In South Korea, there are a large number of tunnels because of the mountainous terrain, and to overcome this characteristics, lengths of tunnels are more longer than existing tunnels. The need to improvement current tunnel management contents is giving rise for accidents in tunnel section is continuously increased although lots of efforts to reduce the accidents. Conventionally, disaster prevention have been focused on the Tunnel Management Systems, tunnel operators generally tend to depend on CCTV images for most contents of detailed traffic flow managing. In this paper, investigation about current Tunnel Management Systems contents using IPA survey was conducted, and Priority Improvement Contents(Accident Situation Management Support, 2nd Accident Management Support, Traffic Flow Monitoring), which importance are high, but satisfaction are low, are deducted. Also, CCTV images, lack intuitive understanding, are judged as a main cause of low satisfaction of those contents. To overcome those limitations of the existing Tunnel Management Systems, this study sought to develop a technology for the synthesis of road images to derive traffic information from synthesis images, and the contents improvement stragegy is established. Tunnel operators-oriented satisfaction survey on new contents was carried out, and scored 4.2 on a 5-point scale. This has confirmed that the availability of new contents and at this stage, with pushing ahead of long-tunnels and undersea tunnels construction, politic applications are expected.

The purpose of this study is to provide a suggestion to improve speciality and job performance of social work case management using importance-performance-analysis(IPA). A quantitative research design was used and data were collected from 209 social workers who are in charge of case manager job at Ulsan metropolitan area. Study participants were asked the recognition of importance-job competence and need for supervision-experience of social work case management job description on the NCS(9 competency units, 33 competency units). Descriptive analysis and IPA were performed. This study found the need for intensified job competence of 'building external operating systems' and 'development of resource linkage systems'. Also, it is necessary to provide intensive supervision for 'building an external and internal operating system.' Based on the results, future direction of intensified job performance for socla work case management was discussed.

이 연구는 IPA 기법을 적용하여 민간경비원들의 여가활동 집중개선 종목을 도출하고, 나아가 여가제약이 참가지수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2010년 서울 소재 6개소 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 적용하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 총 267명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 여가활동 참가 지수인 선호도와 참여도는 차이가 있다. 중점개선 여가활동은 헬스, 산책/조깅, 숙박관광, 당일여행 등이다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 여가제약은 여가활동 참가지수에 영향을 미친다. 개인내적, 주변의식적, 대인적 제약이 클수록 선호하는 여가활동에 부적 영향을 미치는 반면, 구조적, 시간 경제적 제약을 극복하고 선호하는 여가활동에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 민간경비원들의 복지적처우개선에 집중적인 투자가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study aims to deduct the extensive improvement types of leisure activities of private security agents using PPA technique and to examine the influence of leisure constraint on the index of participation. Through this process, this study consequently will draw the priority list of investment on the policy for improving the welfare status of private security agents. In this study, judgement sampling was applied to 6 security agencies located in Seoul, 2010, and 267 cases were used in the final analysis. Collected data went through factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired t test, PPA analysis, and regression analysis by using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions were drawn as follows. In regard to the reliability, Cronbach's $\alpha$ was over .768. First, there was a difference between the preference rate and the participation rate which are the participation index of the private security agents' leisure activities. concentrate here in leisure types turned out to be fitness activities, walking/jogging, tourism, a day-long travel, and keep up the cood work in leisure types are movies, domestic tourist attractions, dating, eating out, personal relationship, watching sports, reading, karaoke, TV video watching, drinking etc. low priority in leisure types are water sports, hiking, biking, soccer, photography, ball games, sky sports, playing go/janggi, inline skates, and cooking. Second, the leisure constraint affects the participation index of leisure activities. As the personal constraint, and surrounding conscious constraint which are the subordinate factors of the leisure constraint get bigger, the participation index of favored leisure activities become lower. In contrast, when the difficulties such as structural constraint, time and economical constraint are overcome, participation index of leisure activities go on the rise.

This study investigates and analyzes various marketing models that can overcome the economic challenges and resource scarcity faced by solo entrepreneurs. Previous research primarily focused on the integrated marketing communication (IMC) model, resulting in a lack of comprehensive discussion. In this study, we emphasized the IT content marketing communication model, considering a holistic analysis and the changing roles over time. As a result, we were able to propose a new strategic approach by integrating the ICM community model into a convergent value chain, improving the IMC model and promoting brand growth and online presence enhancement. This has laid the foundation for effectively increasing brand awareness and provided specific guidelines to support the sustained growth of solo entrepreneurship.

In this study, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the content components of remote graduate students was conducted. To this end, an online survey of 221 remote graduate students at J University obtained the following results. First, the importance of content components by area was in the order of learning content, interaction, teaching-learning strategy, and evaluation, and the degree of execution was in the order of teaching-learning strategy, interaction, evaluation, and learning content. Second, it was found that there were significant differences between importance and performance in the four areas of content components: learning content, teaching-learning strategy, interaction, and evaluation. The importance-execution analysis (IPA) was conducted in two dimensions: region-specific and item-specific, and the results are as follows. The learning content was found to be the maintenance area, the teaching-learning strategy and interaction were the key improvement areas, and the evaluation area was the overinvestment area. The results of this study can be used as basic data to diagnose the present of remote graduate school content and to gauge what needs to be improved in the future based on it.
