The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of a career group counselling program on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation. As a result, it was discovered that the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in reality and preparedness among the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there were no significant differences in determinacy. Also, the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in goal selection, job information and future plans among the sub-area of career decision self-efficacy while there were no significant differences in problem solution. These results suggest that the career group counselling program had significant effects on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy. For better career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation, more organized studies on career group counselling programs are needed and their usability should be reinforced.

This study aims to investigate the relationships between career stress, career adaptability, and career indecision of female university students. The participants were 184 female students in A university. They responded surveys regarding career stress, career adaptability, and career indecision. Research results were as follows. First, career stress predicted career indecision. Second, career adaptability mediated the relationship between career stress and career indecision. This result examined that career stress is an important factor which predicts career indecision. In addition, career adaptability could help to increase between career stress and career indecision by mediation effect. These findings of this research provide useful information for designing and implementing career education program.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between family strength and career decision-making difficulties and the mediating effect or career self-regulation. The results of the present study suggested the significance of family strength and career self-regulation in understanding career decision-making difficulties. With 172 Korean college students, there were both significant direct and indirect effects from family strength to career decision-making difficulties. Specifically, the mediation roles of career self-regulation was confirmed. Comparing the partial mediation model with full mediation model, the partial mediation model fits better with the data. These results have significant clinical implication that counseling practitioners need to address the possible influence of family strength on college student's perceived difficulties in career decision-making process and to assist students develop appropriate level of competencies of regulating one's emotion, thoughts, and behavior related to career problems.

This study set out to organize and apply a group program designed to resolve the psychological career barriers of university freshmen and test its effects on their psychological career barriers, self-efficacy in career decision-making, and self-determination. For this purpose, the investigator divided the subjects into a treatment group of eight and a comparison group of nine, implemented a group program designed to resolve psychological career barriers over seven sessions, and applied no treatment to the comparison group. In an effort to examine the program's effects, the investigator conducted tests on psychological career barriers, self-efficacy in career decision-making, and self-determination in the pre- and post-test both in the treatment and comparison groups and examined the differences between them. The findings were as follows: first, the treatment group made a significant decrease to its psychological career barriers scores compared to the comparison group; second, the treatment group made a significant increase to its self-efficacy in career decision-making scores compared to the comparison group; and finally, the treatment group also made a significant increase to its self-determination scores compared to the comparison group with a significant enhancement. That is, the program was effective for lowering the psychological career barriers of university freshmen and improving their self-efficacy in career decision-making and self-determination. The study also discusses the utilization of its findings and future study.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' openness to diversity on learning agility, career decision level and the mediating effect of learning agility. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 215 university students who are majoring in airline cabin service management and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, openness to diversity has a positive effect on learning agility. Second, learning agility has a positive effect on career decision level. Third, learning agility has a full mediating effect between openness to diversity and career decision level. These results show that the more students enhance their openness to diversity and learning agility, the more students enhance their career decision level.

The purpose of this study was to analysis the causal model between self-directedness, learning flow, career decision and self-efficacy, and career exploration behavior of undergraduate students. A survey was conducted on 604 undergraduate students, and Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze. The major findings were as follows: First, learning flow and career decision self-efficacy were found to have positive impacts on career exploration behavior. However, self-directedness was found to have no significant direct impacts on career exploration behavior. Second, self-directedness was found to have positive impacts on learning flow and career decision self-efficacy. Finally, learning flow and career decision self-efficacy were found to have perfect mediating effects on the relationships between self-directedness and career exploration behavior. Considering the size of the specific indirect effect, the mediating effects of learning flow was relatively larger than those of career decision self-efficacy. Based on the results, discussions to increase career exploration behavior were made as well as suggestions for future research.

The purpose of this study is to examine the sequential mediating effects of social withdrawal and depression in the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision of multicultural adolescents. To this end, we analyzed adolescents data from the 8th year survey(2018) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study(MAPS)' provided by the National Youth Policy Institute(NYPI). As a result of the study, first, achievement motivation was found to have a significant and positive effect on career decision. Second, it was found that social withdrawal did not mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Third, it was found that depression mediates the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Fourth, it was found that social withdrawal and depression sequentially mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Based on the results of this study, we searched for social support measures to improve the career decision of multicultural adolescents and support their career paths, and suggested implications and limitations of the results of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among psychological, emotional variables related to the career indecision of college students and to present effective action strategies by searching basic data that can prevent college students from undeciding their career path. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the variables related to career indecision of college students and the structural equation model to verify the fit of the research model. The results of this study suggest that adaptive perfectionism has a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy and career decision self-efficacy has a negative effect on career indecision and adaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career indecision by mediating career decision self-efficacy. In addition, maladaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career decision self-efficacy, and it has a positive effect on career indecision through mediation of career decision self-efficacy. we discussed the implications for career decision making and employment of college students based on the results of the relationship between variables such as perfectionism, career decision self-efficacy, and career indecision.
