비성형 동력학계로 모델링된 부유수송체의 동적응답을 조사하고 그 운동의 안정성을 해석하였다. 종동요 모우드의 고유주파수가 횡동요 모우드의 고유주파수의 두배가 되는, 즉, 2:1 내부공진 혹은 자기계수공진인 조건하에서, 이부유수송체는 한 운동 모우드의 직접가진에 의해 간접가진된 다른 모우드가 대진폭 응답을 보일 수 있음을 밝혔다. 또항, 종동요 모우드의 감쇠력은 비교적 넓은 범위의 운동에 대해 선형적임에 반해, 횡동요 모우드의 감쇠력은 점성의 영향이 대단히 커서 비선형성이 대단히 강한 것으로 알려져 왔다. 이 문제를 수학적으로 모델링하기 위하여, 종동요 모우드의 운동방정식에는 선형및 제곱형의 합의 형태인 감쇠력 모형을 사용하였다. 다중척도법을 사용하여 이 두가지 운동 모우드의 주기적 응답및 그의 안정성에 미치는 제곱형 비선형 횡동요 감쇠력의 영향을 밝혔다. 조우주기가 횡동요 모우드의 고유주기와 근사한 경우에 대하여 이 비선형계의 응답을 구하고 주파수-응답 곡선으로 나타내었다.

Buddhist temple construction at East Asia is considered one of the most important architecture activities together with the capital city and palace, where the pagoda is positioned at the center of a Buddhist temple as the most important element of Buddhist architecture enshrining Buddha's Sary. Accordingly, this study was performed to examine the procedure of how to build brick pagodas through the stone pagoda's internal structure between $7^{th}{\sim}9^{th}$ century while disassembling and repairing Andong Jotap-ri five-story brick pagoda. As a result, as the brick pagoda destruction phenomenon, there was a slip phenomenon by side forces, member's plastic temperature, and mixed material differences. Second, like a stone pagoda, brick pagoda is classified and constructed by the design and structural parts. According to the analysis, the design part is formed by the most edge brick, and the structure part places stone material at the buffer zone in the design brick from most edge brick and intra-center, i.e., at the space to support a side force while the top weight is vertically led. When building a brick pagoda, putting a wood pole at inside center plays the role as holding parts. In addition, the center axis is connected to the bottom of the steel pole hole, A steel pole hole has holes to safely settle down and decide the position. Because of them, the steel pole is self-loaded, which may be installed by wood rather than immovable steel.

The purposes of this study are to identify the characteristics of inner-city industrial community and to analyse the subsistence mode of small manufacturing enterprises in the industrial community in Taegu Metropolitan area. The case study area, Nowon 1. 2-ga dong, is the typical inner city industrial community, adjacent to old industrial complex, which was recently transformed from semi -industrial to semi-residential zoning district. Now there are many old one story housing, newly constructed multi stories housing and many small factories of metal and machinery products. The conflicts of between residents and small business owners are not serious but latent. The subsistence mode of small manufacturing enterprises in this area is characterized as the network production system. The main attributes of this mode are local integration, horizontal subcontracting and strong industrial linkages in production processes and transactions. These transactions are mainly made by face-to-face contacts. The small business owners' local social networks are seen as series of units which are interconnected through various types of social and business relations. They exchange business information as using social networks. In addition, the majority of them join local social clubs with their local business counterpartners. Finally, the locational advantages of inner-city industrial community are production network, different industrial linkages and characteristic industrial milieu such as social solidarity, informal labor market and incubator effects. But these advantages are being challenged from the contradiction between capital and laned property and the urban gentrification policy. Accordingly, there should be positive redevelopment policy considering the subsistence mode of small business in these areas.

대한주택공사와 한국토지공사를 통합한 한국토지주택공사가 지난 10월 1일 공식 출범했다. 주공과 토공 양 공사의 통합은 현 정부들어 공공기관의 방만경영과 비효율을 불식시키고 경영효율화를 위해 추진된 공기업 선진화 정책에 따라 지난 세월 미결로 논란만 지속되어 오던 사항을 1년 8개월만에 성공적으로 완수 하여 그 결실을 맺은 것으로 의미가 깊다. 한국토지주택공사 출범은 택지개발과 주택건설의 일원화를 통한 원가절감 등 시너지 효과를 가져와 저렴한 택지 주택 공급과 서민주거안정을 위한 보금자리주택 건설 추진에 박차를 가함은 물론, 4대강 살리기 사업 및 녹색성장, 토지은행, 국토의 광역개발 등 국가 정책사업을 효율적으로 추진할 것으로 기대된다.

아파트 재건축을 위해 발파해체공법을 이용하여 실시한 5층 아파트 9개동의 시공사례를 중심으로 국내 아파트 발파해체에 따른 경제적 공법의 제시와 시공되어진 해체구조물의 현황과 공법, 사전처리 공법등을 소개하고 또한, 지상구조물이 아닌 지하구조물의 해체를 위한 콘크리트의 부분 발파사례를 통하여 해체 분야의 발전 방안을 고찰하였다.

PCB는 수십개의 주공정과 보조공정으로 구성된 제품으로 동일한 생산라인에서 로트 단위로 다품종 혼류 생산되고 있다. 따라서 PCB 제조라인에서는 많은 공정수, 높은 불량률, 다양한 공정설비 및 빈번한 설비고장, 중소기업의 낮은 설계 및 생산기술력, 빈번한 수주 변경 및 다품종 혼류, 긴급 수주 등과 같이 제조원가를 증가시키는 다양한 교란요인들이 항상 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생산성, 품질 등을 고려하면서 리드 타임을 단축하기 위하여 TOC DBR 기법을 개선한 2개의 DBR 개념을 도입하여 성공적으로 리드타임을 개선한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

대한주택공사에서는 대단위 소규모 저층 형 아파트를 제주시 화북지구에 건립코자 현상설계경기를 실시하여 우원건축(문정일)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 지난 6월 2일 주공 연수처 3강의실에서 시상식을 가졌다. 총 25개사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작은 무영건축(안길원+손광민)안이 차지했으며, 가작은 우원건축ㆍ건축문화(조성룡)안과 동인ㆍ우양건축(윤태웅)안 그리고 건원건축(곽홍길)안이 각각 선정됐다.

건설공사의 공종 중 거푸집공사는 전체공사기간의 대략 25％를 차지하고 있으며 공사비 비율은 일반적으로 전체공사비의 10～15％, 철근콘크리트공사비의 20～30％를 차지하고 있어 구조물의 안전성, 경제성 및 작업성과 품질관리에 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 거푸집은 콘크리트가 양생되면 곧 해체되는 가설구조물로써 작업상에서 많은 위험요소를 포함하고 있으며 특히, 아파트공사의 경우 전체 재해발생의 17％로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 이와 같이 거푸집공사는 가장 우선적으로 관리하여야 할 위험공종이며 전체공기를 좌우하는 주공정으로서 이를 재해발생의 측면에서 제어하는 것이 안전관리에 있어서 가장 효율적이며 큰 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 것으로 생각된다.(중략)

인천시 남동구 만수동에 위치한 만수주공4단지아파트에서 지난해 7월부터 10월까지 LNG를 연료로 사용하는 340kW 2기, 228kW 1기 등 3기의 열병합발전설비와 시간당 5.5Gcal를 생산하는 중온수 고효율보일러 3대를 설치했다. 29억원을 투자해 연간 $23.4\%$, 6억8천만원의 에너지절감효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 예상되고 있으며, 이 아파트의 성공적인 도입사례는 향후 수도권에 열병합 아파트의 확산을 가져올 것으로 기대되고 있다.

대한주택공사가 올해 100만호 주택건설을 이룬 기념사업의 일환으로 모범적인 주거환경을 위하여 경기도 용인시 기흥상갈지구를 100만호 시범단지로 지정하여 현상설계를 공모한 결과 총23개 업체(A블럭:10개업체, B블럭:13개업체)가 참여하여 A블럭의 최우(수작으로는 한빛건축사사무소(민승렬)의 안, B블럭의 최우수작은 (주)건축사사무소 창일엔지니어링(문정일)의 안이 당선되었으며 최종 8개 업체가 입선되었다. 특히, 이번 현상설계공모방식에서 특기할 만한 점은 2개 블록으로 나누어 공모함으로써 많은 신진건축가들의 참여도를 높여 그 결과 다양하고 참신한 아이디어를 많이 수렴할 수 있었다는 것이다.
