Using PMIS(Project Management Information System) plays an important role in systematically planning and effectively managing the complex and large-sized construction projects. In spite of the importance of PMIS, on-site engineers, who are the main users of PMIS, have not used PMIS enthusiastically because PMIS has been evaluated and improved by not the viewpoint of the system users but the viewpoint of system managers and head office manager. Therefore, this study developed an assessment model to evaluate PMIS with the viewpoint of the on-site engineers, so previously developed PMIS can be evaluated by the on-site engineers with importance and satisfaction elements. It is anticipated that the effective use of the developed assessment model might increase the utilization of existing PMIS as well as develop the construction industry.

Integrated construction site management using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and facility maintenance introducing USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) have been widely used in the mega construction project sites. But, the validation on performance of RFID systems after introducing those has not been carried out. Given that the use of RFID systems have been increased, the construction industry as well as other industries needs the evaluation of the RFID system. By regarding the necessities for evaluation, a research to the satisfaction and importance evaluation of RFID system from the end-users' view point for site management was conducted. Satisfaction-importance matrix of satisfaction standards and importance standards was created (organised) according to the analysis result of a survey, proposed improvement methods and analysis about the items presented by each region like areas of sustainable maintenance, maintenance, progressive improvement and priority improvement. The result would contribute to enhance the utilization of system and its performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between importance and satisfaction of beauty contest using IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) by deriving the quality factors of contest for revitalize beauty contest. For the study, a survey was conducted on participants with experience participating in beauty contest, and the collected data were analyzed using a response sample t-test and a PIA matrix. The results are as follows. First, there was a difference in importance and satisfaction as the average of importance was high. Second, in the first quadrant of the IPA matrix, contents related to contest assignment were mainly shown. This was analyzed as an effective factor that can improve the quality of the competition. Third, in the second quadrant, factors related to contest review were distributed. Accordingly, measures are required to increase the expertise and transparency of review. Fourth, in the third quadrant, the contents of the contest operation are mainly shown, and the satisfaction level is low, but supplementing it will have an improvement effect. Fifth, in the fourth quadrant, the satisfaction of the ability improvement item was high, which is analyzed that the contest experience affects the improvement of individual skills. Through this, it is significant to be used as basic data to establish a plan for revitalizing beauty contest.

Korea's self-support program has constituted one of the most important workfare policy for the past 25 years. However, many pointed out the lack of field perceptions in the performance indicators of self-support program, such as overemphasis on the economic performance and uniform application regardless of regional types. This research intends to derive policy implications to improve performance indicators of self-support program by analyzing field perceptions, utilizing ISA(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis) method. Analysis on the difference between importance and satisfaction shows that the procedure was perceived more important than the consequences. It also reveals that current indicators were not satisfactory enough to reflect field practices. Finally, ISA matrix classified indicators into keep, improve, policy reconsideration area, and obvious differences were found by regional type. These findings suggest the importance of field-orientation in performance indicators, and by which, can serve as an exploratory study for the improvement of performance indicators.

The present study applied the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) to derive several practical alternatives for the improvement of Chuncheon Silver Orchestra program using IPA(importance-performance analysis). Most importantly, this work performed a comparative study using sample data collected from two groups of silver member(N=53) and program operator(N=32). A careful literature review leaded to the development of six types of evaluation sectors, including 'connection with the local community', 'budget operation', 'program operation', 'manpower operation', 'public relations strategy' as well as 'environment for program operation'. This work further devised twenty-two evaluation items. The results indicated that silver member group rated 'manpower operation' the highest in their both perceived importance and performance. Program operator group rated 'budget operation' and 'manpower operation' rated the highest in their perceived importance and performance, respectively. The results form IPA matrix analysis provides an important implication that much efforts and interests should be sustainably given from the perspective of the silver member group and the program operator group coupled with four types of IPA quadrant, accordingly.

This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) on viewing motivation for the revitalization of Korean creative musicals. The IPA is the evaluation techniques to simultaneously compare and analyze relative importance and achievement of each attribute for multi-attribute models. This analysis uses the discerning method by displaying the matrix that includes the factors about which customers care and customer satisfaction on each factor. The customer satisfaction is determined by customer expectation for each attribute and its implementation level. This study, through this method, exams the importance and satisfaction level on attributes of viewing motivations for Korean creative musicals.

The purpose of this study is to present the ranking and difference of the importance and satisfaction of the swimsuit brand image that the swimsuit consumers perceive through the IPA and to provide the implications for the activation of the swimsuit industry market by diagramming it with the IPA matrix. To do this, we analyzed 298 questionnaire data for university students and graduate students and the following conclusions were drawn through the ranking of importance, satisfaction, and the corresponding sample t-test and IPA matrix. First, as a result of examining the ranking through the average of the importance and satisfaction of the swimsuit brand image, the importance showed average 4.0 or more in order of 'quality', 'functionality', 'price', 'design', 'trust', 'color', and the satisfaction showed average 3.5 or more in order of 'trust', 'quality', 'functionality' and 'awareness'. Second, as a result of difference verification in swimsuit brand image, it showed a significant difference in order of 'quality', 'price', 'functionality', 'design', 'color', 'trust', 'sophistication'. On the other hand, it showed no significant difference of cognitive images. Third, as a result of IPA of swimsuit brand image, the factors of 'design', 'functional', 'quality' and 'trust' were included in I quadrant, 'price' 'color' in II quadrant, 'advertising image', 'event', 'popularity', 'originality' in III quadrant, and 'awareness', 'sophistication' in IV quadrant.

ITER 한국사업단은 AC/DC Converter 최종설계검토(FDR)를 2014년 4월에 끝내고, 제작에 관련된 준비사항 점검인 MRR (Manufacturing Readiness Review)를 2014년 10월에 수행하였다. 1차 제작공정인 CCU/L 컨버터와 관련 I&C System은 2014년 11월부터 제작에 착수하여 곧 FAT(Factory Acceptance Test)를 앞두고 있다. 이 시점에서 중요한 것은 FAT를 앞둔 제작된 기기가 ITER의 설계요건을 충분히 만족하는지에 대한 검증을 하는 것이다. 본 논문은 초전도자석 및 컨버터의 이상상태 또는 고장 시에 장치를 보호하는 중요한 Plant Interlock System(PIS)이 ITER의 설계요건을 충실히 반영하였는지 확인하기 위한 요건추적매트릭스(RTM) 기법을 소개하고, Interlock System의 중요기능인 사고 시 초전도 코일에 충전된 에너지를 급속 방전하기 위한 장치인 DLIB와의 연계기능에 적용한 예를 보이고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest rating factors of the importance and the satisfaction for selecting physical education institutes for preschoolers and to provide an implication of vitalizing physical education class for preschooler with comparative analysis between importance and satisfaction using IPA analysis. 253 directors of educational institutes for preschooler have chosen through a convenience sampling method, and 430 was used for analysis. The results were as follows. First, the instructor qualification items and the program items ranked highly positions in physical education institute for preschooler. Second, the instructor qualification items, the program items, tuition items of discount benefit and institution image items of reputation had the significant difference between importance and satisfaction. Lastly, The quadrant I is "the keep up the good work" part and includes 8 items such as the expertise of the physical education teacher for preschooler. The quadrant II is "the concentrate here" part and includes 2 items such as teaching ability of the physical education teacher for preschooler. The quadrant III is "the low priority" part and includes 6 items such as reasonable prices of tuitions.

The purpose of this study is to improve the curriculum to revitalize beauty tourism by analyzing the difference in importance and satisfaction of the beauty tourism curriculum. And online and offline surveys were conducted for workers in the beauty tourism industry, and IPA analysis was conducted using 208 valid samples. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a difference in the importance and satisfaction of all educational contents. And than, it was found that there were no educational contents that needed improvement, and the training courses that required continuous maintenance were field practice, major practice, service and manners, customer consultation, customer management, marketing, and interpersonal relationships. Education content with low priority was found to be foreign languages, multicultural understanding, tourism, and beauty management. Based on the results, directions for improving the curriculum for revitalizing beauty tourism were suggested.
