The purpose of this study is to investigate the educational effects of pre-service mathematics teacher's teaching experiment on problem solving process and to give some suggestions in teacher training curriculum. The central theoretical background of this study is Palya's mathematical problem solving theory. In this study, we selected 21 pre-service mathematics teachers as research subject. And we conducted classroom activity that is constructing their problem-solving teaching design. We collected research data as observation materials, documents, video-service records etc. From these research data, we analysed that pre-service mathematics teacher's teaching experiment on problem solving process showed many significant educational effects. Therefore, we proposed that we need to serve many opportunities of teaching experiment on problem solving process to pre-service mathematics teacher in teacher training curriculum.

This study was conducted to find out the appropriateness of knowledge and education of occupational therapists' community rehabilitation jobs for community care. A questionnaire was developed to find out the job knowledge level of occupational therapists working in the community and the appropriateness of school education and maintenance education, and the validity and reliability were verified through a preliminary survey. Based on the verified questionnaire, a survey was conducted on occupational therapists working in the community. As a result, overall, the average score was low in the level of knowledge about the job of occupational therapists engaged in the community and the appropriateness of school education and maintenance education. Through this study, we were able to know the necessary knowledge in the practice of community occupational therapy, understand the level of knowledge retention of occupational therapists working in the community, and learn about the appropriateness of school education and maintenance education. Referring to the results of this study, if a systematic education program related to community occupational therapy jobs is developed in existing medical institution-centered education, the job knowledge level of occupational therapists in the community can be raised. Amid the rapidly changing times and the pandemic of infectious diseases, additional research is needed on job-related knowledge and education corresponding to various occupations in charge of rehabilitation in the community.

In the Knowledge-based economy, it is inevitable for companies to implement knowledge management(KM in short) to improve management performance. In order to better understand the KM, it is necessary to examine the relationship between success factors of KM and KM performance in agribusiness sector. This study empirically analyzes the impact of success factors of Knowledge Management on companies' management performance in agribusiness cluster. From the survey data of 43 companies located in Sunchang fermented soybean products Industrial cluster, the study finds that four factors- learning culture, network, knowledge sharing and knowledge creating- influence management performance in a positive way. It also examines whether Industrial cluster strategy functions as a moderator between KM success factors and companies' performance. Furthermore, this study concludes that Sunchang fermented soybean Industrial cluster has not reached to the final stage of KM and suggests elements for further improvements.

One of the key factors in knowledge based economy is knowledge and information. Accordingly, public service policy for related knowledge and information is well equipped in Korea. However, policy has rarely been evaluated. This study analyzes usage and satisfaction of knowledge information service policy among broadcasting and video industry employees. Results shows low in usage as well as satisfaction among employees. Reliability of the service is relatively high, comparing to timeliness and usability. The fact that most respondents individually pay their efforts to collect and analyze information and knowledge means high need for them. This study recommends, instead of providing complete fixed data, to provide means to acquire knowledge, market oriented data to improve the effectiveness of the policy.

In the 21st century, knowledge is an important asset to improve productivity in the business world. In today's rapidly changing business environment, companies have rigorously brought in knowledge management system in order to secure the sustainable competitiveness and effective knowledge management. Knowledge management has now become mandatory, not optional. Today many companies which have built knowledge management on top of information technology and hardware-based infrastructure are having a difficulty in creating organizational culture in knowledge management. Even though companies have invested substantial time and money in knowledge management, the performances have not met their expectations. To solve this problem, software oriented strategy for knowledge management such as education and networking is more needed rather than hardware oriented strategy such as information technology systems. Though the knowledge management framework suggested in this study is exploratory, this study contributes to the clarification of the critical elements that companies which are about to build knowledge management should take in account.

A company regards knowledge shared and used within a corporate organization as intellectual capital linked to corporate competences. A great deal of research has been conducted in the past to identify knowledge sharing among knowledge workers. Some papers focus on information technology for automated, efficient, and explicit knowledge sharing. Other papers emphasize the role of social networks to identify the flow of tacit knowledge. Though the role of CoP(Community of Practice) is emphasized to facilitate knowledge management among workers, it is not an easy task to identify the potential members of CoP without voluntary participation of the workers. In this study we adopt a social network approach to analyze knowledge propagation and to identify the potential members of CoP. We suggest a framework for classifying knowledge workers and the result of feasibility study.

In the modern management literature, knowledge has been recognized as a new strategic resource enabling a firm to create its competitiveness. Shipping companies under fierce competitive structure need to pay attentions to the utility of knowledge management. A shipping firm may develop its unique service capability by classifying, sharing, and transferring the data, information and knowledge obtained from both inside and outside its global service network. The current study attempts to analyze influential relationships between liner shipping firms' knowledge management and service capabilities. In order to achieve this goal, this study designed a knowledge chain model measuring shipping companies' knowledge management levels and tested its validity and reliability based on a total of 80 replied questionnaires from national and foreign liners. The empirical result presents that supportive and primary activities composing a knowledge chain could exert significant positive influences on the enforcement of shipping service capabilities. This research shows that the utility of knowledge management is adoptable in the maritime industry, and recommends that shipping firms should recognize strategic importance of knowledge and actively pursue knowledge management at an entire firm level.

As the development of database technology for managing spatiotemporal data, new types of spatiotemporal application services that need the spatiotemporal knowledge discovery from the large volume of spatiotemporal data are emerging. In this paper, a new 3-layered discovery framework for the development of spatiotemporal knowledge discovery techniques is proposed. The framework supports the foundation model in order not only to define spatiotemporal knowledge discovery problem but also to represent the definition of spatiotemporal knowledge and their relationships. Also the components of spatiotemporal knowledge discovery system and its implementation model are proposed. The discovery framework proposed in this paper satisfies the requirement of the development of new types of spatiotemporal knowledge discovery techniques. The proposed framework can support the representation model of each element and relationships between objects of the spatiotemporal data set, information and knowledge. Hence in designing of the new types of knowledge discovery such as spatiotemporal moving pattern, the proposed framework can not only formalize but also simplify the discovery problems.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge level about ADHD in 207 of J and W universities special education students in Gyeonggi and Jeolla provinces. Data were gathered by using a survey method. To analyze data, statistical methods such as ANOVA and t-test were used. The results show the highest rate of correct answers in 'progress and treatment of ADHD' and the lowest rate of 'knowledge in the cause of ADHD'. The level of knowledge about ADHD is found to be different among the groups according to grade, major, experience with ADHD children and experience of taking related ADHD courses. On the other hand, the level of knowledge about ADHD don't differ according to gender and educational practice. Based on the results of this study, we discuss the necessity of acquiring knowledge about ADHD for pre-service special teachers and how to improve their teaching program for ADHD children.

The purpose of the study was investigated the convergence relationship between knowledge, attitude and confidence to cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in dental hygienists. To measure knowledge, attitude and confidence in CPR a structured questionnaire survey was carried out by 234 dental hygienists in Jeonbok area. from January to June, 2017. Date were analysis using SPSS 21.0 by ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficients. There was positive correlation between CPR knowledge and attitude by way of education, Knowledge and confidence(r=.25, r=.40, r=.19). Dental hygienist had low level of knowledge and confidence toward CPR. It is important to educate basuc life support(BLS) provider program to the dental hygienist.
