터널 발파를 원활히 수행하기 위해서는 암반조건에 적합한 합리적인 설계와 정밀한 천공, 정확한 기폭초시가 기본요소로서 이는 현재 국내 터널 설계.시공 기술 및 기자재의 발달로 만족할 만한 성과를 얻을 수 있다. 특히. 터널발파에서 정확한 기폭초시 부여는 굴진율 및 버럭 파쇄율, 굴착예정선 미려도, 잔여 암반 손상도 등의 시공성에서 뿐만 아니라 소음 및 진동 발생율을 좌우하는 환경적인 측면에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 기폭요소는 최초 도화선을 활용한 공업뇌관에서 전기뇌관, 비전기식뇌관의 순으로 기폭안전성과 정밀성 면에서 눈부신 성장을 이룩하여 왔으며 특히, 90년대 초에 개발되어 전 세계적으로 최근까지 지속적으로 사용량이 급증하고 있는 전자뇌관은 기폭방식에 일대혁신을 이루었다. 전자기폭 시스템은 기존뇌관의 초시를 결정하는 화약성분의 지연요소 대신에 IC board(전자회로)에 의한 Digital timer로 신호를 발생하여 초시를 결정하는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 최초로 전자기폭시스템을 활용하여 2003년 9원 23일에서 동년 11월 2일까지 강원도 양구 지역의 $\bigcirc\bigcirc$터널에 전자뇌관을 이용한 시험발파를 실시하였고, 발파에 의한 진동 등을 조사하여 그 효율성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 전자뇌관의 특성과 장점을 최대한 샅리기 위하여 각공을 발파하는 방식, 즉 1지발에 1공을 발파하는 방식을 채택하고 일반 뇌관과 전자뇌관으로 설계를 하여 각각의 발파효율을 비교하여 보았다. 그 결과 발파진동의 경우 기존뇌관을 이용하여 1공씩을 1지발로 발파를 한 경우에는 18~56%의 진동저감 효과가 있었고. 본선 설계에 의해 진행된 발파에 비하여는 최대 70% 이상의 진동저감 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

These conditions that regional si tuation and circumstances, small and medium size of company depending upon the fami Iy oriented craftsman ship, roles of producers who are very keen on technical innovation and improvement, distribu tion structure and production status etc, are important factors to understand environmental characters of the furniture industry. Moreover, existence of various design languges according to design activities by architects un der that industrial structure is also regarded as the characters of that furniture industry. Through understanding the characters of Italian furniture industry and the drivig force of the growth, I would I ike to propose a role model for our domestic furniture industry.

The purposes of this study were to identify Avatar benefits and characteristics of Avatar users. Avatars are imaginary characters that people use to represent themselves in the Cyber. The number of Netizens who want to consume avatars is increasing. It is necessary to understand about the consumption behavior of the Netizens who use Avatars. These data comes from Pollever Research Company in Korea on Oct. 2003. The factor Analysis of the data resulted in five factors that contribute to Avatar Benefits: uniqueness, response, assurance, self-expression, proxy satisfaction and affirmative. And we have found out meaningful themes, showing psychological experiences, purchasing strategies and repurchasing behavior of Avatars in the process of the consumption. The results showed a significant affect on each factor of the benefits and multiful regression analysis. Affirmative response was affected by self-esteem, fashion leadership and conspicuous value. So many Netizens were using unlimited purchasing coupons, exchanging Avatars and buying-selling-buying. Strategies for obtaining involved purchasing Avatars in order to get game points. The reason why Hangame site was No.1 of Avatar site in Korea. We have found out that Netizens needed to repurchase Avatars. Because they wanted to maintain positive psychological experiences in Avatar consumption.

This study aims to explore the status of next generation OPAC functionalities adopted by Korean academic libraries, and factors affecting their functionalities adoption. So 181 OPACs among 191 Korean academic libraries' OPACs are surveyed using a checklist consisting of 27 next generation OPAC functionalities. The relationships between the next generation OPAC functionalities adopted by academic libraries' OPAC and 6 factors of library, i.e., establishment, region of universities, volumes in library collection, total library expenditures, total target users, and automation solutions are analyzed by using SPSS Statistics 21. It is found that all factors except establishment of universities significantly affected the adoption of the next generation OPAC functionalities, and further detailed analysis for each factors is provided.

This study integrates personality trait theory to empirically Investigate the corporate strategy in Korean venture firms. This study predicts that type A/B, locus of control(internal/external), and risk-taking/avoiding will be positively associated with corporate strategy selection. Corporate strategy selection consists of aggressive entry strategy and defensive niche market strategy. Data obtained from a survey of 87 venture business firms is used to construct final variable measures and test the hypothesized relationships. The statistical result shows that type A, internal, and risk-taking CEOs positively associated with aggressive entry strategy, and type B, external, and risk-avoiding CEOs positively associated with defensive niche market strategy. Additional analysis(multiple regression model) to test relatively importance of independents is used.

In the era of so-called knowledge-based economy, the creation and utilization of IT and new knowledge are recognized as core factors to enforce IT industry and to increase national competitiveness. Advanced countries, therefore, have heavily invested their resources on IT sector and introduced competition into the telecommunication market. ASEAN countries are trying to make themselves informationized society through IT market liberalization and industry development. They are investing lots of resources to construct IT infrastructure such as wired and wireless network and consider informationized society promotion as top national agenda. In this effort, Korea is a benchmarking model for them. Successful entering into ASEAN market requires close analysis and correct understanding of its IT policy and infrastructure. In this paper, therefore, tried to analyse IT policy and infrastructure of three ASEAN countries, which have high potential of economic cooperation in IT with Korea. And based on the analysis, tried to find out ways to enter into ASEAN.

경기도 성남시 분당구에 위치한 한국토지주택공사는 지난 2009년 10월 대한주택공사와 한국토지공사가 통합하고, 국가가 자본금 전액을 출자해 출범한 공기업이다. 한국주택공사는 전국의 300여 개의 사업장에서 주택 공급, 신도시 개발 등 국민들의 주거생활 향상과 국토 이용의 효율성을 높이기 위한 다양한 활동에 나서고 있다. 특히 주택 공급 분양과 관련해서는 보금자리 주택 건축 사업을 담당하면서 국민주거 수준을 높이는 역할을 톡톡히 수행하고 있다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면 한국토지주택공사는 2018년까지 150만호의 보금자리 주택을 공급한다는 목표를 세워 실천해 나가고 있다. 또 신도시 개발 분야에서는 세종시를 비롯해 부산, 대구 등의 혁신도시 개발 업무를 맡고 있기도 하다. 이처럼 국민주거 수준을 높이고 도시에 숨결을 불어넣는 막중한 업무를 진행함에 있어 근로자의 안전 보건은 경영의 최우선 가치로 여겨지고 있다. 여기에 더해 전국 본사와 33개 지역본부, 사업본부 및 사업단과 7천여 명의 임직원으로 구성된 거대한 조직이라는 점에서 이곳이 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 아울러 최근 전 직원의 안전보건 관련사항을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 안전보건시스템 개발이 한창 진행 중에 있어 더욱 뜨거운 화제가 되고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 국토 관리의 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 한국토지주택공사를 찾아가 봤다.

To synthesize Fe/Ni nanocatalysts loaded on carbon black, Iron(II) acetylacetonate and nickel (II) acetylacetonate and were reduced to Fe and Ni metallic nanoparticles by a spontaneous reduction reaction. The distribution of the Fe and Ni nanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscopy, and the loading weight of Fe/Ni nanocatalysts on the carbon black was measured by thermogravimetric analyzer. The elemental ratio of Fe and Ni was estimated by energy dispersive x-ray analyzer. It was found that the loading weight of Fe/Ni nanoparticles was 6.23 wt%, and the elemental ratio of Fe and Ni was 0.53:0.40. Specific surface area was measured by BET analysis instrument and I-V characteristics were estimated.

To study the effect of the mixture ratio of Ni-Pt nanocatalysts on water electrolysis characteristics in anion exchange membrane system, Ni-Pt nanocatalysts were loaded on carbon black by using a spontaneous reduction reaction of acetylacetonate compounds. The loading weight of Ni-Pt nanocatalysts on the carbon black was measured by thermogravimetric analyzer and the elemental ratio of Ni and Pt was estimated by energy dispersive x-ray analyzer. It was found that the loading weight of Ni-Pt nanoparticles was 5.36-5.95 wt%, and the loading weight increased with increasing Pt wt%. As the Ni-Pt loading weight increased, the specific surface area decreased, because Ni-Pt nanoparticles block the pores of carbon black. It was confirmed by BET analysis and dynamic vapor sorption analysis. I-V characteristics were estimated.

In SMEs, technological innovation is recognized as an important tool in terms of sustainable growth. This study analyzed the determinants of technological innovation by using the information of the corporate panel DB composed of local SMEs. The internal factors were added with technological innovation capacity and production capacity and the industrial cluster environment was first applied to external factors. Also, whether the industrial cluster environment influences technological innovation through R&D capabilities, the mediating effect was tested with the Sobel Test. Among the internal and external factors, the most important determinant was marketing ability, and a policy was proposed to develop measures to increase R&D capability with mediating effect. Among the technological innovation variables, which are dependent variables, the most determinant factor was the proportion of new product sales. For this, it is considered that additional research such as longitudinal research with the concept of repetition and parallax using the corporate panel DB is necessary.
