An Anaysis of current Facilities for the Physically Disabled in Hospital (지체장애인의 접근을 고려한 종합병원 장애인편의시설의 실태분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study mostly concentrates on the ease of access to the hospital for the physically handicapped and investigated the condition of facilities for disabled of 59 hospitals in Seoul. For investigation, this research developed tool based on Korean disability law. An improvement plan which will deal with the safety and accessibility for the physically handicapped and for patients are as follows. 1) Safe passage should be designed continuously from entrance to the parking lot. 2) Obstacles on the safe passage should be removed and widen the pathways.

  • This study aims to provide basic information necessary to find an efficient management plan for patients using auto insurance. The analysis was conducted on the five-year auto insurance medical expenses review data registered in the health care bigdata Hub from 2016 to 2020. As a result of the analysis, the number one composition ratio of auto insurance inpatient treatment expenses was treatment and surgery fees for Certified tertiary hospitals, hospitalization fees for general hospitals, hospitals and clinics, and treatment and surgery fees for oriental medical institutions and dental hospitals. outpatient treatment expenses was doctor's fee for medical institution, treatment and surgery fees for oriental medical institutions and dental hospitals. The ratio of medication, anesthesia, and special equipment significantly affected the cost of inpatient. And the ratio of physical therapy significantly affected the cost of outpatient.

  • 본 연구는 병원을 이용하는 외래환자들의 불만족요인과 만족요인들을 조사하여 보다 높은 고객만족 경영을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대전에 소재하는 일개의 종합병원 외래환자를 대상으로 2011년 10월 24일 1일간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 총 160부의 설문지를 배포하여 144부를 통계분석자료로 이용하였다. 연구결과 행정지원부문의 특성 중 전반적 만족도와 타인추천 의향에 대하여 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 접수 수납 절차의 신속 간편성인 편리성으로 나타났으며 검사실 외래 진료대기실의 쾌적성도 공통으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과 고객을 만족시킬 수 있는 고객지향적 병원경영시스템을 구축 운영한다면 병원의 경쟁력은 향상되고 병원의 지속가능성은 높아질 것이며 고객만족경영이라는 경영목표도 달성될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

  • The goal of this study is establishment of egress parameters and algorithm for estimation of total egress time in hospitals. Therefore, egress parameters should be measured and analyzed via the experiment at many hospitals. In this study, 4 general hospitals were experimented and egress parameters were measured, the comparison between experimental results and estimated total egress time were carried out. The algorithm for estimation of total egress time can be applied to other hospitals.

Perception of Organizational Trust Culture of Regional General Hospital Employees and its Effect on Organizational Trust Activities (지역 종합병원 종사자의 조직신뢰 문화에 대한 인식이 조직신뢰 활동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to provide basic data for hospital organizational management by analyzing perception of organizational culture of general hospital employees and its effect on organizational trust activities. A total of 437 employees from the 5 general hospitals in G city were surveyed with anonymous self-administered questionnaires and the result was analyzed by t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, there were differences in the perception of organizational trust culture depending on sex, age, education, and income. The perception of organizational trust culture had a significantly positive correlation with organizational trust activities. The factors such as consideration, social responsibility, morality, and competence had a significantly positive effect on organizational trust activities. This study would help to improve the organizational trust that is perceived by hospital employees by improving organizational trust culture with policy and institutional support.

The Influencing factors on the General Hospital Nurses' Turnover Intention (종합병원 간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to find factors affecting on emotional intelligence, career plateau, nursing work environment on the turnover intention among general hospital nurses. The data were analyzed by SPSS/SIN 22.0. Negative correlations were turnover intention and nursing work environment(r=-.397, p<.001), turnover intention and emotional intelligence(r=-.112, p=.033). Positive correlations were turnover intentions and career plateau(r=.352, p<.001). Factors affecting on turnover intention were career plateau and nursing work environment. The career plateau and nursing work environment explained 21.1% of turnover intention. These results can be used as a basis for reduce the turnover intention.

Effects of Emotional Labor and Positive Psychological Capital on Burnout among Nurses at a General Hospital (일개 종합병원 간호사의 감정노동, 긍정심리역량이 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional Labor and positive psychological capital on burnout in general hospital nurses. Participants were 157 nurses working at F General Hospital in C City, Gyeongsangnam Province and data were collected from February 8 to 22, 2019. Data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 23.0. Burnout was positively correlated with emotional labor (r=.531, p<.001), whereas a negative correlation was observed with positive psychological capital (r=-.391, p<.001). Factors influencing burnout included emotional labor (β=.47, p<.001), positive psychological capital (β=-.28, p<.001), with 34.9% explanatory power (F=42.78, p<.001). This result may be useful in developing new strategies for reducing burnout. Further research is needed to identify other factors affecting the burnout of general hospital nurses.

  • Because of the recent enlargement of the faculties due to the more specialized and subdivided medical field and the need for more diverse services, the easy wayfinding is necessary on the diverse approach and usage in general hospitals. The users' pattern and the architectural correspondence affected by this is one of the most important elements of design.
