Vibration Pattern Prediction through The Analysis on the Break-up Mode and the Heat Transfer Relationship of Slim Speaker Diaphragm (슬림 스피커 진동판의 분할진동 모드와 열전달 관계 분석을 통한 진동 패턴 예측)

  • In this paper, In this paper, we use two methods to compare the slim speakers. That way, the diaphragm scan using laser and diaphragm photographed using a thermal imaging camera. Slim speaker has the structure of a flat plate type. Break-up mode by this characteristic is displayed in a larger size. Further, since the installation space is narrow, it has limited moving coil cooling. As a result, the break-up mode slim speakers, a significant impact on quality. In this study, try to connect the break-up mode of the diaphragm, the heat transfer mode of the diaphragm. Experiment for comparison, a two-step. The first step is to measure the divided vibration through the vibration plate scan. The second step measures the diaphragm photographed using a thermal imaging camera. Then, compare the results of both of the same frequency. Thus, comparing the heat transfer pattern and the pattern of break-up mode. Tend to be analysis of break-up mode from the pattern comparison, and document for the optimum design.

  • This study describes an analytical and experimental investigation of the pedestrian steel-deck truss bridge in the City of Rochester, New York, U.S.A. This investigation was undertaken to provide assurance that this important bridge continues to be functional for this use. An ambient vibration experiment on full-scale structures is a way of assessing the reliability of the various assumptions employed in the mathematical models used in analysis. It is also the most reliable way of determining the structural parameters of major importance in structural dynamics, such as the mode shapes and the associated natural frequencies. Pedestrian-induced vibrations have been measured on the bridge to determine the displacement and the vertical and transverse dynamic characteristics of the steel deck truss. In the analytical modeling, three-dimensional finite element analysis was developed and validated against the ambient tests.

  • The vibration characteristic of thin laminated orthotropic cylindrical shell is investigated based on the Donnell theory. The Rayleigh-Ritz variational procedure is employed. For the variety of shell end conditions, the beam characteristic function is used for the axial mode function. The result of the present analysis is in good agreement with some available analytical results and NASTRAN and BOSOR4 calculations. In the present study, the relation between natural frequencies and orthotropic parameter k is investigated. Introducing the frequency parameter, this study shows that the frequency parameter increases as the orthotropic parameter k approaches to one.

  • 최근에 철도의 고속화 운행이 유럽, 동아시아, 북아메리카에 이르기까지 빠르게 확장됨으로 인하여 수반되는 지반진동에 대한 문제가 관심이 되고 있다. 건설현장에서 널리 적용되고 있는 Deep Mixing 기술은 철도의 고속화에 따른 진동의 피해를 줄이는 방법으로도 사용되고 있다. Deep Mixing 공법은 특별히 설계된 장비를 사용하여 접착성재료와 통양을 혼합하여 생산된 기둥벽을 이용하는 지반개량공법이다. 본 논문의 목적은 유럽이나 일본에서 진동제어로 사용되어지는 최근의 Deep Mixing 공법을 종합 검토하고자 함이다.. 스웨덴과 일본의 현장계측 결과와 함께 해석적 수치적 해에 근거하여 개선된 지반의 거동을 해석 및 예측한다. 수치해석 결과는 Deep Mixing 공법의 진동저감에 대한 예측에 있어서 유용한 도구임을 보여준다.

  • 본 연구에서는 배기계의 진동해석과 관련하여, 배기계 파이프에 대한 보 모델링기법을 제안하였다. 굴곡부가 통상의 직석보로 모델링될 때는 실제보다 고유진동수가 상당히 높게 평가되므로, 이 굴곡부의 강성을 적절히 수정해 주어야만 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정적 변형에너지개념을 이용하여 실제 엔지니어들이 사용할 수 있을 정도로 간단하면서도, 합리적인 기법을 제시하였다. 실제 배기계의 중앙파이프의 진동해석에 적용해 본 결과 이 기법의 타당성과 효율성을 입증할 수 있었다.

  • 최근 지하철 인접 부지에 고층 주거 시설이 입지함에 따라 지하철 통행시의 소음 및 진동관련 민원이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서, 지하철 인접에 위치하는 구조물의 경우 계획단계에서부터 지하철로 인한 소음 및 진동 문제를 예측하고 평가하는 과정이 필수적이다. 건물이 시공되기 전 지하철 통행으로 인하여 건물에 유입되는 진동을 예측 및 평가하기 위해서는 해석적 방법으로 접근해야 하며, 본 연구에서는 sub-structuring method를 활용한 지하철 진동 해석 방법과 실제 구조물에 적용한 사례를 제시한다.

  • The possibility to development of floor vibration problem is larger in case of long span structure under service loads. Therefore, to improve the vibration performance of the floor, increasing of its thickness is a common method. But, increasing of thickness can lead to increase of slab self weight and reduce the effectiveness of the building. For this reason, attention for voided slab which reduces the self-weight is increasing. Hence, voided deck slab combined with deck plate and polystyrene void foam which has buoyancy prevention capacity and much developed construct ability has bee developed. By using the developed voided slab, vibration performance of a mock-up building structure has been investigated in the current study. The results according to analysis showed that they can be implemented in living and bedroom which are considered as 1st grade on the basis of "Residential Evaluation Guidelines for Vibration of Buildings" by the Architectural Institute of Japan.

  • 평판의 일반적인 형태의 진동을 해석하기 위해서는, 외면진동뿐만이 아니라 내면진동을 해석하여야 한다. 평판 내면진동의 경우 탄성파인 종파와 전단파의 전파에 의한 영향으로 발생하며, 진동 변위, 진동 에너지, 진동 인텐시티 등의 특성들을 이해하기 위해서는 각 파동의 영향을 분리하여 낼 필요가 있다. 내면진동을 해석하기 위하여 진동 모드법을 사용할 수 있으나, 각 파동에 의한 영향을 분리하여 낼 수가 없다. 본 논문에서는 진동장을 탄성파들에 의한 영향의 합으로 나타냄으로써, 각 파동에 의한 진동 변위, 진동 에너지, 진동 인텐시티 둥의 영향들을 분리할 수 있는 해석 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이러한 해석 방법을 이용하여 점가진력에 의하여 강제 진동하는 평판의 내면 진동장에 대한 수치 계산을 수행하였다. 결과로써 진동 변위, 진동 에너지, 진동 인텐시티 등을 이루는 탄성파들의 기여도와 특성들을 분석함으로써 본 해석기법의 유용성을 보였다.

  • Observation satellites carrying high precision optical payload require extremely stringent pointing stability that may be violated in the presence of the disturbances corning from reaction wheels, cryocoolers or other actuating components onboard the satellite. The most common method to protect the sensitive payloads from external disturbances is implementation of vibration isolator. In this paper development of a single axis active vibration isolator using electromagnet and its performance in isolating micro-vibration is presented. The main components of the developed isolator are membrane structure providing the isolator with the required stiffness and an electromagnet for active control. The performance test results show that additional damping can be achieved by active control without degrading isolation performance in high frequency region and that the developed isolator can effectively isolate micro-vibration.

Investigation on the Vibrating Wire Strain Gauges for the Evaluation of Pipeline Safety in Extreme Cold Region (극한지 파이프라인 안정성 평가를 위한 진동현식 변형률 게이지 연구)

  • Vibrating wire (VW) strain gauges are widely used for the evaluation of pipeline safety in extreme cold region. The development of VW strain gauges for the low temperature environment is necessary because of the high cost of gauges sold in developed countries. Thermistors embedded in the regular VW strain gauges and PT 100 sensors embedded in the gauges specially manufactured for this study have gone through credibility tests for temperature measurements. The use of PT 100 is recommended at low temperature environments because thermistors have low credibility at temperatures below $-15^{\circ}C$. Strain measurements using regular VW strain gauges also show low accuracies as temperature goes down. VW strain gauges manufactured using inconel give high credibility of strain measurements at low temperatures. More reliable VW strain gauges for the low temperature environment will be developed in the near future.
