The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of KMS(Knowledge Management System) on the performance of KMS by setting the factors affecting KMS 's management performance as knowledge information factor and management factor. And the moderating effect of evaluation and compensation on knowledge information factor, management factor and management performance. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the knowledge information factor set by the knowledge adaptability, the reliability of knowledge information, and knowledge management process affects the definition of management performance. Among the management factors, organizationalization and cooperation factors influence definition Respectively. In the results of verifying whether assessment and compensation play a moderating role, it is found that knowledge compatibility of knowledge information factor, reliability of knowledge information, support of knowledge management process, knowledge sharing activity of management factor, cooperation has played a moderating role in business performance.

지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System)이 활성화되기 위해서는 지식경영 활동의 핵심영향요인들을 고려하여야 한다. 그러나 수많은 지식경영시스템이 정보기술 측면만을 고려하여 단순정보를 관리하는 정보관리시스템으로 전락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업의 성공적인 지식경영을 위하여 지식경영에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 도출하고, 각 영향요인이 지식경영시스템의 활성화에 영향을 주는지에 대한 수치화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식경영시스템 도입 시 고려해야 할 영향요인을 도출하고 각 영향요인별 필요도(Importance)와 이행도(Performance)로 수치화하였다. 또한 각 영향요인을 고려하여 구축된 지식 경영시스템의 사례를 통하여 지식경영시스템의 구축효과에 대한 결과를 측정하고 효과에 대해 검증한다.

현재 지식공유를 목적으로 한 많은 정보시스템이 도입되어 있는 상황이지만 그 기반을 마련했음에도 그만큼 지식공유가 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 전자적 네트워크에서 지식공유에 기여하는 영향요인을 규명하여 효과적인 지식공유 활성화 방안을 도출하려고 한다.

이 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 지식공유의 영향 요인을 살펴보고, 업무특성에 따라 영향요인이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 개인적 요인, 관계적 요인, 구조적 요인이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하며, 공유지식의 형태를 업무적 지식과 비업무적 지식으로 나누고 이들이 지식공유에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지식경영을 도입해서 활용하고 있는 국내기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 지식경영의 기술적 기반을 확보하고 숨어있던 지식을 명시화하여 공유하는 데 성과를 거두고 있는 지식경영 선도기업들이 지식경영 활동을 업무 성과와 직결시키기 위해 시도하고 있는 활동들에 주목한다. 지식경영이 업무와 별개로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 업무 프로세스와 통합되기 위해 필요한 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 우선 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 반영한 설문지를 바탕으로 지식경영 사용자들을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석 기법을 활용하여 각 요인들의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Information center represents an important source which seems very well suited for knowledge management investigation. Information center is knowledge intensive and the use of advanced technology may transform the knowledge of business processes for delivering an unique capabilities in an organization. To exam knowledge management, organization culture, importance of knowledge, and support of information technology were identified as potential predictors of knowledge management support in information center. Three hypotheses have been tested with 43 database management specialist surveys. This study presents that the level of information sharing and knowledge exchange is significantly influenced by the extent support of information technology.

This study developed a user experience factors for the evaluation of knowledge and information resource system from the user experience perspectives, which is emerging as a new analysis standard in the field of information media and information service research. Based on the analysis criteria selected through literature analysis, 'system perception factor' and 'user experience factor' were derived as factors influencing the use of information systems through an experimental study based on the user experience sampling method. As a result, the user experience factors of final knowledge and information resource system includes nine user experience factors, 55 detailed user experience factors, and 138 system perception factors. This study is significant in that the abstract concept 'user experience' was derived and presented as a practical, concrete, measurable factor through experiments. The derived user experience factors should serve as a basis for measuring user experience perceived by users of the knowledge and information resource system.

본 고에서는 지식정보사회의 투자대상인 인간의 지식을 함양시키는 대학과, 특별히 대학구성원의 지식과 정보를 서비스하는 기관인 대학도서관에서의 지식공유에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존의 선행연구들을 통해 지식공유 영향요인을 추출한 후 지식관리시스템을 사용하고 있는 대학도서관의 도서관 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 어떠한 요인들이 실질적으로 지식공유에 영향을 미치는지, 또한 지식관리시스템이 사용자에게 만족을 주는지 알아본 후, 이를 통하여 대학도서관에서 지식관리시스템을 사용하는데 효율적인 방안들이 무엇인지에 대해 연구하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of assessment and compensation system, information technology, knowledge quality, and knowledge management activities on the earthquake disaster management job performance. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for the fire officials, and the multi-regression analysis for surveyed data was statistically performed by using SPSS 25.0 program. Result: Information technology, knowledge quality and knowledge management activities among the factors of the knowledge management system related to earthquake disasters have had significant positive effects on the earthquake disaster management job performance, but assessment and compensation system are found to have no significant effects on the earthquake disaster management job performance. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the higher the level of information technology, knowledge quality and knowledge management activities related to earthquake disasters, the higher the disaster management job performance.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사서가 지각하는 근거기반실무 지식의 정도와 영향요인을 식별하고자 하는 연구이다. 근거기반실무 지식에 유의한 차이가 나타난 변인은 연령, 교육 정도, 고용 유형, 직위, 학술지 읽기, 학술대회 참여이었다. 근거기반실무 지식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육 정도, 학술지 읽기로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 근거기반실무 지식은 대학도서관과 사서직의 지속적 발전과 혁신의 촉진 요인이기 때문에 근거기반실무 역량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 연구 관련 활동을 지원하는 조직단위, 도서관계, 학계 차원의 지원과 정책이 필요하다.
