  • The purpose of this study is to explain the teacher librarians' intentions to implement collaborative instruction in school libraries by applying theory of planned behavior. Independent variables that affect the intention to implement were set as attitudes, subjective norms, teacher efficacy, and perceived controllability. A questionnaire survey of 218 teacher librarians was conducted. As a result of the study, there was a difference in teacher librarian's intention to implement collaborative instruction in school library according to the age, the size of school and previous experience. Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived controllability affected the intention to implement collaborative instruction. Teacher efficacy did not affect teacher librarian's intention to implement collaborative instruction in school library. The results of the study were interpreted as a mixed method by using open-ended questions. Based on the results, implication was proposed to expand collaborative instruction in school library.

For attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, intention, we used a tool modified and supplemented by Hye-Min Park, Hyu-Ei Oh. from June to September 2017, data of 249 people were collected and analyzed by SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study showed that the factors affecting the HPV vaccination intention of the subject were attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control in order. In addition, the factors influencing HPV vaccination behavior were found to be level of education, subject's vaccination status, recommendation of health care provider, vaccination status of surrounding people, intention etc. Therefore, in order to increase the vaccination rate, we need to find a way to consider the factors influencing vaccination behavior and maximize the vaccination rate.

  • This study is about service failure and recovery. Prior studies of service failure and recovery encounters have been limited to descriptive research based primarily on retrospectiveti.e., memory-based) self-reports. This study uses a survey method and utilize a 2*2*2 experimental design with service recovery scenarios across two services. Manipulations included two levels of controllability, two levels of procedural justice and interactional justice, and two levels of distributive justice. Accordingly, this research examines how the controllability of service failure affect recovery satisfaction, and how these relations are moderated by the justice of service recovery. Conclusively, bi-dimension(outcome and process) constitutes the service recovery and this result supports the insistence that even dissatisfied customers can be satisfied through the service recovery efforts of the organization that once failed to meet the needs and expectation of customers.

  • With the rapid progress of the 4th industrial revolution, technical human capitals are considered to be the core competing factors of the enterprise. Technical manpower training of the 4th industrial revolution through technical education has become an essential task of venture start-ups. The opening of technical training courses and the education support system of companies are increasing, but the shortage of technical manpower is getting worse. This study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting participation intention of the 4th industrial revolution technology education. The research model was established based on the model of goal-directed behavior. For the analysis, 250 valid questionnaire data were used to test with a structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, attitude had a positive effect on the intention to participate in education. Second, subjective norms had a positive effect on the intention to participate in education. Third, the perceived behavioral control has not been tested for a significant influence on educational participation intention. Fourth, positive and negative anticipated emotions had a significant effect on educational intention. The impact of significant variables were found in the order of positive anticipated emotions, attitudes, negative anticipated emotions, subjective norms. On the other hand, as a result of testing the mediating effect of desires, it was found that desires plays a mediating role between attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, positive anticipated emotions, negative anticipated emotions, and participation intention. In particular, the causal relationship between perceived behavioral control and intention to participate in education was not significant, but perceived behavioral control had a significant effect(full mediation) on participation intention through desires. Based on the results of this study, the following implication were suggested. First, the model of goal-directed behavior(MGB) was applied to the technical education field. Second, the direct relationship between antecedent variables and behavioral intentions was simultaneously tested. Third, unlike the existing education-related research, the factors affecting participation in education were analyzed. Fourth, the importance of desires for education were suggested.

  • The question of why do you want to start a "start?" Is the most basic step in trying to do something. In other words, previous studies have shown that the degree of confidence in an individual's decision affects the setting of a specific purpose. Based on this, this study aims to provide basic data for deriving the direction of entrepreneurship education in college students by analyzing the effects of goal-oriented behavioral model on college students' self-determination and intention to start a business through the 5 factor model. To achieve the purpose of the study, a self-report questionnaire was conducted from October 01 to November 11, 2019 for university students attending located in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 125 parts were used for the final analysis, except 25 parts with insincere responses or errors. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 24, and reliability, validity analysis, frequency analysis, One-way ANOVA and regression analysis were performed, and three-step regression analysis and Sobel verification were performed for mediating effects. The summary of the study is as follows. First, the influence of university students' goal-oriented behavioral model on self-determination showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral controls had statistically significant positive effects, and positive and negative expectations were statistically significant. Did not affect. Therefore, the higher the attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, the higher the university students' self-determination. Second, the influence of college students' goal-oriented behavioral model on the intention to start a business was as follows.). As a result, the higher the perceived behavioral control and positive expectation, the higher the intention to start up. Third, regression model 1 showed that the behavioral control and positive expectation sentiment among the goal-oriented behavioral model had a significant positive influence on the college students' intention to start a business. Affected. Regression model II added the parameters of the 5 factor model, which increased 2.5% of explanatory power than the first regression model. Perceived behavioral control and positive expectations had a statistically significant positive effect, negative expectations had a statistically significant negative effect, and among the 5 factor model, openness had a statistically significant positive (+) Affected. From these results, it can be seen that the Big Five personality factors have a mediating effect on the relationship between goal-oriented behavior model and intention to start up. This study confirmed that the goal-oriented behavioral model of college students is an important variable in implementing self-determination and intention to start a business. In addition, by using his Big 5 personality factors as positive feedback, he has proved to play an important role by identifying the mediation role that can be set, planned and utilized to plan and achieve his life. The result of this study is that college students are interested in the intention of individual start-ups, so they are not freed from difficult employment difficulties. It is intended to provide basic data useful in the age of creation of government.

To study the effect of perceived service quality on the perceived risk, multi regression analysis was executed and, in the part of performance risk and socio-psychological risk of the personnel service, it showed a negative(-) effect on the result; however, in the physical service, it doesn't give any statistical meaningful influence on the result. And, on the physical risk, those two service quality showed a negative(-) effect in the meaningful level. 3. To study the effect of perceived Risk on the repurchasing intention of customers, a multi regression analysis was also executed and, in the parts of all risks of performance, socio-psychological and physical, it showed a negative(-) effect on the result in the meaningful level.

Current research focuses on the moderating effect of negative perception of production on the effect of charity and the moderated mediation of guilt reduction. An experiment using a well-known luxury brand is conducted. Results show that charity influences purchase intent toward luxury branded product positively and negative perception of production's main effect is negative.
