In the post-catchup era, the probability of technology risk are growing according to technology innovation activities with high uncertainty are increasing. Risk acceptance and management are appearing as a more important policy issue. This paper examines the technology risk as a political and social sight and the character of technological risk in the post-catchup era. In the post-catchup, new technology and policy are more undergone trial and err. In particular, we need new approach and policy countermeasures to cope with risky environment and overcome catchup legacy. Accordingly, Korea risk management is needed reshaping of risk management system, increment of risk communication, risk management according to technology type, precautionary approach, bounded trial and err strategy, knowledge accumulation and learning reinforcement.

Cyber education community in the digital era is going on across all areas of knowledge accumulation rate of acceleration of the demand for retraining and lifelong learning can effectively accommodate. Therefore, new teaching methods in the future as consumer-driven 21st century is expected to settle into the main education system. However, to properly interact with people due to lack of feedback delay, reading and writing intensive courses is detrimental to the environment caused by a particular student, and Computer skills are based on computer-related technology to disadvantage poor students, and many have problems. In this paper, recent university education and cyber education requires a paradigm shift is required in an environment that factors affecting students' satisfaction were evaluated, and Improvement of cyber education will be studied.

Recently, nematic and nematic-cholesteric mixtures of substances have been discovered which have stimulated progress in electronics research and industry. In the liquid crystalline state, compounds with nematic mesopheses possess the ability to scatter light, depending on the strength of an applied electric field. The rewaking of interest in this fascinating but long-neglected area has occasioned the introduction of the subjects at the situation of the chemists. Since 1888 year, approximately 2000 compounds have been found to possess the unusual properties of what are commonly referred to as liquid crystals. In this paper, a comprehensive review will not be attempthed here. Nevertheless, some general information necessary to familarize the reader with rather exotic field will facilitate an understanding of the new effect and its application.

The Purpose of this study is to consider the characters of reading theory in the age of Yi dynasty. The purpose of this study is to analyze the edition of 21 of the Dewey Decimal Classificatin. Edition 21 includes major revisions of three schedules : 350-354 Public administration, 370 Education, and 560-590 Life sciences. The aim of Edition 21 was user convenience, Regularization, Faceting, Terminology, International needs and Cooperative development and Changes in the database. The Dewey Decimal Classification is preparing for the future in a number of ways. Editorial work is supported by a UNIX-based system and access to online bibliographic databases. Two edition of Electronic Dewey have been published and a Windows version have been published.

본 연구는 한국의 다국적 기업이 세계 여러 지역(유럽, 아프리카, 아시아, 아메리카)에서 글로벌 경제 활동과 사업을 범세계적으로 수행하고 있으며. 범세계적인 글로벌 사업수행에서 지역별 경제변화가 지역적으로 다양하면서, 복잡하게 전개되는 것에 대해서 글로벌기업이 지역별 특성에 적합하게 사업을 영위하면서 글로벌하게 현지시장 접근 방법을 어떠한 기준으로 우선 접근하는지에 대한 방법을 통계처리를 하였으며 향후 어떠한 방법을 수용하여 전략적 방법과 모델을 개발하여 자연스럽게 글로벌화 추이를 알아보고자 연구과제들을 실증 분석 하였음. 그리고 글로벌화 하는 TNC's 기업의 지식과 정보의 습득이 중요하며, 변화와 혁신을 통해서 자신의 분야에서는 세계적 선도 기업이 되고자 하는 TNC's 기업이라면 선진국 TNCs 기업보다는 더 적극적인 전략과 사업 모델을 모색해야 한다는 전제하에 실증모형을 설정하고 연구과제들을 정리하였음. 1. TNC's에 의하여 세계경제 활동에 중요한 변수들을 여러 가지 측면에서 검토하고 지리적요인과 경제적 요소들을 고려하여 기술과 자원의 아웃소싱의 글로벌화 방법을 고려하여 세계경제체제의 변화와 향상에 많은 투자내용들이 지리적인 여건과 글로벌화를 고려하여 투자가 진행되어지는가의 추이를 분석하였음. 2. TNC's의 역량에 따라 사업경영에서 현지국가의 경영관리와 산업의 변화에 까지 영향을 주었고 향후에도 글로벌화 경제의 발달과 향상에 협력하는 기업, 자국의 경제 발달과 향상에 협력하는 기업에까지 긍정적인 협조가 이루어지는 투자형태의 글로벌화 지수의 내용을 실증분석 하였음.

Demand of industry site should be accepted for effective job education of college. This study was conducted to analyze the demand of industry and the need of education, and to reflect them in the customer demand education of Department of Cadastral Information, Shingu College. DACUM job analysis method was adapted to conduct this study, and pannelists who work in surveying and GIS industry had been invited to analyze systemically the job of related industrial site. As results, the job-task model and Knowlege Skill Tool matrix was derived by analysis of job and task of industrial site. This job analysis data can be used to develop the curriculum or the program of surveying and GIS education, or to revise existing curriculum.

오늘날 기업의 인터넷 활용상태를 보면 인터넷을 통한 기업내의 인트라넷(Intranet), 기업간의 엑스트라넷(Extranet)이 활발하게 구축되고 있으며, 전자상거래 시도를 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할도 충실하게 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 환경에서 전자상거래가 활성화를 이루면서 웹사이트의 시스템을 제대로 구축하고자 하는 노력이 시도되었으며, 그 적용범위 및 가능성이 증대되었다. 기업의 입장에서 보면, 인터넷상의 모든 기업이 경쟁자가 되므로, 생존을 위한 더욱 치밀한 기술 및 기법이 필요하다. 전 세계의 고객으로부터 정보사용 수준에 관한 요구가 쇄도할 수 있으며, 그 요구는 현재의 수준보다 훨씬 다양한 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 고객의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 전문지식을 이용한 웹사이트 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필연적이다. 이 상황에 적절한 대책 사업인 경남지역 기계산업정보화사업을 중점으로 해서, 그 동안 추진해 온 사업을 앞으로의 전국 대상으로 한 관련된 기업체들을 보다 더 확대 수용할 수 있게 정부차원에서 전략적인 방안이 마련되어야 하겠다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 전략적 방안은 국가차원에서 지역특성을 감안한 정보화 사업을 제대로 수행을 해야 한다. 이는 인프라 구축과 더불어 지속적인 사업이 되어야 한다. 대외적인 여세를 대비해 보면, 사업 추진해온 경남지역을 중심으로 한 경남지역의 4,877개 기계산업체를 대상으로 구성된 ASP(Application Service Provider) 기반 인프라를 현실화로 기하기 위해 국가차원에서 지속적으로 지원이 이루어진 여건 하에서 이용업체와 지원기관의 적극적인 협조체제가 이루어져야 만이 다가온 국제적 변화에 대응할 수가 있다는 것이다.

During the 21st century, the rapid changes in libraries and the information environment require the reassessment of the education and certification of library and information professionals in order to enhance their competencies. The purpose of this study is to elicit and propose preliminary models in order to improve the librarian certification system in Korea. In doing so, the perceptions among librarians and users were surveyed through an online questionnaire methodology. Based on the results of the survey and analyses, a mid- and a long-term plans for improving the overall library certification system have been proposed.

Objectives: In this study, the most executed social norm and advertisement about health consequences status were examined. The direction of effective anti-smoking advertisement is suggested in this study by figuring out the primary factors which affect smoking attitudes. Methods: The survey period of this study was from Nov $5^{th}$ to Nov $16^{th}$, 2012. 423 complete questionnaires were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 14.0, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, F/t qualification, t-test, and multiple regression analysis, were performed. Results: This study is worth as a diagnosis of current status by using advertisement about social norm(51.4%) and health result(34.3%), which covers total of 85% in appeal types of anti-smoking advertisement that has been practically used in Korea. As a result, the health result type showed better result on belief and attitude. Conclusions: When establishing message strategy for anti-smoking advertisement, this study can help future direction for effective anti-smoking advertisement by figuring out effect of factors on smoking attitude.
