The Parents Recognized Early Childhood Personality Character Education Conditions and Requirements (학부모가 인식한 유아 인성교육 실태 및 요구)

  • The purpose of this study was the children learn character education situation and the desire of parents to recognize there is a purpose. In D city, the data collected was intended for 170 parents percentage of the frequency analysis SPSS program was performed multiple responses cross-validation analysis, and difference. As a result, first, it has the highest awareness of the need for Children Personality care and education of parents interest also highest. It was the concept of holistic education and character education Children can see that the same interpretation in the context of understanding the concept of Children education and Personality contents were understood as a whole. Second, these activities were Children Personality to training status could see that the character education are being made in this result assumed concentration of Children humanity education conducted in the home and work areas of daily life guidance and basic lifestyle at home talking It was made through the division. Children correct behavioral models for character education has given the values of the parent as the parent greatest impact on the formation of the Personality of children. Third, Children need for parent participation of character education should be made a parent education involvement in what is the result of Children character education out and it was found that it should be carried out life guidance program of parent education programs for Children character education.

Study on the Research and Education (R&E) Programs in the Science High Schools and Gifted High Schools: Focusing on the Current Status (과학고 및 영재고 Research and Education (R&E) 운영 현황 및 실태 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of Research and Education (R&E) program. The sample included 21 high schools(18 science high schools and 3 gifted high schools) and 1,466 students and 310 mentors. The results are as follows. Total 502 R&E projects were planned and completed. 72.1% of the total research works were guided by professors only, 23.3% were guided by teachers only, and 4.6% were guided by professors and teachers together. Total R&E mentors were 861(385 professors and 476 teachers) and mentees were 2,168. The total budget of 2011 R&E was approximately 4.5 billion won. The needs for program improvement R&E were as follows. 1) When selecting R&E topics, mentors need to consider students' current knowledge level and school curriculum. 2) Mentors should provide enough opportunities to master topic-related basic knowledge. 3) The performance should be monitored periodically. 4) The support for continuous research and improvement of research environment were requested.

A Study on the Utilization Small Disused Station (소규모 폐 역사의 활용방안 연구)

  • More than 100 years of railway history in Korea, many of disused stations and railroads are happening. Many of disused stations are designated as registered cultural properties because of their historical value, and should be utilized considering their historical meaning. The purpose of this study is to analyse the status and utilization of disused station designated as registered cultural properties, research the domestic and foreign cases of successful reutilization, and provide basic materials for desirable utilization of underused space. Status and utilization of 23 stations are classified as closed-type, continued-type, changed-type, toured-type, and different alternatives are analysed from foreign cases. From case study utilization appling user and detailed utilization are classified as follows; Proprietor(Manager)'s Private Use, Proprietor(Manager)'s Public Use, Community's Public Use, Participant's Cooperative Use, and Tourist's Purposeful Use. The successful utilization of small disused station will be carried out with respect for disused station as cultural heritage, using place of coexistence and symbiosis for community, and effort to make spontaneous growth by participation of various users.

An Analysis Reflecting on the Science core Competency of Certification Textbooks in Elementary School and Teachers' and Students' Perceptions (초등학교 3~4학년군 과학 검정 교과서의 과학핵심역량(ScC) 반영 실태 및 교사와 학생의 인식)

  • This study aims to determine the implications of the efficient and effective implementation of science core competency (ScC) education by examining the state of science core competencies derived from the 2015 revised elementary school science curriculum and analyzing teachers' and students' perceptions. To this end, this paper investigated the reality of reflecting the science core competencies of science textbooks in a group of third and fourth graders from seven elementary schools who passed the test. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with four elementary school teachers who participated in qualification textbook selection, and 156 elementary school students were surveyed to determine their perceptions of science core competencies. Findings showed that, first, 1,586 science core competencies were reflected throughout the textbooks, with an average of 227 per textbook and biology being the most salient area. Second, teachers did not understand the difference between previous inquiry activities in textbooks and ScC education. Third, no statistically significant differences were observed in the perceptions of male and female students on science core competencies, the highest average of perceptions being those of scientific thinking ability. From these results, this study concluded that for ScC education to be realized as a curriculum, textbooks must be organized according to the purpose of core competency education, implementing practical changes, and efforts must be directed toward changing the perceptions of individuals who deliver education.

A Study on the Use of Multicultural Terminology: Focusing on the Status of News Articles and Interviews with Field Experts (다문화 용어 사용 문제에 대한 연구: 뉴스기사 사용실태 파악과 현장 전문가의 인터뷰를 중심으로)

  • This study was an exploratory study to identify the discomfort of using multicultural terms. The contents of the study included exploration of prior research, analysis of news articles, and in-depth interview with field experts. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, five multicultural terms such as 'multiculturalism', 'multicultural society', 'multicultural education', '다문화가족' and '다문화가정' were extracted from exploration of prior research. Second, as a result of news analysis, 'multiculturalism' mainly appeared in the early 2000s and has been rapidly decreasing since 2006, and 'multicultural society' and 'multicultural education' have been steadily written. In contrast, '다문화가족' and '다문화가정', which first appeared in 2003 and 2004, have exceeded 80% of multicultural news articles since 2009. Third, regarding multicultural terms, the study participants were well aware of '다문화가족' and '다문화가정', and little knew of 'multiculturalism'. In an interview conducted before learning multicultural terms, '다문화가족' and '다문화가정' were recognized as familiar but uncomfortable and distinguishing terms. And 'multiculturalism', 'multicultural society', and 'multicultural education' were recognized as abstract and unfamiliar terms. In an interview conducted after learning about multicultural terms, the study participants expressed confusion about the mixed use of multicultural terms with different meanings and recognized the need for clarification.

The Study about Undergraduate Physical Therapy Student's Participation in General Sports (물리치료학과 대학생의 생활체육 참여실태에 관한 연구)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate a study about undergraduate students' participation in general sports. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 students attending physical therapy at Gimcheon university students. four items of general characteristics, 2 conditions of sports for all, 2 activities of current sports for all, and 1 thing of sports for all, were extracted from the questionnaires of total 40 items. Result: In the present study, it was found that through the cross-sectional analysis of various variables related to life sports activities according to grade, sex, age and living cost level, students participated in less sports activities than other college students. And they participated in non-living sports activities such as appreciation and movie appreciation. In addition, it was found that factors such as watching sports games mainly affect the lives of women, especially with less sports activities, and men are more active at 20 to 28 years of age than those aged 20. Conclusion: These findings suggest that it is necessary to provide various opportunities to encourage the physical activities of female students and young students of the university and actively participate in sports for all.

Exploring e-Learning System for Agricultural Education and Extension in the Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea (농촌진흥청 농촌지도사업의 이러닝 시스템 분석)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 2003년부터 농촌진흥청에서 이루어져 왔던 이러닝시스템에 대한 실태와 참여농가의 만족도를 파악하고 향후 이러닝시스템의 발전방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 농촌진흥청은 2003년부터 웹과 비디오화상시스템에 기반을 둔 이러닝시스템(e-learning system)을 이용하여 농가에 대한 지도와 교육사업을 전개하여 왔다. 2003년에는 이러닝을 통한 교육과정에 251명의 농민이 등록하였으며, 이 중 최종적으로 126명이 오이, 고추, 토마토에 대한 생산과 경영관리 교육과정을 수료하였다. 2004년에는 503명의 농민이 이러닝 교육과정에 등록하였으며, 이중 313명의 농가가 버섯, 딸기, 수박에 대한 생산과 경영관리 교육과정을 수료하였다. 이러닝 교육과정에 참여하는 농민의 76%가 이러닝시스템을 통한 교육에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러닝을 위한 시스템 형태에 따른 선호도는 비디오화상시스템만을 이용한 경우는 23%. 웹만을 이용한 경우는 13%, 이 두 시스템을 통합하여 운영한 경우에는 59%로서 통합시스템운영이 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 현재 진흥정이 구축한 통합시스템은 동시에 1000명 이상의 농민을 대상으로 교육을 실시할 수 있다. 지도사업의 예산과 인원이 과거에 비해 줄어들고 있는 상황에서 이러닝시스템은 향후 농민들을 대상으로 한 지도와 교육에 효과적인 대안이 될 수 있다.

  • 최근의 디지털 기술 및 컴퓨터, 통신 기술의 개발과 확산을 통해 다양한 소셜 미디어의 사용에 따른 디지털 사회가 생성되고 디지털 지능이 출현하여 새로운 디지털 문화와 커뮤니티가 생겨나고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 산업체, 교육계 등에서 소셜 미디어의 사용 및 채택 효과에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 소셜 도구의 사용 기법과 활용 방안이 필요하며, 사용 실태에 대한 조사가 필요하다. 이에 따라, 이 논문에서는 소셜 미디어를 개인 및 회사의 업무에 사용할 수 있는 있는 활용 방안을 마련하기 위하여, 소셜 미디어의 참여와 접근 방안 등에 대한 방법론을 조사하고 제시한다. 소셜 미디어에 접근하고 활용하기 위하여 웹 로그 분석 도구 및 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠 도구 등에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 사이트 분석과 활용 방안 마련을 위하여 소셜 미디어 메트릭스 활용 방안을 제시한다.

Status in Employment in the Agricultural Sector and Analysis Demand Factors : Evidence from Gangwon, South Korea (강원도 농업부문 고용인력 실태 및 수요 결정요인 분석)

  • 계획적이고 안정적인 영농을 위해 영농작업 인력을 확보하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 하지만 농가인구의 감소로 인한 농업인력 확보의 어려움과 농업노동 임금의 지속적인 증가는 경영주에게 이중의 고통이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농가처분가능소득이 전국에서 가장 높은 강원도를 지역 표집으로 선정하여 Bivariate Probit 모형을 이용해 내국인과 외국인 고용의 상호 관계를 고려한 고용인력 수요 결정요인을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 첫째, 3개월 이상 노동력을 고용하는 농가들의 경우 내국인 고용수요와 외국인 고용수요 간에는 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전형적인 도시근교 농업의 특징을 나타내는 춘천시에 비해 강원도내 타 지역 농가들은 다른 변수들이 일정할 경우 내국인과 외국인의 고용수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 젊은 경영주일수록 내국인 상시 고용에 대한 수요가 높고, 농가조직에 참여하고 있는 농가일수록 자가노동 확률은 0.13% 감소하고, 상시 농업 노동력에 대한 수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합한 농업 노동력 확보를 위한 정책적 시사점으로는 첫째, 상시고용된 농업인력들을 대상으로 국내외 문화 차이를 인지하고, 내국인 노동자와 외국인 노동자간의 협력 네트워크 구축을 위한 영농교육 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 각 지역별로 내국인 또는 외국인 노동자의 상시고용 수요가 상이한 것으로 나타나 강원도내 지역별 농산업 현황을 기반으로 "(가칭)강원도 농업 인력 수급 플랫폼" 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 청년창업농과 농가조직 참여 농가들을 대상으로 농작업 상시고용 인력을 우선적으로 매칭해 주는 것이 필요하다.

A Status Analysis on the Field Management of Professional Construction Firms after Abrogation of Construction Participants System (시공참여자제도 폐지 이후 전문건설업체의 현장관리 실태분석)

  • After the construction participants system is abolished, expectations are high for its consequences such as liquidating paper-companies, holding back low price contracts, and improving multi-stepwise subcontract structure. However, the professional construction firms have been took responsibilities and obligations as businessmen employing the chief workmen and construction workers. For this reason, it is expected that they will be charged a great deal of expenses such as increase in labor management services and laborers, the occurrence of an retirement grants, insurance fees, etc. Since the hold on power of field managers are getting weaker toward the construction workers, it is most likely to have loss in efficiency of production in the long term. Therefore purpose of this research is to analyze difficulties and the point at issues with which professional construction firms are undergoing after abolishing the construction participants system by investigating on the actual condition in the field management. For this research, we got a grip on the actual condition and analyzed the rise of a primary factor on reinforced concrete construction.
