNS를 적용한 예방안전 및 피해복원 확대 적용 방안을 제시하였으며, 신속한 위기대응을 위한 보조적인 의사결정 지원도구로서의 콘텐츠를 제안하였다. 먼저, 예방안전 및 피해복원 확대 적용을 위해 SNS에 주민들이 작성한 게시글을 웹 크롤링과 데이터 마이닝을 통해 분석하여 재난 상황인지와 상황판단 및 피해범위 추정에 활용하는 방안을 제시하였고, 이를 상황판연계·표출시스템에서 표출하기 위한 예시화면을 설계하였다. 또한, 연구 1차년에 수행했었던 위성영상을 활용한 재난상황대응 표준위기관리절차 중 위성영상정보에 주민참여정보를 연계·중첩하여 재난의 전조감지 단계부터 확산양상 및 피해범위를 확인하고, 재난기록을 분석하여 추후 발생된 재난에 선제적으로 대비할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 그러나, 주민참여 기반 SNS 콘텐츠 적용을 위한 우선 해결사항으로는 재난상황판단 시, 정보의 정확성과 신뢰성 측면에서 의사결정을 위한 보조도구로서 활용을 할 것인지에 대한 중앙재난안전상황실과의 충분한 협의가 필요하며, 상황실에서 해당 콘텐츠를 활용하게 될 경우, SNS 정보의 행정망 방화벽 허용가능여부에 대한 추가 분석설계가 필요한 상황이다. 이를 위해 금년 연구수행에서 상황실 실무자 수요조사를 통해 SNS 정보 활용에 대한 반영여부를 결정할 예정이다.

This study aims to analyze how parents and their children participating in sports after school hours positively affects their communication and behavior based on the stratified sampling of 189 students (fifth and sixth graders) in Cheongju city C-province. The result from the exploratory factor and the structural analysis using SPSS18.0 showed that participating in sports improved parent-child communication including increasing their motivation, self-confidence, and self-esteem, and reducing children's problematic behavior such as anxiety, feeling insecure, insubordination, and aggressiveness. In order to improve the children's mental health, it would be essential to set various programs of after school sports and more importantly validate its quality.

This study investigated the correlation between the participation in health-related decisions and self-care competency and the factors influencing self-care competence of patients with chronic disease. The participants were 518 patients with chronic illnesses who were admitted to a public health center. Using a structured-questionnaire, the data was collected from January 1, 2019 to 31, 2019. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé tests, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The mean scores on the participation in health-related decisions and self-care competency were 3.62±0.20 and 4.57±0.34, respectively. The main variables that distinguish significant differences between participation in healthcare decisions and self-care capabilities are gender, age, education level, diagnosis, and subjective health status. Self-care competency was positively correlated with the participation in health-related decisions (r=.66, p=.043). Factors influencing self-care competence were education (β=-2.23, p<.001), health concerns (β=0.14, p=.003), subjective health statues (β=2.57, p=.011), and age (β=-0.36, p=.048). The input variables explained .56 of self-care competence. The results of the study indicate that approaches focusing on enhancing the participation in health-related decisions could potentially improve self-care competency of patients with chronic disease.

This study aims to identify the moderating effect of patient activation in relation between trust in healthcare professionals and shared decision making in patients with diabetes mellitus. The participants were 186 patients who received treatment for diabetes at the department of endocrinology in the tertiary hospital located in Daejeon and consented to participate in our survey. The results of this study were a significant interaction between trust in healthcare professionals(β=0.32, p=.045) and patient activation(β=0.32, p=.024) was associated with shared decision making. The patient activation had a moderating effect between trust in healthcare professionals and shared decision making in patients with diabetes mellitus(β=0.25, p=.019). Therefore, it is necessary to assess trust in healthcare professionals to improve negative awareness of healthcare professionals and strengthen trust in them. In addition, to promote participation in shared decision making, it is necessary to develop a convergent program to focus patient activation.

본 연구에서는 지방의회 재출범 15년을 평가해 보고 충청지역(대전,충남,충북) 전문가그룹의 인식을 토대로 지방의회의 발전방안을 정책기능강화 측면과 주민참여활성화 측면으로 나누어 모색하였다. 정책기능의 강화를 위해서 본 연구에서는 전문 위원실 역할강화, 정책관련부서의 신설, 지방의원의 외유내실화, 상임위원회의 기준완화 등을 제안하였다. 그리고 지방의정에의 시민참여 활성화방안으로는 인터넷이나 케이블TV를 통한 의회활동중개, 의사일정의 고정과 적극적인 홍보, 주요의사 결정과정에 자문위원회 및 심의위원회의 대폭확대, 유급시민모니터링제도의 도입, 상임위원회에 민간위원의 참여(결정권 없이) 필요성 정도, 휴일의회 및 야간의회 개최 등의 방안을 제안하였다.

인터넷의 빠른 확산과 정보기술 패러다임의 변화로 사용자가 다양한 종류의 온라인 매체를 이용하여 콘텐츠 및 커뮤니티 제작 등에 능동적으로 참여하고, 이를 공유하는 양상이 사회 전반적으로 확대되고 있다. 이는 국가계획수립 부문에서도 예외는 아니어서 계획 주체와 국민간의 교류를 증진시키기 위해 등장한 개방형 계획패러다임과 맞물려 다양한 분야에서 PPGIS(Public Participation GIS)를 구현하기 위한 사업이 추진 중이다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 국가 주도의 단방향적인 참여기회 제공으로 단순한 의견수렴 수준에 머물고 있어 국민의 의견과 수요가 충분히 계획에 반영되지 못하며, 특정 계획분야에 국한되어 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 제공수단과 참여대상을 확대할 수 있도록 지리정보를 활용한 국민참여 기회를 제공하고, 이러한 결과가 GIS 활용분야 의사결정 과정에 적용될 수 있는 국가차원의 기반 마련이 요구된다. 따라서 이 연구는 정보기술 패러다임의 변화를 반영하여 사용자가 지리정보를 수단으로 자유롭게 의사를 개진하고, 정부가 이를 반영하여 계획을 수립할 수 있는 통합형 PPGIS 모델을 통한 G2C 상호작용 제고방안을 마련하고자 한다.
