Recently smartphone has propagated all age groups rapidly due to the fact that the advance of media and the increase of smartphone penetration. In South Korea, high-school students' smartphone retention rate is 90.2%. This study proceed an analysis of high school students' smartphone usage by a feasibility study, and also by recording the log data of actual usage patterns of smartphone applications. The feasibility study investigates subject's smartphone usage, and the log data analysis measures the accurate usage recorded for about three months. We compared the feasibility study and the log data for the daily smartphone usage, and investigated the change of usage pattern during the weekdays, weekends, and the before, during and after exams. High-school students are unique group in capital area. As a result, we found that high-school students' smartphone usage pattern in capital area has not affected by weekday or weekend but has affected by the before, during and after exams.

This study analyzed an impact relationship between the variable of street based on the walking enhancement factors and the street revitalization. In detail, walking enhancement factors include a physical environment, accessibility and a density which was derived from previous studies. In addition, This study also analyzed the diversity of the profession which was emphasized by Jacobs(1961) and the influence of the specific space on street revitalization that was emphasized by Ray Oldenburg (1989) and Richard MacCormac (1983). The anlaysis by types showed the walking enhancement factors, including street envirnoment, accessibility, density and diversity, which were emphasized by Jacobs(1961) possessed similararites between weekdays and weekends. On contrast, the spatial distribution of stores showed a major difference of influences on street revitalization between weekdays and weekends as Ray Oldenburg (1989) and Richard MacComac (1983) has insisted.

The purpose of this study was to examine impact of multi-cultural family on subjective health status, mental health and internet addiction tendency compared to general family in Korean adolescent. The data were derived from the 13th Korea youth risk behavior web-based survey 2017 in Korea and analyzed considering complex samples analysis. The subjects were general families 61,320(98.5%) and multi-cultural families 956(1.5%). Multi-cultural youth had higher rates of unhealthy and unhappy and the percentage of depression, suicidal ideation, weekday and weekend smartphone overdependence, experience problems with using smartphone in friend than general youth. In addition, suicidal ideation 1.270 times, weekday and weekend smartphone overdependence 1.359 times and 1.297 times respectively and experience problems with using smartphone in friend 1.603 times was increased in multi-cultural youth compared to general youth. Therefore, it is very meaningful that this study provided basic data of intervention program to improve mental health and internet addiction tendency of multi-cultural youth.

이미 발표한 바와 같이 사과산을 강력히 분해하는 Schizosacharomyces japonicus var. japonicus를 과실주에 직접 적용하기 위한 기초적 자료를 얻고자 하여 양조학적 성질을 검토한 바를 보고하고자 한다. 사과산의 정량은 paper chromatograohy에 의하여 발색시킨 사과산의 spot를 Goodban의 방법에 의하여 비색 정량하였다. 본 공시균은 pH 4.2~4.8, 알코올 12% 이하, $SO_2는$ 150ppm 이하, $Mn^{2+}$ 은 $MnSO_4$ 로서 0.01% 이하의 농도에서 양호한 Maloalcohol 발효를 유도하였다. 더욱 공시균은 7.5%의 알코올을 생성시켰다. 당류의 첨가는 Maloalcohol 발효를 저해하였으며 정치 배양과 진탕 배양과의 차이점은 거의 인정할 수 없으나 공시균의 생육은 진탕 배양하므로 촉진되었다. 0.3%의 사과산을 $30^{\circ}C에서$ 정치 배양하므로 배양 6일로서 완전히 분해하였다.

전력 계통의 운용 계획을 최적화하기 위해서 연간 최대전력수요와 시간별 전력수요에 대한 장단기간의 수요 예측에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이다. 특히, 단기 수요 예측은 발전비용과 신뢰도에 크게 영향을 주며, 전력계통의 제어 및 단기계획, 경제급전, 전력조류계산 등의 입력 자료로 활용된다. 많은 예측 문제에 폭넓게 사용되고 있는 인공신경회로망은 전력수요 예측에도 자주 쓰이는 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 보다 정확히 하기 위해 기존의 인공신경회로망 기법을 개선하여 보다 정확한 예측을 보였다.

This paper presents hourly system marginal price forecasting of the Korea electric power system using a fuzzy linear regression analysis method. The proposed method is tested by forecasting hourly system marginal price for a week of spring in 2002. The percent average of forecasting error for the proposed method is from 3.14% to 6.10% in the weekdays, from 7.04% to 8.22% in the weekends, and comparable with a artificial neural networks method.

유산균을 종균으로 하여 유제품을 만드는 경우에 종균의 취급관리는 매우 중요한 일이다. 종균을 취급하는 과정에서 어떤 원인으로 인하여 종균의 활력 특히 산생성력이 감퇴되어 종균으로 사용할 수 없는 경우가 발생한다. 이러한 경우의 원인을 분석하여 그 예방책을 수립하기 위한 기초 연구로써 발효유의 종균으로 사용하고 있는 L. casei YIT9018의 spontaneous lac 변이주의 발생빈도 및 이러한 Lac 변이주의 특성을 검토하였다. parent colony에서의 Lac의 발생빈도는 MRS 배지에서 400 coloney중에서 1개, 10% 환원 탈지분유에서는 984개중 1개의 배율로 나타났다. 분리된 Lac 변이주중에는 Lac Gal도 검출되었다 대부분의 Lac를 탈지유배지에 배양할 경우 10일이 지나면 우유를 응고시켰으나 Lac Gal는 30일이 지난뒤에 응고시켰다. Lac변이주를 MRS-lactose 배지의 plate에 도말하여 배양하면 4일 이후부터는 revertant가 나타났으나 Lac Gal Cell에서는 인정되지 않았다. 얻어진 Lac 변이주의 plasmid를 분리하여 parent와 비교한 결과 plasmid DNA가 소실되었음을 확인하였다.

국제해양법이 제정된 이래 국내외의 정세변화에 따른 수산업의 침체에 대처해 나가기 위해서는 연안어장의 해양환경을 쾌적하게 조성하고 여기에서 조업하는 조업어선들의 구조와 운용설비 개선에 대한 대책이 마련되어야 한다. 특히 어선어업에 있어서는 어선에서 발생하는 소음은 선박에 종사하는 어업인과 어군에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 되므로 이들 영향을 최소화하기 위한 연구가 성실히 수행되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 소형어선의 항주 중의 수중소음의 어류에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 2000년 3월 2일∼4월 10일 여수연안에서 동일한 크기의 신조 소형 연안복합어선(GT 6.66)의 항주중인 선박의 수중소음을 측정, 분석한 결과이다. 8개월령의 체중이 40.4kg인 로트와일러 수컷 어린개와 9개월령의 체중 34.6kg인 골 든 레트리버 수컷 어린개가 각각 2주령과 1개월령부터 파행 및 통증을 주중으로 머독대학 동물 병원에 내원 하였다. 내원 했을 때 호흡과 심박수 및 체온은 정상이었다. 일반 보행 및 신경검사 와 방사선 사진을 촬영하여 확인한 결과 양측 고관절 이형성(Hip displasia)과 퇴행성 관절질환 (Degenerative joint disease)을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 그 증상의 정도는 우측에 비하여 좌측이 더 심하게 나타냈다. 외과적 치료는 Slocum과 Devine에 의한 3중 고관절 절단술(Triple pelvic osteotomy)를 실시하였으며 특별한 외부 고정은 하지 않았다. 수술 후 5개월 동안 지켜본 결과 증 상은 매우 좋아졌으며 골반골의 완벽한 고정 유지에 따른 교정된 고관절을 확인 할 수 있었다.
