A Study on the Evaluation for Elderly Housing Environment - Countent Analysis of Elderly Housing Environment Literature Issued after 2000 - (노인주거환경 평가 틀에 관한 연구 - 2000년 이후의 노인주거환경관련 논문에 대한 내용분석을 중심으로 -)

  • This study was conducted to develop standards for evaluating what extant the physical environments of housing which can cope with the needs of the aging society. This study was consisted through literature investigation research mainly, and research target literature limits keyword to elderly housing environment and chose connected domestic various literatures. The study are as follows; First, in outdoor only area from design environment element accessibility, and safety emphasized from equipment element, health of community territory was expose from design'environment element that supportiveness is emphasized from equipment element. Second, in living room safety emphasized from design' environment element in bedroom and bathroom of indoor individuation space, vestibule, balcony supportiveness, health was expose that is emphasized kitchen and mess. Also, was expose that supportiveness is emphasized from equipment element of all individuation spaces. Third, was expose that design environment element in corridor that is indoor official business space, stair, lobby, elevator and safety from equipment element and supportiveness are emphasized.

  • 본 연구에서는 일본의 워터프런트 니시노미야하마의 거주자를 대상으로 앙케이트 조사를 실시하여 속성, 주거 내외 총합평가, 친수 활동 등에 대해 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 향후의 워터 프런트에 입지하는 집합주택 거주자들의 거주환경에 대한 상이점을 알 수 있었다.또 워터프런트지역에서 "방의 넓이" "통풍" "전망 채광" "프라이버시의 확보"등 워터프런트에 입지하는 집합주택의 계획수립 시에 상기한 거주환경의 조성이 거주자들의 주거의식에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 3D 콘텐츠 가상현실 체험을 통하여 단순한 환경교육이 아닌 조선시대의 자연환경과 주거환경을 오늘날의 모습과 비교 체험하면서 사용자 스스로 자연환경과 주거환경의 변화를 인식하도록 도움을 주어 환경에 대한 인식을 변화시키고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 토양오염에 대한 3D 콘텐츠를 개발하여 실험 평가 및 분석을 하였다.

A Study on Evaluation Structure of luminous Environment in o residential space and office work space (주거.사무공간의 조명환경 평가구조에 관한 연구)

  • This paper is to find the difference of evaluation structure between a residential space and of ace work space and to examine a relation between mood item and behavior items on evaluation of the luminous environment. First 20 mood items md 15 behavior items were selected for evaluation item on the luminous environment. And then, subjective evaluation was experimented by the semantic differential method. The results are as follows: (1) In respect of evaluation un the mood both luminous environments that have each different character of space at evaluated by the three factors; activity, comfort and quality. (2) In respect of evaluation on the behavior, three factors, work, relaxation and entertainment are selected in the residential space and two factors, work and non-work are selected in the office work space. (3) In the residential space, activity is very important factor that affects on three behaviors, work, relaxation and entertainment. In the office work space, activity affects on work and quality affects on non-work.

  • Children in elementary school spend most of their time in their rooms in the housing environment. Children need to be provided with a new children's room environment that fits to their growth and development. Thus, the purpose of this research is to find out environmental characteristics of elementary school children's room. The samples are 633 children in their fourth or higher year grades. The results were analyzed using frequency, percentage, 1-test and F-test. For the research, used also were a developed measurement instrument in this study for environmental characteristics of children's room. The characteristics of children's room environment were categorized into ten items; convenience accessibility, order, ability to express, originality, safety, comfortability, privacy, territoriality, and social interaction. Children's rooms are designed to provide convenience and accessibility to children, but do not provide the creativity in them.

  • Police crime statistics report that residential housing such as apartment, low rise, detached houses is the second most vulnerable to crime, which is closely followed by the number of street crimes. Also residential houses are often exposed to quality-of-life crime, e.g burglary. It threatens the basic human rights of house residents in terms of safety and comfort within the urban living environment. This study examines related precedent studies regarding the vulnerability of residential housing including studios, multi-family housing from the viewpoint of crime prevention through environment design(CPTED), extracted the elements and items suitable for the safety of residential facilities and the certification evaluation indicators and check items to be the basis for the checklist are derived. Based on these evaluation indicators and inspection items, we conducted on-site surveys of residential facilities in three areas of Seoul, Yongin and Asan, and the final draft of the checklist was revised based on the results of the field survey. There are 43 items on the 7 fields of evaluation in the final version of checklist, 11 items in the management and operation, 20 items in the surveillance, 7 items in the access control, 1 item in the territoriality, 2 items in the activity support, and 2 items in the security and safety facilities. In addition, various points of interest were added to allow the administrator of the residential facility to earn points for special measures taken for safety. This checklist can be appropriately modified and utilized in consideration of the characteristics of each facility. Korean national police agency has CPOs to check the residential facilities in their jurisdiction using checklists and to certify excellent facilities with high level of safety.

  • The purpose of this study was to survey the residential satisfaction of the residents who lives in Bundang in order to offer the information helpful to housing designers and housing policy makers. Documentary research and questionnaire survey methods were used in this research. The sample was taken from 320 the residents living in Seoul. Data were analyzed with the SPSS PC+ window version. The results were as follows: 1) residents were satisfied with rather their housing unit than residential environment, 2) there is significant difference the evaluation of residential satisfaction according to the age of husband and wife, the educational level of wife, 3) there is significant difference the evaluation of residential satisfaction according to living area, housing type, housing size, homeownership, living period
