대학도서관은 연구와 교육의 센터로서 대학의 내부소속인의 교육과 연구, 학습을 뒷받침해왔다. 현대사회에서 평생교육과 자기주도 학습, 지적자유에 대한 사회적 요구가 커지면서 이제 대학도서관은 내부소속인 뿐만 아니라 외부이용자를 위한 서비스도 제공하는 이른바 지역사회 개방을 시행하고 있다. 이 연구는 지역사회 개방에 대한 선행연구들을 참고하여 지역사회 개방에 대해 알아보고, 대구지역의 대학도서관을 중심으로 지역사회 개방의 현황에 대해 구체적으로 분석하였다.

This study is purposed to setting up leisure facilities for provincial teenagers. And this center will be constructed facilities considering young boys and girls's need in geochang-gun. It is carried out those as follows;(1) it is, first of all, examined architectural factors concerned about an demand of young boys and girls in geochang-gun;(2) it is, secondly, established spaces and programs that it is analyzed an alternative proposal considering merits and faults;(3) it is, finally, suggested facilities of It's. The result of study, A development planning of "geochang-gun leisure cultural center" is suggested that it is induced to 'cultural building', 'physical exercise facilities' and 'a boarding house for students of the back regions'. It is, Ultimately, focused development of leisure facilities on demands and feelings of teenagers in a rural area.

In this study, the factors influencing logistics warehouse price were analyzed using Hedonic price model. All the actual transaction cases of the logistics centers in Gyeonggi province for 10 years from 2006 to 2015 were investigated. In this hedonic model, statistically significant variables includes building, economic, investment and time characteristics. The analysis permits a better insight of price determinants of warehouse price. First, the purchase price of large size logistics centers is relatively high. Second, the indirect investment shows higher price due to active investment tendency. Third, Foreign investors with various know-how on investment are leading the selling price.

This study aimed to analyze the functionality and healthiness of family rules through a relational analysis of the relationship between the rule frequency by sub-family system and the content properties shown in the 'family constitution', It also aimed to examine the relationship between the perception degree of healthy family elements and the family subsystem rules and prepare the project development plans. As a result, it was a found that there were many dysfunctional rules, and healthiness was not satisfied. Project development plans include specific project plans, delivery systems, an orientation for practitioners, the necessity of evaluation and feedback, family health diagnosis, association with other project areas, and small scale operations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the social welfare service delivery system of Namyangju City on the satisfaction degree of the elderly with welfare services and on their quality of life. This study conducted a survey of the elderly aged 65 and over who were either service users or nonusers of the public-private partnership welfare service delivery system called Hope Care Center. A total of 324 copies including 205 copies of Hope Care Center users and 119 copies of nonusers were analyzed. The analysis shows that the four key elements of welfare service delivery system are statistically significant to the service users of Hope Care Center than the nonusers with the users' higher level of satisfaction with the services. However, in terms of quality of life, there was no meaningful distinction between the two groups. This indicates that services of Hope Care Center increased the satisfaction with welfare services, thereby improving users' quality of life to the level of nonusers. Further studies for the same subjects are expected to be deeper if they compare and analyze the before and after of using Hope Care Center with more comprehensive independent variables.

This study examined traditional dance programs in cultural and arts education in local children's centers. We aimed to contribute to the voluntary and active participation of children in cultural and arts education through differentiated cultural and arts educational programs. Interviews were conducted from March 2016- June, 2016 at A Regional Children's Center in Chungnam. Once a week, a 50-minute were held 16 Session as "learning traditional joyful dance". After completing the program, 25 children who participated in the program were asked about the good points and disappointments regarding the program. The interviews used open, structured questions that have been primarily used in phenomenological research. The list of questions was prepared in advance according to the research purpose. The results of the study are as follows: The evaluation of the first program was generally positive. By experiencing activities through cultural and arts education through traditional dance programs for children, children learned to be polite. It also changed positively in conversation. Children who showed negative attitudes toward traditional dance programs gradually participated in activities. Second, I examined the evaluation of lecturers who teach traditional dance. The children's response to the program was positive, with sincere and responsible lecture preparation and progress. The instructor prepared the class in advance, welcomed the children and ran the class in good faith. Instructors who taught traditional dances were proficient in dance, majored in dance and teaching children. The learning effect was high by the instruction of the good dance movement. Rich in lecture experience, he is proficient in dealing with children in class. Material was delivered according to the child's dance level.

우리나라는 전체 국토의 약 70%가 산악지형으로 이루어져 있고 연중 강우가 6월에서 9월에 집중되는 기후적 특성을 가지고 있다. 최근 기후변화의 영향까지 더해지면서 시간당 300mm 이상의 집중호우를 보이는 이상강우가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 대부분의 도시지역은 하천을 중심으로 발달되어 있어 인구 및 사회기반시설의 집약정도가 매우 높고 하천변 저지대 지역에 주거 및 상업시설이 밀집되어 있다. 기후적 지역적 특성으로 인한 홍수피해를 미연에 방지하고 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 치수 중심의 수자원 관리를 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 하천관리는 시기별 하천 수량의 급격한 변동으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하고 효율적인 수자원 관리 및 홍수피해 저감을 위해 수계를 중심으로 20개의 다목적댐을 건설하여 운영 관리 중에 있다. 특히, 홍수기 시 댐 운영은 예상 강우에 따라 적절한 예비방류와 강우 시 효율적인 댐 운영계획이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 강우가 집중되는 홍수기 댐 운영 시에 예상 강우량에 따라 댐 유역 내 유량 증가에 기여하는 정도를 예측할 수 있는 유출율 예측 회귀식을 개발하였다. 유출율은 강우와 유출량의 비로 지역특성, 강우특성, 관개여부, 선행강우량, 강우이동 방향 등 다양한 요인에 의해 복잡한 메케니즘을 갖는다. 단순히 예상되는 총강우량에 따른 유출율 만으로 상호관계를 정의하기가 쉽지 않기 때문에 한국수자원공사에서 개발한 댐군 홍수조절 연계운영시스템(COSFIM)인 수문학적 연계운영모형을 활용하였다. 최근 10년간 홍수기에 발생한 강우사상별 시간단위의 수문자료(총강우량, 기저유량, 유출율, 무강우일수, 강우지속시간 등) 분석을 실시하였다. COSFIM 모형을 통한 결과를 토대로 고려항목 간 교차검증을 통해 사분위수범위의 이상치 경계를 설정하고 상관분석 결과에 따라 0.5 이상의 상관성이 높은 항목을 활용하여 예측 강우량에 따른 유출율 예측 회귀식을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 예측 강우에 따른 유출율 예측 산정식은 댐 유역에 예상되는 강우량에 대하여 하천의 유량 증가 예측 정도를 정량적으로 제시할 수 있으며, 실제 홍수기 댐 운영 시 예상 강우량에 따라 신속하고 적절한 수문 방류 계획 수립에서 용이하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to propose a measure for eco-cultural regeneration by a detailed examination of closed down schools, old defective residences, deteriorated industrial facilities and space no long in use located throughout Ijak-do. The reserch method utilized a selection of the major elements from the eco-cultural regeneration element of island regions and a measure for application and regeneration on the deteriorated facilities of Ijak-do was proposed.

The purpose of this study was to explore how the number of network organizations, network continuity and service continuity of community child centers were affected by the charge factors, organizational factors and environmental factors of community child centers. To better understand this, we researched 107 community child centers in Chonbuk Province. The key results are as follows. The interpersonal connections of the charge factors had a strong effect on the number of network organizations, but organizational factors and environmental factors appeared to have no effect on the number of network organizations. The operational type(religious group), organizational support level of the organizational factors and public-private cooperation, regular consultative group operation(no) of the environmental factors appeared to have an effect on the level of network continuity. The region(local), regular consultative group operation(yes) and public-private cooperation of the environmental factors appeared to have an effect on the level of service continuity. It was hoped that the results would enable us to explore how factors related to a network had an effect on the service continuity, the number of network organizations and clients referral network continuity, and they appeared to have an effect on the service continuity.
