This paper presents an evaluation method that considers the weights of many characteristics of a public transportation system; this method facilitates the selection of suitable advanced transit system in a transportation investment plan. The method sets up twelve evaluation items separated by the following influence factors: users, community, government and operators. It then evaluates the advanced transportation system by analyzing the weights. For an empirical analysis, the urban advanced transportation systems for the main transit of small and medium sized cities were evaluated using the AHP method. The result revealed that the weight order is safety, rapidity and punctuality, convenience, and regional activation, and the priority order is steel wheel-type AGT, LIM, and rubber wheel-type AGT.

Performance measurement and evaluation is a critical issue in public funded civil infrastructure projects in recent years. As a results, Korean government has introduced the related policies and regulations based on the foreign cases to evaluate public construction projects. However, construction circumstances are different from other countries and the results from adopted regulations are not satisfied. Therefore this research proposes the critical success factors(schedule, cost, productivity, change order, safety, quality) for public construction projects based on previous related research outputs to successfully implement construction performance evaluation. Then, this paper also proposes the weights for the critical success factors. The proposed weights are developed by AHP of construction experts. Furthermore, the paper shows the difference of the weights of the critical success factors by project participants (owner, constructor, engineering, and inspector). This efforts will enhance the ability to develop an effective performance evaluation process and system for public construction projects.

The purpose of this study is to study a quality properties of design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. We studied preschool education professionals for perspective of design education quality properties in young child. So the study contents of our paper are design education for enlightenment of creativity in young child using a Importance-Performance Analysis. Results of T-test between importance and performance, we understand these facts: necessity for policy or/and financial support, thinking activities for production of ideas in problems or stimulus, delicate and detail attitude for search activities in environments and situations. In IPA, we realized that require the necessity of professional design educators, necessity for policy or/and financial support and change of mind at organizations related education. Our studies means a quality of design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. So, we expect our studies provide an useful data at a fields.

The object of this research is to analyze the impact of the four dimensions of on-line game attributes, challenge, social interaction, entertainment and actuality, on customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time, mediating effects of switching barriers, such as switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives on the relationships between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are also analyzed. The results showed that the challenge, social interaction, entertainment had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also effected customer loyalty. Another important result is that switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives played an intermediating role between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

수자원장기종합계획에서는 물의 과부족 또는 가용한 물을 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 물수지 분석을 실시한다. 물수지 분석은 미래 예측되는 용수수요량과 공급가능량을 비교하는 단순한 과정이지만, 분석 과정에 포함되어 있는 자료와 모형의 불확실성으로 인하여 물수지 분석을 실시한 각종 보고서마다 서로 다른 결과를 보여주고 있어 국민의 신뢰를 얻지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 Monte Carlo simulation 기법 중 Latin Hypercube Sampling에 기반한 확률적 모사로 물수지의 불확실성을 표현하고, 이를 기존에서 제시한 단일 물부족량과 비교하여 불확실성의 범위와 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 민감도 분석을 수행함으로써 입력변수들 간의 상대적 중요도를 산정하여 수자원계획 수립시 투자 우선순위를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 1990년대 우리나라를 포함한 OECD 국가의 지식기반산업 현황을 기술하고, 지식기반산업에서 IT 산업의 역할을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 1990년대 OECD 국가들의 지식기반산업의 중요한 특징은 OECD 각 국가들이 지식기반산업을 미래 중요한 산업으로 인식하고 지속적 자원투자와 관심을 기울이고 있다는 데 있다. 본 연구에서 대상 분석기간 동안 OECD 국가의 지식기반산업성장률은 5% 증가하였으며, 우리나라의 경우는 이보다 높은 10%대의 증가를 기록하였다. 또한 OECD 국가들의 지식기반산업 형성과정에서 IT 산업은 전통적 제조업의 역할보다 기술혁신 측면과 무역수지 측면에서 매우 중요한 역할을 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 우리나라의 경우에 지식기반산업의 형성과정에서 IT 산업의 기여도는 다른 OECD 국가보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지식기반산업 가운데 IT 산업은 생산성 증가요인을 분해하여 볼 때, 전반적으로 산업간의 효율성에 의한 생산성증가, 산업간의 자원이동에 의한 생산성증가 그리고 IT 산업자체의 노동생산성증가 요인에서 다른 산업에 비하여 상대적으로 우월하게 나타났다.

This research investigated which evaluation factors in children's television animation programs children between 7 and 11 years of age value. We collected data by means of questionnaires among 120 children of elementary school first through fourth graders. As research result, the most important evaluation factors for children were fun and action, closely followed by innocuousness, purity, realism, comprehensibility, and violence respectively. Boys in both samples attached more value to fun and action in a children's television animation, whereas girls in both samples attached more value to innocuousness and fun.

The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of the e-journal process in libraries and information organizations by identifying the relative priority of each criterion in the e-journal consortium. To identify criteria in the process, this study employed a content analysis of previous studies on e-journal and consortium. A total of 73 criteria were found, and these were classified into three categories and 21 sub-categories. Then, the relative weight of each criterion was calculated using an AHP technique. This technique is one of useful tools for collecting experts' opinions. The AHP findings indicated that the cost of the e-journal was the most important criterion in the e-journal consortium. This is followed in priority by users' needs, usage statistics, and others. Using these findings, librarians and information professionals might be able to identify priorities in the e-journal work process, and to improve the effectiveness of the process.

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information - Just as much as they want sites that are easy to navigate. But the online reality today is that few Internet users say they can trust the web sites that have products for sale or the sites that offer advice about which products and services to buy. Users want the web sites they visit to provide clear information to allow them to judge the site's credibility. Users want to know who runs the site; how to reach those people; the site's privacy policy; and how the site deals with mistakes. In the eyes of users all sites ate not equal. Users have different credibility standards for different types of sites. For news and information sites users want advertising clearly labeled as advertising. And users want the site to provide a list of the editors responsible for the site's contents, including the editor's email address. For e-commerce sites, user expectations and demands are just about as high as they can be. They say that it is very important that these sites provide specific, accurate information about the site's policies and practices.

This study conducted t-test and ANOVA analysis, influence of importance-satisfaction, regression analysis to local food and restaurants to the purchase intention in Busan. The subjects of this study were tourists who visited local restaurants in Busan, and the final 392 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the study, first, there will be a significant difference in the recognition of local foods in Busan according to the visitor's region. In all samples, the recognition was high in the order of pork stock, wheat noodle, sauteed·fired soft eel, grilled·ell sashmi. On the other hand, sansung bulgogi, Dongrae pajeon, and sansung makkŏlli were the lowest. Second, in the difference between importance and satisfaction of local restaurants in Busan, 'there is a different taste compared to other regions' showed high satisfaction and importance. Third, In the relationship between the awareness of local restaurants in Busan and the purchase intention, it was found to be effective in service, facilities, prices and locality and cleanliness were rejected.
