Impact of Caregivers' Patient Safety Knowledge on Patient Safety Management Activities : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy (요양보호사의 환자안전 지식이 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개 효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was a descriptive research conducted to confirm the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities. Subjects were 197 caregiver's and data collection was conducted from July 1 to 29, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. There was a significant positive correlation between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and self-efficacy(r=.653, p<.001), and patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities(r=.467, p<.001). In addition, the complete mediating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities, and the explanatory power was 46.8%. Therefore, strengthen the patient safety management activities of caregiver's, systematic program development and educational opportunities should be provided to improve self-efficacy.

  • 우리나라는 이미 노령화 사회에 진입하였다. 지식정보사회에 맞추어 실버의 정신적 육체적 휴식과 취미활동을 중심으로 지식정보생산 활동을 적극적으로 지원할 수 있는 실버도서관이 필요하다. 이 연구는 실버들의 정보수집과 활용 측면에서 도서관의 중요성과 역할에 대해서 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The Effects of Knowledge Management System for Earthquake disaster Management on the Disaster Management Job Performance (지진 재난관리를 위한 지식경영시스템이 재난관리 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of assessment and compensation system, information technology, knowledge quality, and knowledge management activities on the earthquake disaster management job performance. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for the fire officials, and the multi-regression analysis for surveyed data was statistically performed by using SPSS 25.0 program. Result: Information technology, knowledge quality and knowledge management activities among the factors of the knowledge management system related to earthquake disasters have had significant positive effects on the earthquake disaster management job performance, but assessment and compensation system are found to have no significant effects on the earthquake disaster management job performance. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the higher the level of information technology, knowledge quality and knowledge management activities related to earthquake disasters, the higher the disaster management job performance.

  • Help-Desk 서비스는 도서관 현장에서 사서가 이용자와 직접 대면하는 서비스로 이용자가 도서관을 이용할 때 일어나는 커뮤니케이션이다. 이는 최초의 지식관리활동이다. 이용자의 요구에 따라다양하게 제공되고 발생되는 Help-Desk 서비스는 이용자 질문-해답서비스, 이용자 교육서비스, 참고정보서비스, 전자우편서비스, 전자게시판, 개인정보관리, SDI, 공개자료, 교수연구지원서비스 등이다. 이 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 Help-Desk 서비스 실태를 조사·분석하여 사서와 이용자 사의의 바람직한 지식관리유형으로서 Help-Desk 지식관리를 제시하고자한다.

  • Reading is a typical representative knowledge and information activities. It is a put of the presents man and by itself Read-learning is the cognitive and social activities of the creating platonic world. However, in the education training of students become a visible problems of read-learning too many. To solve the problems have to pull off a systematical plan in read activities. This aims to purpose the model of the union reading contents management as the method for the read activity based on the problems analysis of read-learning activity. Public Managers' Decision-Making and Their Psychology on Managing Ecosystems (생태계 관리에 대한 공무원의 의사결정과 그 심리)

  • Many ecosystems in Korea are currently managed by government organizations. Thus, public managers' decision-making has great influence on the management of ecosystems in Korea, and their decision-making could influence the matter of whether the ecosystems of Korea are managed effectively. This paper regards the goal of management of ecosystems as securing the sustainablilty of target ecosystems, and investigates public managers' decision-making and their psychological attitude on the management of ecosystems. Basically, managerial activities on ecosystems have uncertainties and usually public managers utilize the knowledge of law, science, intergovernmental relations, and local governance as their references for decision-making. To elucidate public managers' managerial decision-making on ecosystems, this paper adopts some psychological theories in explaining the judgment of human beings under uncertainties. Effective ecosystem management by public managers can be judged by how public managers adopt and utilize all of the above mentioned four kinds of knowledge on ecosystem management. An important factor in order to let them utilize the four kinds of knowledge is policy support. Therefore, as conclusion, this paper recommends some relevant policy measures that can support the ecosystem management of public managers.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Knowledge Contribution in the Public Sector (공공부문에서의 지식기여 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this study are to find factors that have influences on the knowledge contribution activities, and to offer some suggestions to improve the knowledge contribution. Especially this study suggests to improve knowledge contribution by analyzing both on-line and off-line knowledge contribution activities in the public sector. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that leadership, intrinsic motivation, and knowledge quality significantly influence on-line and off-line knowledge contribution. Based on the results, the potential implications for the strategy of effective knowledge contribution are discussed.

  • This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

  • 본 연구에서는 일관제철 공정의 철강산업과 같은 대규모 기계설비 집약적 산업 환경에 적합한 기술지식 경영시스템에 대해 고려하고자 한다. 기술경쟁력 확보를 위한 철강업체의 전략적 기술경영은 핵심기술에 대한 지식경영 활동과 연계될 때 비로소 시너지효과를 극대화할 수 있다. 또한 철강업체의 지식경영은 암묵적 혹은 형식적 제철공정 기술지식의 창출, 획득 및 공유 등의 활동을 통해 활성화되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 철강산업 현장의 기술지식 관리대상으로 조업설비 프로세스 및 무형 지식자산의 범위를 정의하고, 일관제철 공정의 핵심기술 로드맵에 따라 기술지식 경영활동에 적합한 계층적 지식경영 조직구조를 구축하고자 한다. 또한 제철공정 노하우 등과 같이 암묵적 기술지식을 획득하고 이를 공유할 수 있는 형태로 변환하기 위한 기술지식 획득 방법론을 수립하고 이를 기초로 인터넷에 기반을 둔 제철공정 기술지식 경영시스템을 구축하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 조직의 지식경영 관행을 파악하기 위하여 국내 제조업 빛 서비스업 그리고 공공기관에 종사하고 있는 경영층을 대상으로 지식경영 프로세스 전반에 관한 구조화된 설문조사를 하였다. 구체적으로 현재 조직에서 수행하고 있는 지식관리 현황, 지식관리의 방법, 지식경영활동의 극복과제, 그리고 지식평영 프로젝트의 추진 상황이라는 네 가지 범주를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통하여 우리 나라조직들의 지식경영에 대한 인식, 현황 그리고 향후 계획에 대한 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 업종별 비교를 통하여 업종에 따른 지식경영관행의 차이점도 발견할 수 있었다.
