서비스 경제의 확산과 경쟁심화라는 현 시점에서 서비스품질은 조직의 장기적인 핵심 가치로 판단되는 것이 타당하며, 조직은 서비스품질을 확보하여 재무성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 조직의 성과는 유/무형의 재무적 요소로 표현되나 이러한 재무성과의 성공과 실패는 리더십, 전략, 고객만족, 정보와 지식, 인적자원, 프로세스 등의 유기적인 체계에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 한국표준협회 한국서비스대상의 평가지표를 기본 구조로 하여 평가 지표가 실행과제의 내용을 구성할 수 있도록 지표를 세분화 하고 서비스품질의 개선을 통해 경영성과의 증진을 도모하는 일련의 방법론과 프로그램을 개발한다. 연구의 결과는 기업이 전사적 측면에서 서비스품질 활동을 위한 지표개발로부터 실행계획수립까지의 과정에서 필요한 가이드라인 혹은 실질적인 평가 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

국내에서 영한 자동번역 시스템을 1985 년부터 개발한 지 벌써 15년이 흐르고 있다. 15 년의 영한 자동번역 기술개발에도 불구하고 아직도 영한 자동번역 시스템의 번역품질은 40%를 넘지 못하고 있다. 이렇게 번역품질이 낮은 이유는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있을 것이다. o 입력문에 대해 파싱할 때 오른쪽 경계를 잘못 인식함으로써 구조적 모호성의 발생문제: 예를 들어 등위 접속절에서 오른쪽 등위절이 등위 접속절에 포함되는 지의 모호성. o 번역 단위로써 전체 문장을 대상으로 한 번역패턴이 아닌 구나 절과 같은 부분적인 번역패턴으로 인한 문장 전체의 잘못된 번역 결과 발생. o 점차 증가하는 대용량 번역지식의 구축과 관련해 새로 구축되는 번역 지식과 기구축된 대용량 번역지식들 간의 상호 충돌로 인한 번역 품질의 저하. 이러한 심각한 원인들을 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 문틀에 기반한 새로운 영한 자동번역 방법론을 소개하고자 한다. 이 문틀에 기반한 영한 자동번역 방법론은 현재 CNN뉴스 방송 자막을 대상으로 한 영한 자동번역 시스템에서 실제 활용되고 있다. 이 방법론은 기본적으로 data-driven 방법론에 속하다. 문틀 기반 자동번역 방법론은 규칙기반 자동번역 방법론보다는 낮은 단계에서 예제 기반 자동번역 방법론보다는 높은 단계에서 번역을 하는 번역방법론이다. 이 방법론은 영한 자동번역에 뿐만 아니라 다른 언어쌍에서의 번역에도 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

With the rapid development of information and communication technology, the speed of data production has increased rapidly, and this is represented by the concept of big data. Discussions on quality and reliability are also underway for big data whose data scale has rapidly increased in a short period of time. On the other hand, small data is minimal data of excellent quality and means data necessary for a specific problem situation. In the field of culture and arts, data of various types and topics exist, and research using big data technology is being conducted. However, research on whether basic information about culture and arts institutions is accurately provided and utilized is insufficient. The basic information of an institution can be an essential basis used in most big data analysis and becomes a starting point for identifying an institution. This study collected data dealing with the basic information of culture and arts institutions to define common metadata and constructed small data in the form of a knowledge graph linking institutions around common metadata. This can be a way to explore the types and characteristics of culture and arts institutions in an integrated way.

For this study, real estate brokerage services to customers how to evaluate quality factors and quality factors important for studying about what is preferred. Real estate brokerage service quality factors, the expertise of brokers, dealers sales skills, a sense of responsibility of traders, brokerage firm's position, whether or not participating were chosen franchise. Looking at the findings, and customer service quality factors, the five kinds of real estate brokers a sense of responsibility to be the most important quality factors were analyzed as a favorite, followed by the expertise of brokers, sales skills brokers, brokerage firm's presence, a franchise analysis of whether the order has been participating. As the results of this study, the traders as traders sense of responsibility and expertise and strive to improve, friendly servece and act as an active intermediarv will need to improve sales skills. Continuous promotion of the brokerage firm's position is shown to be critical, franchise affiliated businesses in order to make use of an efficient information network of the Internet is seen to be in need of improvement. These day in the Quality Assurance System, it required that computer system is able to utilize SQC and ISO 9000 series, just then. However. because SQC is necessary to special branch of statistical experience, it is very hard to use and have a bound in that apply to practical business. Therefor in this paper, we proposed the software system which is control, at the same time, SQC and ISO 9000 series, in addition to avail without statistical knowledge. For the shake of this point, the substance of this study is largely separated dual part that ISO 9000 system for which is limited to use design of basic system, test, experiment, tracking incongruent part, analysis condemned goofs, and SQC system for which is to limited to use control chart, estimate, statistical testing, design of experiment(DOE) which used to commonly in Quality Control System. Many researchers have investigated ways to enhance recommender systems by integrating heterogeneous data to address the data sparsity problem. However, only a few studies have successfully integrated heterogeneous data using knowledge graph. Additionally, most of the knowledge graphs built in these studies only incorporate explicit relationships between entities and lack additional information. Therefore, we propose a method for expanding knowledge graphs by using deep learning to model latent relationships between heterogeneous data from multiple knowledge bases. Our extended knowledge graph enhances the quality of entity features and ultimately increases the accuracy of predicted user preferences. Experiments using real music data demonstrate that the expanded knowledge graph leads to an increase in recommendation accuracy when compared to the original knowledge graph.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of education service quality (quality of professor service, quality of curriculum service) on career decision-making, self-efficacy, career decision level, and career preparation behavior. Appropriate measures were developed and tested on 426 respondents of Gyeongnam province in South Korea with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. To ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and validity analysis were conducted. To ensure the reliability and validity of the measurement model, the CFA(confirmatory factor anlaysis) were conducted. The SEM(structural equation modeling) analysis was undertaken to perform the path analysis among the variables and to assess the suitability of the model. MCFA(multi group CFA) and MSEM(multi group SEM) were performed to confirm the moderation effect. Results of the study are summarized as follows: Firstly, education service quality has positive effects on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy has positive effects on career decision level and career reparation behavior. Third, career decision level has positive effects on career reparation behavior. Finally, it was found there exists a moderating effect of freshman/registered student between education service quality, career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision level, career preparation behavior. As a result of this study, it is suggested that investigation of extraneous variables which help to improve career preparation behavior and career decision level as for career of university student will contribute to university education.

Interests in knowledge asset as a way of improving the values of companies and as a survival strategy have increased worldwide. In Korea, since the mid 1990s, many construction companies have realized the importance of knowledge and large companies have been forerunners in adopting KM. However, unlike large companies that readily adopt knowledge management, small & medium-sized general and special construction companies lack understanding of knowledge management and have hard time keeping updated with the current information and the state-of-art information technologies due to financial and organizational reasons. This research presents knowledge management strategies, which involves knowledge management adoption plans appropriate for small & medium-sized general and special construction companies as a way of increasing the value and competitive power of the companies.

This study was intended to investigate the quality control in technical services outsourcing in academic libraries. For this purpose, investigated related papers and the experience of outsourced technical services in three academic libraries. Data from senior librarians charged with revision of catalogs are gathered. Issues of catalogs production and quality control are explored and statistics of outsourcing is analysed. Quality control is a major factor of the success of technical services outsourcing operation. The some suggestions in order to enhance quality of vendor-supplied cataloging are presented.

지식경제부 기술표준원이 수도관, 오 배수관, 토목용 하수관으로 광범위하게 사용되는 PVC(폴리염화비닐)관의 품질과 위생기준을 강화해 지난 해 7월 1일부터 납 안정제와 가소제 등의 사용을 금지하고, 위생성 및 장기내구성 등의 품질기준이 강화된 흰색 PVC관을 상 하수도관으로 사용토록 했으나 아직도 이를 제조하거나 시공하고 있어 주의를 촉구하고 나섰다. 이에 따라 PVC관을 수도관, 오 배수관으로 시공하고 있는 설비건설업계의 주의가 요망된다.
