Creation and Meaning of Local Cultural Contents through Maeul-mandeulgi : Case of Chilgok-gun Yeong ori (공간생산이론을 통해 본 지역문화콘텐츠의 창출 과정과 의미 : 칠곡군 영오리 사례)

  • This study analyzes the creation process of local cultural contents that appears in the Maeul-mandeulgi by utilizing the "Village Rituals" handed down from village. The purpose is to analyze the social values and meanings they represent. For this purpose, a qualitative research method using Chilgok-gun Yeong-ori was applied and analyzed through Lefebvre's the production of space theory. Residents began to recognize the necessity of projects such as Maeul-mandeulgi to overcome the community crisis, and attempted to change the perception of existing village rituals. The new cultural contents were created by adding a playful element to the existing Cheonwangje, and thereby strengthening the identity of the village. This resulted in the reproduction of the village as a new cultural space, but it showed the reproduction of the space in which the alienation occurred due to excessive physical expansion. However, through this process, villagers increased their sense of belonging and increased their satisfaction, which showed the process of being produced as a space of representation that strengthens the sense of community.

  • This study aims at identifying the physical, emotional effect on dance education by using "Dance Central" among Xbox-360 Games. In order to achieve the target, this study adopts case study methodology through Dance Central program among qualitative methods. The participants of this study were 8 adults who do not have experienced dance games from a homogeneous group composed of persons into who are called the Net Generation. The period of this study was from July 18, 2011 to August 14, 2011, during which the observation was conducted for 5 weeks. In total, 15 times of participant observation were made. Dance game experience Through data collection and analysis Participatory Video, self-reports, un-Structured interview, Observations. As a result of the study, the educational effect of aspects physical, emotional and the of dance game was analyzed into dance educational aspect. Educational effect on physical aspect was divided into subjects of 'preceded rhythm and familiarity of dance moves', 'changes by type of moves' and 'dance game requiring active physical activities'. Emotional learning effect was divided into subjects including, 'alleviation of stress'. 'changes of fun by stage and concentration' and 'dance game which has no risk of addiction'.

  • This study is a qualitative study in which nursing students analyzed the contents of nursing skills recorded on a structured video observation record sheet while observing a colleague team's real-time video of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease scenario implementation during simulation practice. As a result of the analysis using the content analysis method, categories and topics of effective and ineffective aspects were derived in the areas of observation record: accuracy of procedures, adherence to aseptic technique, consideration of safety and safety, explanation and education, and purpose explanation and method education. This study is meaningful in that it presents factors that can increase the efficiency of nursing education through simulation-based practice.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of writing academic reflection journals and feedback activity experiences in untact online classes for engineering students who have taken communication liberal arts classes, and to find out the effect of these learning strategies to promote students' learning motivation, to check whether it is useful for class participation and immersion. In order to find out the effect of class, pre- and post-tests on learning motivation were conducted, and the students' reflection journals and in-depth interviews were analyzed using the topic analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. As a result of the study, it was found that the reflection journal and feedback activity had a significant effect on individual learning understanding, immersion, attitude, etc. The study is meaningful in that it was able to confirm students' active learning attitudes and positive teaching effects with appropriate learning strategies according to changes in the untact educational environment. Various teaching-learning strategies according to changes in the educational environment should be sought and applied in many ways.

Methodological Review of the Research on Argumentative Discourse Focused on Analyzing Collaborative Construction and Epistemic Enactments of Argumentation (논증 담화 분석 연구의 방법론적 고찰: 논증활동의 협력적 구성과 인식적 실행의 분석을 중심으로)

  • This study undertook a methodological investigation on previous research that had proposed alternative methods for analyzing argumentative discourse in science classes in terms of collaborative construction and epistemic enactments of argumentation. The study also proposed a new way of analyzing argumentation discourse based on the achievements and limitations of previous research. The new method was applied to actual argumentation discourse episodes to examine its feasibility. For these purposes, we chose the studies employing Toulmin's argument layout, seeking for a method to analyze comprehensively the structure, content, and justification of arguments, or emphasizing evidence-based reasoning processes of argumentation discourse. In addition, we contrived an alternative method of analyzing argumentative discourse, Discourse Register on the Evidence-Explanation Continuum (DREEC), and applied DREEC to an argumentative discourse episode that occurred in an actual science classroom. The advanced methods of analyzing argumentative discourse used in previous research usually examined argument structure by the presence and absence of the elements of Toulmin's argument layout or its extension. Those methods, however, had some problems in describing and comparing the quality of argumentation based on the justification and epistemic enactments of the arguments, while they could analyze and compare argumentative discourse quantitatively. Also, those methods had limitations on showing participants' collaborative construction during the argumentative discourse. In contrast, DREEC could describe collaborative construction through the relationships between THEMEs and RHEMEs and the links of data, evidence, pattern, and explanation in the discourse, as well as the justification of arguments based on the flow of epistemic enactments of the argumentative discourse.

  • With the advancement of internet and mobile communication devices, mobile banking such as internet banking, internet loan and smart phones related to the people's economic activities using mobile communication devices is becoming increasingly more popular. Various security systems to prevent such new crimes are being introduced and the security system market is anticipated to continuously increase substantially in the future. Accordingly, qualitative advancement of the security systems are also in continuous demand. Therefore, this thesis proposes the method and system for quality evaluation of the network access control system by proposing testing and evaluating method for the relevant system through surveying and analyzing the tend in the foundation technologies and standards in the area of network access control system, which is one of the security systems, in order to cope with the demands for the evaluation of the quality of the security system as the security system product market is anticipated to grow continuously.

Analysis on the Research Trends in STEAM Education (융합인재교육(STEAM) 연구 동향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate current trends of research in STEAM education through the analysis of published articles in Korea on STEAM education between 2011~2014. By looking into the research trend, this study check out research's achievements for four years and suggest guiding light to determine the direction of the research of STEAM education. The number of papers of STEAM education had continuously increased from 2011 to 2014 but the increase in research tended to stall by 2014. In 2014 the research for kindergartens started to increase and research for slow learning students and special students was done. With regard to the number of studies published relating to the curriculum, many studies centered in the study of the actual and science curriculum which took a large portion since the adoption. In the kindergarten and university level, the study based on art showed the highest while in elementary, middle and high school level, the actual and science curriculum took a major portion in its studies. The general academic associations continue to expand their research area with regard to STEAM education while the academic related associations show a 16% decline in its number of studies published when comparing 2014 to 2013. A higher proportion of qualitative research methods such as case studies are needed to be addressed in the future while more research should be done on education policies for the establishment of a system to share the program that contains the distribution of the education programs and its utilization. In addition, a long-term research should be conducted to verify the effectiveness of the education of teachers for teaching candidates and school teachers.

A Study on humanistic Imagination of Games using Oral Literature (구비문학을 활용한 게임의 인문학적 상상력에 관한 고찰)

  • Game contents are the driving force of the digital media era. As the gaming industry grows bigger, contents technologies are also rapidly developing in both their quality and quantity, while the story sources of the contents are depleting. Accordingly, digging out new stories that can support development of the cultural contents industry is emerging as an urgent issue. Since games took roots as a form of contents in our society, negative images have outweighed positive aspects. This study aims at finding cures for the side effects from storytelling. Important factors here are how to converge the technical nature of engineering imagination and the epic nature of humanities imagination. Recently, The excavations of the story is very important. This article demonstrates cases where the oral literature, an archetypical cultural genre, provides the sources of game storytelling.

Role Transition from Clinical Nurse to Case Manager for Medical-aid Beneficiaries: Taking Root in a Barren Land (임상간호사에서 의료급여관리사로의 역할 전이 과정: '척박한 땅에 뿌리내리기')

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain the role transition process to nurse case managers (NCMs) for Medical-aid beneficiaries in Korea. Methods: Fourteen NCMs were interviewed regarding their experiences of becoming proficient in the new role of case manger. Data were analyzed through the application of grounded theory. Results: 'Taking root in a barren land' was the core category explaining the role transition process of NCMs. They engaged in four stages: launching, trial and error, proficiency, and wait-and-see stages. NCMs showed not only fear but also passion for case management practice. Despite their passion and effort, NCMs went through a period of trial and error. After becoming skilled, NCMs went through a stage of wait-and-see often because of job insecurity related to temporary position or few opportunities for promotion. Factors influencing NCMs' role transition process included their understanding of client characteristics, belief in case management, and support from their colleagues and families. Conclusion: NCMs experience many challenges in the process of becoming proficient NCMs. To help with their role transition, there is a need for education programs, preceptorship programs, research on their roles and functions, and regulation for securing NCMs' employment and career stability.

  • CRM의 장점은 원하는 고객에 대해서 마케팅 노력을 기울일 수 있고 그 결과로 마케팅 비용을 줄이고 효율을 높일 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 마케팅 전략 수립에 대한 방법의 변화와 그 수행방법의 변화가 CRM에 있기 때문에 여기에 따른 절차와 문화, 조직구조까지 변화 시킬 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 CRM교육이 필요하며, 그 중요성을 인식하고 실행하여야 한다. 그리고 경영환경에 적합한 마케팅 전략 수립이 필수적이다. CRM의 정확한 이해와 적합한 수행이 있어야만 병원경영의 목표달성에 도움이 된다. 그러나 CRM자체의 문제가 없는 것도 아니다. 무엇보다 전문 인력이 부족하면 시스템 구축과 마케팅이나 컨설팅 인력을 확보하여 프로젝트의 부실화를 방지하여야 한다. 다음은 실업자들의 업무패턴을 파악하고 사용자의 편의를 고려한 적용이 있어야 한다. 고가의 비용을 투입하여 CRM을 실행하였다 해도 사용자 교육의 미비가 생기면 효율이 감소될 것이다. 역시 CRM의 적용에 있어서 호환이 되지 않으면 통합비용으로 별도의 비용이 지출해야 하므로 비용의 증가를 감수하여야 한다. 환자의 의료의 질에 대한 만족은 환자의 주관적 개념으로 동일한 의료서비스에 대하여 환자들은 저마다 다르게 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여, 그것을 의료제공자가 충족시키는 정도가 환자의 만족도를 결정하게 된다. 의료의 질은 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 의료의 질과 만족은 강하게 연관이 있으면서도 양자는 분명히 다르다. 의료의 질에 대한 평가와 만족도는 매우 일치도가 높다고 볼 수 있다. 이것은 의료의 질적 수준이 높으면 환자만족도도 높다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 환자관리를 위한 CRM 마케팅의 전기를 실증적으로 역설하고 이의 도입을 통한 효과와 문제점, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고, 모범적인 CRM운영 사례를 제시함과 동시에 효과적인 의료의 질 경영을 구현하고 이것이 환자의 의료서비스 만족도를 높이는 결과인 것을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
