The Effect of Internet Addiction on Depression and Job Stress among IT Engineer (전산직 종사자의 인터넷 중독 정도가 우울감 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 전산직과 비전산직 종사자의 인터넷 중독 정도가 직무스트레스 및 우울감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자, 2009년 10월 25일부터 12월 9일까지 서울 및 대전에 소재한 2개의 공공기관 건물내 근무하고 종사자 500명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성, 직무스트레스, 우울감 정도, 일상적인 인터넷 이용, 인터넷 중독 자가진단을 조사하였다. 주요 결과는 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스 요인별 분류에서는 개인 관련요인이 낮은 연령과 미혼인 경우, 아파트 외 기타에서 거주하는 경우 높게 나타났고, 조직 외 요인의 직무스트레스에서는 전산직에 비해 비전산직이 통계적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 둘째, 인터넷 중독에 따른 직무스트레스에서는 직무 관련요인, 개인 관련요인, 조직 외 요인 모두 일반 사용자보다 잠재적 위험사용자가 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 셋째, 우울감 정도에 따른 직무스트레스에서는 우울감 정도가 정상인 경우에 비해 경미함 및 중증도의 경우가 직무 관련요인, 개인 관련요인, 조직 외 요인 모두 높은 직무스트레스를 나타냈다(p<0.05). 넷째, 직무스트레스와 우울감을 종속변수로 한 다중회귀분석 결과를 보면 직무스트레스는 결혼여부, 가족구성원 수, 인터넷 중독이 유의한 변수였고, 25.6%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 우울감은 결혼여부와 인터넷 중독이 유의한 변수였고, 26.4%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 전산직 및 비전산직의 인터넷 중독과 직무스트레스 및 우울감은 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 인터넷 중독이 심할수록 직무스트레스가 높았으며, 우울감 정도가 심할수록 역시 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study analyzes business performance factors for young startup, one of the solutions to the youth unemployment problem, and explored the effects of individual characteristics, capability, and environmental factors of young entrepreneurs on business performance. The study targets young traders operating in traditional markets and shopping streets nationwide. The 159 sample data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 for frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis. The Entrepreneur's individual characteristics such as challenge spirit, start-up capability, and market characteristics affect absorptive capacity and interorganizational network. And absorptive capacity and interorganizational network affect financial and non-financial business performance. As a result, it was found that young traders need to reinforce their individual characteristics, start-up capability, and interorganizational networks in order to improve business performance. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.

  • Author analyzed the relationship among job stressors, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of police officials. And the Author analyzed the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between job stressors, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. First, I found that job stressors associated with characteristics of the job or the organization affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job stressors significantly affecting job satisfaction were found to be perceived uncontrol and role ambiguity. Second, the job satisfaction's impact on organizational commitment in the impact relationship was significantly very large. Third, despite the role overload, the group with a high social support had a high job satisfaction. In addition, if there is high level of social support, job satisfaction could significantly increase organizational commitment.

  • The purpose of study is desirable and effective conflict management plan and professionally, to promote sustainable job skills beyond. Therefore, the public agency information security professionals to find the causes of conflict and the level of suffering, the relationship, says the help of a job withdrawal intention and job satisfaction relationship further. The results indicated that there are differences in the factors of job withdrawal intention, conflict levels, job satisfaction, according to socio-demographic characteristics. Awareness of conflict factor increases the higher level of conflict. Job satisfaction, negative impact on the job withdrawal intention. We expect to contribute to the field of information security training key personnel in the future as a result, leaving the job to conflict prevention and mitigation, and minimized by applying the improved policies and institutions.

  • 본 연구에서는 IT인력을 대상으로 개인특성과 조직특성이 경력만족 및 경력전망, 그리고 경력몰입에 미치는 영향과 경력만족 및 경력전망의 매개효과를 연구하였다. 개인특성에는 성장욕구강도, 자아존중감, 경력계획을, 조직특성에는 분배공정성, 성장기회제공, 경력관리를 선정하였으며 매개변수로는 경력만족 및 경력전망을 선정하였다. IT 인력의 경력몰입을 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 국내 IT관련 업체에 종사하고 있는 개발자 및 전산실 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 총 220부를 배포하여 195부를 회수하였으며 회수된 설문지를 토대로 요인분석과 회귀분석을 이용하여 가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력성공 변수인 경력만족과 경력전망은 경력몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인특성 중 자아존중감이 경력만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 조직특성 중 분배공정성 및 성장기회제공 등에 대한 지각 정도가 높을수록 경력전망에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력만족과 경력전망이 경력몰입에 미치는 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 부분적인 매개효과를 나타냈다.

인터넷 IS 이용자의 업무성과에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템의 활용에 대한 성과 측정의 어려움으로 인한 문제를 성과 측정을 위한 도구로 이용도(Usage), 사용자만족(User Satisfaction)과 그 외 정보시스템 성과측정과 관련된 이론 및 모델을 바탕으로 연구모델을 설정하여 , 이용자의 특성과 조직의 지원이 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템 이용도와 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 요인을 실증적으로 탐색해보고자했다. 결과로서는 이용자특성과 조직의 지원이 인터넷 정보시스템의 이용도와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주고, 이용도와 만족도는 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 현재 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템을 활용하고 있거나, 향후 도입하려는 조직에게 효과적이고 적극적인 활용에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

  • 상평형 계산 기법을 이용하여 Mn 계 스테인레스강의 합금 설계 방안을 제시하였단. 고온가공성, 내식성 및 인성 등 각각의 특성에 영향을 미치는 미세조직상의 요인 및 상호 연관성을 분석하였으며, 이러한 미세 상 조직과 Cr, Mn, W, N 등 합금 원소와의 상관 관계를 열역학 계산을 통해 예측함으로써 최적의 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 미세조직을 얻기 위한 최적 조성의 도출 방향을 제시하였다.

  • This study analyzed the effect of small maufacturing businesses' company culture on organizational performance. The study results showed that personal culture(one's organizational commitment) positively affected job satisfaction and improving creativity. Organizational culture(harmony of organization) and environmental culture(importance of environmental factors) didn't significantly affected organizational perfirmance. Also, organizational commitment was varied by employee's position, harmony of organization was varied by age, education and continuous service year, job satisfaction and creativity was varied by education. This study provided implications for analyzing the importance of personal organizational environmental factors and dicovering individual diffrences of the employees.

A Study on the Factor on Influencing the Job Resourcefulness of the Private Security Guards (민간경비원의 직무자원동원성 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is made for the purpose of analyzing the influencing factors evidently to the private security guards' job resourcefulness. Consequently this study will offer effective ways to develop the private security guards job resourcefulness. Throughout the previous study of job resourcefulness, we selected the influencing factors to the job resourcefulness, as follows : system of reward, staff development opportunity, participation in decision making, self-control and other-control for locus of control, need for achievement, self-esteem. To prove this subject, we distributed the questionnaire to the private security guards of Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi. So we used 248 answers sheets for the final analysis. As the result above study, system of reward, participation in decision making, self-control and other-control for locus of control, need for achievement, self-esteem influenced the job resourcefulness positively. Accordingly it is essential that various educational programs and objective evaluations are designed to improve the organizational and individual characteristics of private security guards. However the staff development opportunity don't have an influence on the job resourcefulness. On the basis of above study result, this study suggested some necessary ideas on managing and administrating the organization of private security effectively in the future.

Relationship among Job Characteristics, Jod Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Dental Technicians (치과기공소 근무자의 직무관련 요인과 직무만족 및 조직몰입과의 상관관계)

  • This study relates to the procedures and the attitude of dental technicians. In order to identify the attitude factors which have influence on the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment, self-administered questionnares were distributed by mail to 504 technicians randomlyselected from 482 dental laboratories registered in Korean Dental Lab. Association from February 6 to February 27, 1987. The following results were obtained: 1. Canonical correlation between the group of general variables and the group of job satisfactional variables was significant statistically as Rc=0.48. But canonical correlation between the group of general variables and the group of organizational commitment variables was insignificant statistically as Rc=0.37. 2. Canonical correlation between the group of job characteristic variables and the group of job satisfactional variables was highly significant statistically as Rc=0.69. Wage propriety, promotion opportunity and benefits propriety were highly influential factors among the job characteristic variables. 3. Canonical correlation between the group of job characteristic variables and the group of organizational commitment variables was highly significant statistically as Rc=0.61. Wage propriety, promotion opportunity of acquiring technique and duty importance were highly influential factors among the job characteristic variables. 4. The job characteristic variables which had influence on the job satisfaction varied statistically according to the general variables. in case of age, technical career, academic career and duty, the job characteristic variable was wage propriety and the business relations. 5. The job characteristic variables which had influence on the organizational commitment varied statistically according to the general variables. The case of male was applicable to wage propriety, the case of female was applicable to benefits propriety, the case of dental technicians who were less than 30 years old was applicable to wage propriety, the case of dental technicians who had more than 5 years technical career was applicable to monotonousness. 6. The most influential factor was wage propriety among job characteristic variables which influenced on the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of dental technicians.
