Due to population growth and urban development in construction technology has expanded living space, underground construction as public transport as has been extended to the ground and underground urban traffic congestion increases. This underpass Stations sphere of influence this development was the center of the living space, space-time became a cultural space. However underpass ground space and time and space are enormous difficulties in contrast visibility due to smoke when light levels are low fire occurs, momentary loss of judgment errors due to a sense of orientation, rapid diffusion and ambient oxygen deficiency due to acquisition limitations, such as the Open resulting in property damage and personal injury. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing system with respect to the address of the underground shopping center and system for presenting an address to the underground shopping mall in the basement of the straight and circular in connection with the street name address. Also can be known only to evacuate their citizens to address the position in the event of a fire inside the basement through the underground shopping mall address standardization system, the fire department only address exact location is being judged will be identified.

차세대 인터넷 주소체계로 IPv6의 표준화가 마무리단계에 이르러 이동성 지원을 위한 MIPv6(mobile ipv6)의 표준화도 $RFC3775^{[1]}$로 마무리되었다. 하지만 IPv6를 기반으로 한 MIPv6의 보안 문제점은 완전하게 해결되지 않는 연구과제로 남아있는 상태이다. IPv6의 autoconfiguration 과정에서의 주소중복, DoS공격의 취약점은 IPv6를 기반으로 한 MIPv6 에서도 적용되는 보안문제이다. 특히 모바일 단말기의 로밍 환경에서의 HA와 MN간의 보안인증 절차문제, 전원공급으로 인한 bootsrapping 관련 추가적인 보안문제가 있어 보안관련 연구단체에서 연구가 진행 중에 있다.

현재 우리나라의 일반 서장우편 물량은 매년 증가하고 있는 추세이며 특히 월말이나 연말에 집중화되는 계절적, 순환적 특성을 보인다. 그러나 집배원의 인력 부족으로, 우편물량의 증가와 계절적, 순환적 우편물 집중 현상에 적절히 대응하지 못하고 있으며, 이에 따라 서비스의 질적 저하 업무 부하량 증가 등의 문제가 점점 더 가시화되어가고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 신속한 우편물 처리와 집배원의 업무 경감 등을 위해 우편물 자동 처리를 위한 순로구분 시스템의 도입을 검토하고 있으나, 우편물에 기입되는 주소 기재 방식이 일관적이지 않고 표기 방식이 다양하여 이러한 자동처리시스템의 효율이 떨어질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 향후 도입될 예정인 순로구분 시스템의 자동처리 효율을 높이기 위해 우편물에 기입하는 주소의 표기 표준화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 국내 우편주소 체계와 주소 표기의 현황을 살펴보았으며, 자동주소인식에 적합한 주소 표기를 위한 고려사항들을 주소 표기 표준화 관점에서 제시하였다.

주소정보 데이터베이스가 구축되고 있는 현재의 우편환경에서 이를 기반으로 한 제품 및 서비스의 제공과 활용이 요구되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 운용 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 제품/서비스의 국내외 현황 및 상호연관관계 등에 대한 분석을 수행하고, 이를 토대로 필요 제품/서비스의 단계적 전개 방안을 도출하고, 관리 및 제공을 위한 운용 프로세스를 표준화하였다. 특히 선진 사례와 주소정보 관련 업무 분석을 위해서 IDEF0 방법론을 확장하여 그 결과를 도식적으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 주소정보 제품 및 서비스의 도입 및 운용 시 활용될 것이다.

2011년 7월에 도로명과 건물번호를 사용하는 새로운 주소 체계인 도로명주소가 고지되었다. 본 고에서는 100년 가까이 사용한 지번주소를 대체하기 위한 도로명주소와 관련 사업 등의 추진 동향을 살펴보고, 현재 추진상에서 쟁점이 되는 사항들과 도로명주소 등의 추진에 관련된 기술적인 이슈 및 동향 등에 대해서 살펴보기로 한다. 이를 위해서 기존 주소의 문제점 개선과 국제적인 표준 동향에 따르기 위한 도로명주소의 추진 상황과 국가의 기관별로 구역설정을 공통으로 활용하기 위한 구역번호의 추진 상황을 살펴본다. 도로명주소 추진 상황을 더욱 이해하는 차원에서 최근에 제기되고 있는 건물 단위의 행정구역과의 불일치 문제, 도로명의 표기 문제, 동과 공동주택 명칭 사용 제외 등에 대한 쟁점사항을 소개한다. 그리고 도로명주소와 관련된 기술적 이슈 및 동향들을 GIS 기술과의 결합, 데이터 정제 기술, 상세 주소의 정형화를 통한 데이터 호환, 정보시스템의 구현 및 연계 기술, 국제 표준화를 위한 대응, 우편물류 분야 측면에서 각각 살펴본다.

In order to automate the process of mail sorting by delivery sequence, it is necessary to prepare a postal address database and to interpret written addresses on the mail-pieces with the database and OCR technology. The address database is a critical factor of automation and informatization of postal service since it could be used not only in address recognition but also in various mail processing. In this study, we design the schema of postal address database, design the postal address file based on it and explain the method of address interpretation and retrieval using it. We analyze infonnation requirements for transformation of postal address into the standardized format and consider them in the process of design. The postal address file can be used by address matching or retrieval system as well as by Hangul address recognition system for automation of delivery sequence mail-sorting.

물리적으로 연속된 도로에 하나의 위치를 특징 짖고, 특정화한 위치의 개별성을 보장받아 규칙적으로 주소를 부여하면 특정위치는 물론 주변위치도 추측 가능해진다. 그동안 도시화와 산업화로 인하여 도로의 입체화, 다각화, 고기능화가 진행하는 가운데, 도로관리제도는 광역에 걸친 다수의 기관들이 전문 분야와 공종별로 분할하고 있는 복잡한 모습을 하고 있다. 이는 시간이 지날수록 자유로운 의사소통과 기술공유, 집약된 의사결정 등을 어렵게 하고 다양한 문제를 드러내고 있어 더 이상 기존의 제도와 방식은 적합하지 않게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 도로관리상 최대 맹점이라 할 수 있는 도로상의 개별위치에 대한 정의 없이 경험에 의존하는 관리방식에서 탈피하여, 도로가 위치하고 있는 지번주소, 도로명 주소, 국가도로망체계 등의 도로주소정보를 코드화하여 이를 도로상에 규칙적으로 부여하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 본 논문의 목적은 정보시대의 도로관리에 적합하도록 도로를 식별하고자 정의한 도로주소코드를 통해서 디지털 모델링에 적합한 표준화방안을 제시하는데 있다.

This study analyzed the status of international address standardization and reviewed responses of nations contained in the ISO/CD 19160-2-N5652 standard document. It identified problems in Korea's responses to the standard document, and presented ways of improvement. International standard procedures for ISO 19160-2 are underway with the goal to its completion by July 2023. To create an international standard, continuous monitoring and responses are required, and efforts to reflect the strength of the Korean addressing system on the new standard is needed.

Currently the amount of general letter mail in Korea is on an increasing trend; especially it shows the seasonality that is concentrated in the end of the month or the year. However, the situation is not treated appropriately Moreover. manpower insufficiency if the carriers causes the poor service and the heavy burden of work. Under the existing conditions, the various efforts such as development of the automatic sequence sorting system and construction of the address database are given in order to quicken mall process and lighten the carriers' burden But the inconsistent addressing and the various expressions of address drop the systems and the carriers off in efficiency. In this study, we present the Korean postal addressing standards to make it possible to improve the performance of address recognition and help postmen to sort the mail; particularly focusing on the substance. After analyzing the domestic system, the information structure and the problems of postal address, we propose four fundamentals and the standards including synonyms and acronyms. In addition, we suggest several considerations for mail format. We expect that this study could support the postal service in Korea as a basic standard.
