  • Recently, organizations are making significant technology investments to build a centralized content management system. However, high-quality technology adoption can conversely create techno-stress in the user and cause negative behavior. The purpose of this study is to suggest the negative effects and mitigation directions of enterprise content management system(ECMS) related techno-stress. In order to verify the hypothesis, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on employees of organizations that adopted content management technology and conducted structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, ECMS related techno overload and complexity decreased the intention of continuous use of ECMS. But, internal communication activities reduced ECMS related techno stress and task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and intention of continuous use of ECMS. The study has implications in terms of suggesting a strategic direction to minimize the negative causes of the use of content management systems.

  • With the technical development of fourth industrial revolution, VR game market is rapidly expanding. Meanwhile, heavy user group means the group consisting of people consuming certain media or contents more than others, which is the core constituency of the media industry, and there have been only a few studies on them. This study identified the factors that influenced the continuous intention of use of VR game heavy users and figured out their characteristics by verifying the difference in variables with the light user group. According to the results, the heavy user group showed higher behaviors than the light user group in terms of personal innovation, presence, and continuous intention of use variables. In addition to this, it was found that personal innovation, perceived quality, and presence had a significant influence on the continuous intention of use. This study is intended to empirically analyze the characteristics of heavy VR game users and influential factors, thereby preparing baseline data for VR game development and other relevant studies.

  • The study examined differences between perceptions of AI speakers and intention to continuous use of AI speakers according to usage function. We divided usage patterns into single- and multi-function orientations based on the usage by different functions of audio content (music, news, and search), and analyzed the differences between perceptions of using AI speakers and the intention to continuous use. 335 men and women who had experience using AI speakers participated in an online survey. Results are as follows. First, men used AI speakers mainly for acquiring news, and the extent to which 20s and 40s acquire news was different. Second, perceptions of usefulness and ease of use were found to be higher in the multi-functional group(music-news-search). Last, regarding the intention to continuous use of AI speakers, the multi-functional group was highest, and users focusing on music listening were relatively higher than users for other functions. The findings of the study are expected to be used as foundational data for expanding the use of AI speakers and developing strategies for service provision in each AI speaker brand.

The statistical significance of questionnaire survey data for 360 customers was verified by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical programs with significance levels of the ${\alpha}=0.05$. First of all, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was also assessed to verify the reliability of the measuring tool, and the fitness of the model were also verified to investigate the fitness of this research model. Finally, structural equation model analysis was performed to verify the structural correlations among the structural correlations among trust, satisfaction, commitment, relation-continuing intention for internet fashion shopping mall. On the basis of the empirical analysis, the following key results were drawn. First, trust for internet fashion shopping mall has the positively significant effects on satisfaction. Second, trust for internet fashion shopping mall has the positively significant effects on commitment. Third, trust for internet fashion shopping mall has the positively significant effects on relation-continuing intention. Fourth, satisfaction for internet fashion shopping mall has the positively significant effects on relation-continuing intention. • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the user's continuous usage intention of computer games. A research model was developed which shows that the independent variables of value, expectation confirmation, perceived enjoyment affect user satisfaction and continuous usage intention. To test the six hypotheses, survey data were collected from 104 respondents, and hypotheses tests as well as a confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using a partial least square analysis tool. The statistical analysis result showed that expectation confirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction also had a strong positive effect on the game user's continuous usage intention. Perceived enjoyment showed a highly strong positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction was found to have full mediation effects in the relationship between expectation confirmation and continuous usage intention, and perceived enjoyment and continuous usage intention respectively. This result provides an important implication that continuous usage intention occurs through user satisfaction, and also indicates the contribution of this study for the game industry. Another contribution of this study is to introduce critical independent variables from the marketing and information technology domains in order to explain continuous usage intention of computer games.

  • As people spend more time indoors due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, content consumption is increasing, leading to the rapid demand for Over The Top(OTT) services. Thus, this study attempted to verify impacts of OTT traits on the value, satisfaction, and continuous use intention perceived by users. Through the survey, 437 responses were collected, and analysis was conducted using AMOS 26.0. Results found that the traits of OTT service had a positive effect on perceived value that had a positive effect on user satisfaction and continuous use intention. User satisfaction was also found to have a positive effect on the intention to continue using OTT services. Moreover, hedonic innovation moderated the relationships between OTT traits and perceived value with exception of ubiquity. The findings provide valuable information for OTT service providers in understading users' behaviors.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of membership type for subscription service (individual subscription vs. group subscription) on continuous intention, and to verify the mediating effect of ease of justification and the moderated mediating effect of uncertainty. An experiment was conducted on 78 university students. As a result, consumers who use subscription services in group subscription showed higher intention to continue using the subscription service than consumers who use the subscription service in individual subscription. Also, the ease of justification mediates the effect on the intention to continue using. In addition, uncertainty was found to moderating effect of ease of justification on continuous use intention according to the type of subscription. This study understands the psychological mechanism of consumers according to the type of subscription service subscription and provides useful implications for companies that provide subscription services.
