최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

When we introduce knowledge management system in our organization, first of all, we need to change the way of motivating the members so as to voluntarily activate knowledge sharing activity For this, it is very important to establish fair evaluation and adequate reward system about knowledge contribution. In this study, I hypothesized a desirable evaluation and reward model for knowledge contribution on the basis of analysis of documents and cases concerning them in domestic enterprises and R&D institutes that adopted knowledge management. Also, I took a survey to analyze the response of the members of KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) about the evaluation and reward for knowledge contribution. I expect that the analysis results of this study can be applied very usefully in R&B institutes that want to introduce knowledge management.

지식경영의 기본적인 목적은 조직 구성원간에 효과적으로 지식을 공유 하도록 하는 것이다. 지식 경영에 관련된 많은 연구들은 지식 공유가 필요한 상황 및 지식 공유를 촉진시키는 조직 환경에 집중해왔다. 그러나 조직에 속한 개인들이 누구와 어떻게 지식을 공유하는 것이 가장 효과적인지에 대해서는 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구의 첫 번째 주제는 지식 전달자와 지식 수용자간에 지식을 주고 받을 때 전달되는 지식 속성의 질을 결정하는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 특히 본 연구는 프로젝트를 수행하는 개인간의 지식 공유에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구의 두 번째 주제는 지식 속성의 구성과 지식 속성이 지식 효용 및 업무 결과의 물리적 그리고 심리적 측면에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와 달리 지식 속성의 질을 지식 공유의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 중요 요소로 인지한다.

Concentration about value of invisible asset has increased in the condition of rapid business circumstance change. As one of these concentration, many company adopted knowledge management, and construction industry also tried to adopt knowledge management. However, it is difficult for construction company to get expected effects because of knowledge management system in no relation with business process. To solve this problems, this study adopted BPM that has many functions, such as business process design, operation, monitoring, sustainable improvement, to knowledge classification structure.

There is growing importance for intellectual capital, so corporations are developing Knowledge Management System (KMS) for Knowledge Management. There are two way in performing Knowledge Management, that is, Information Technology(IT) approach and Non-IT approach. IT approach focuses on developing KMS, and Non-IT approach people, business process, organizational culture and policy. According to interviews with experts and people in charge of knowledge management divisions, the IT approach and Non-IT approach should be adopted simultaneously for effective knowledge management. And, more focus should be placed especially on the Non-IT approach than IT approach for successful knowledge management. This research analyzed success and failure factors in knowledge management by questionnaire for experts and employees.

Most of construction companies recognize importance of immaterial assets in an age of unlimited competition. And construction companies that are concerned about Knowledge Management have used the system of it for critical ability of company. But they used the system for the storage of construction knowledge. So, the present KM system was gradually under operating. To introduce KMS based on Business Process Management(BPM), the purpose of this study is to consider BPM and KMS through the existing researches. we deduce the concept for introducing KMS based on BPM and present the expected effectiveness of it. Finally, we present the prototype of system for KMS based on BPM.

본 연구는 정보를 자원으로 지식사회에 있어 사용자들이 필요로 하는 지식 데이터베이스 모델링 기법에 대한 설계 및 구축에 대한 연구를 실시 하였다. 기존의 Key-word검색을 통한 나열식 정보 서비스 관점에서 벗어나, 디지털 정보들의 속성을 분해, 연계, 창출하는 3단계 Framework을 통해 지식 데이터베이스를 구축하는 과정과 활용에 대한 Case Study를 통해 지식 데이터베이스를 활용방안을 제시하고 있다. 지식 데이터베이스를 통해 기존의 데이터베이스모델링 패러다임에서 벗어나 사용자에게는 지식탐험의 즐거움과 서비스 및 지식제공자 들에게는 새로운 수익창출의 기회를 제시해 주고 있다.

As environmental impacts on business management rapidly rise, the importance of resilience has been emphasized ever. Resilience can be defined as the capability to quickly return to daily operational levels after external shocks. Thus, we suggest and empirically verify a conceptual model using enterprise-level resilience in knowledge management. Based on previous studies, sub-components of resilience have been distinguished into R4(i.e., Robustness, Redundancy, Resourcefulness, and Rapidity) and the internal and external knowledge management activities of companies have been identified as prior factors. Considering resilience as mediating variables, firms' knowledge management activities are assumed to affect a firms' performance. We collected data with the structured survey which had been developed from the stepwise approach to verify the structural model that leads to knowledge management activities, resilience, and performance. In further research, we request exploratory research on independent variables that can increase the firms' resilience and on dependent variables that would be influenced by the enterprise-level resilience.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of assessment and compensation system, information technology, knowledge quality, and knowledge management activities on the earthquake disaster management job performance. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for the fire officials, and the multi-regression analysis for surveyed data was statistically performed by using SPSS 25.0 program. Result: Information technology, knowledge quality and knowledge management activities among the factors of the knowledge management system related to earthquake disasters have had significant positive effects on the earthquake disaster management job performance, but assessment and compensation system are found to have no significant effects on the earthquake disaster management job performance. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the higher the level of information technology, knowledge quality and knowledge management activities related to earthquake disasters, the higher the disaster management job performance.

2000년 7월 인간게놈프로젝트 (Human Genome Project)가 완성되면서 Biotechnology(BT)산업에 대하여 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. BT산업은 기술집약적·지식집약적인 산업 특성을 가지고 있고 R&D 활동의 중요성이 두드러진다. 이에 따라 방대한 데이터와 지식에 대한 효율적인 관리 등 R&D 전 과정에 걸쳐 생성되는 지식들에 대한 체계적인 관리가 요구된다 본 연구에서는 BT산업의 기초 조직인 BT연구실의 효과적이며 효율적인 업무 수행을 지원하기 위하여 기존의 지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System, KMS)에 실험실정보관리시스템(Laboratory Information Management System, LIMS)이 통합된 BT실험실의 지식경영시스템 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 BT연구실에서 생성되는 지식들의 체계를 분류하고 지식경영시스템 구축에 있어서의 핵심성공요인을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 모델을 개발하여 대학교 유전자 연구실에 실제 적용하였다.
