기업의 사회적 책임이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 직무만족의 매개효과와 조직몰입의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 최근 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 관심이 커져가고 있으며, 사회의 구성원으로서 사회적 책임 활동은 선택이 아닌 필수적인 요소가 되어 가고 있으며 이에 대한 연구들도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구들은 주로 사회적 책임활동과 기업의 이미지, 고객만족 및 재방문 등 기업의 성과와 관련한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직원들의 내부 고객인 직원들의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 그 관계에서 조직몰입이 어떤 역할을 하는지를 규명해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직원들의 직무만족을 증진하고, 증진된 직무만족이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 또한 사회적 책임활동과 직무만족, 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직몰입을 조절 변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

The Effect of Emotional Labor on Job Burnout and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Yoga Instructors (요가지도자의 감정노동이 직무소진과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to analyze the relationship among emotional labor, Job burnout, and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) of yoga instructors. Especially, we focused on the mediating effect of job burnout between emotional labor and OCB. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 221 were returned for final analysis. In order to verify the hypothesis, structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 23.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, surface acting had a positive effect on job burnout, but deep acting had no significant effect on job burnout. Second, job burnout had a negative effect on OCB. Third, Surface acting had no effect on OCB, but deep acting had a positive effect on OCB. Last, the relationship between surface acting and OCB was perfectly mediated by job burnout, however there was no mediating effect of job burnout between deep acting and OCB.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate mediatiing effects of perceived organization support and supervisor support that impact on dual commitment. Data were gathered from 188 employees who were working in Airlines. In the result of the hypothesis verification, First, perceived organization support and supervisor support have positive effects on dual commitment. Second, organiational identification turns out to have the mediating role in the relationship between perceived organization support and supervisor support and dual commitment. Finally, implication of results and future tasks were discussed with limitations.

  • The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of characteristics of public enterprise CEOs' leadership (transforming leadership and transactional leadership) on the leader trust and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. A survey was made on 1,124 persons being in the service of 14 marketable and quasimarketable public enterprises. The results of this study were as follows. First, it showed that the individualized consideration had an effect on the confidence level of leader. Second, it showed that the transforming and transactional leaderships had an effect on the organizational effectiveness, which the hypothesis was adopted. Third, it showed that calculable, intellectual and identical factors had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the organizational commitment of calculable variable was rejected in the confidence level. In general, the effect of transforming and transactional leaderships as public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics on the organizational effectiveness by mutual confidence level of calculable, intellectual and identical standards showed that the organizational commitment was rejected in the base of identification. And other factors were adopted as a positive mechanism, which they were a mechanism suitable to public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics.

  • This study looked into these companies and organizations that were working with the knowledge management system in order to verify how practically such introduction of the knowledge management system would affect the organizational performances. The purpose of this study is to present the strategic guidelines should to consider the introduction of the knowledge management system operated by the organization to analyze how factors affect the performance of the introduction of knowledge management systems are organized in empirical. According to the results, the sub-variables of the management factors such as learning organization, evaluation and reward system, organizational trust and knowledge-sharing activity had all the significant effects on the organizational performance, and of the sub-variables of the information technology factors, the information technology-based structure presented statistically significant results which confirmed that the structure itself also had an influence on the organizational performance. However, the study learned that both the information technology maturity and the system structural excellence had nothing to do with the organizational performance.

Effect of Family-Friendly Corporate culture on Organizational Commitment and Job Performance-Focus on ICT companies in Korea

  • This study is an empirical study to examine how the family-friendly corporate culture affects organizational commitment and job performance for ICT companies in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of family-friendly culture of ICT companies on the organizational commitment and job performance of their employees. To this end, the impacts of internal factors of family-friendly corporate culture on their organizational commitment and job performance of the employees of ICT companies in South Korean are empirically analyzed. And the findings of the empirical investigation are as follows: Family-friendly Organizational culture and Family-Friendly Welfare System have positive effects on the organizational commitment, and Organizational commitment, in return, has positive effects on the job performance. But the Family-friendly working environment is found to have NO significant effects on the Organizational commitment. These results confirm the characteristics of workers who prefer family-friendly welfare systems with economic rewards rather than formal family-friendly programs.

The Effect of Information Security Related Stress and Person-Organization Fit on Knowledge Sharing Behavior (정보보안 관련 스트레스와 개인조직 적합성이 정보보안 지식공유행동에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, organizations are demanding strict information security behavior from their employees. Strict information security policies and techniques can cause information security related stress. The purpose of this study is to present the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress that reduce knowledge sharing behavior and person-organization fit. The survey was conducted to people working in organizations with information security policies and system, and the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation modeling using 309 samples. As a result of the study, person-organization fit had a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but role stress had a negative effect. And, techno-stress negatively affected the person-organization fit. Additionally, role ambiguity had a moderating effect between person-organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior. The implications of the study were to confirm the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress, and to suggest directions for minimizing negative behavior of insiders.

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.

A Study on the Health and Organizational Effectiveness of Korea Coast Guard Substation organization: Focused on Recognition of Workers (해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성과 조직효과성에 관한 연구 - 근무자의 인식을 중심으로 -)

  • By analyzing the data collected through surveys conducted on coast guard officers, this paper measures the level of organizational health and explores indicators of organizational health that influence organizational effectiveness. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, the scores of all the organizational health indicators except job stress exceed average, which leads a conclusion that coast guard organizations' organizational health is in considerably good condition. Second, the indicators of organizational health included in the analyses are found to have both positive and negative effects on organizational effectiveness. While such variables as pay, co-worker relationship, job autonomy, job itself, organizational trust, job orientation influence positively, other variables including development-oriented culture, promotion system and supervision influence negatively on organizational effectiveness.

The Effects of Organizational Culture Types and Perceived Organizational Support on the Organizational Commitment of Firefighters (소방공무원의 조직문화 유형과 조직지원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to assist the improvement of organizational commitment and the preparation of an action plan regarding support from the organization by examining the effects of organizational culture types and perceived organizational support on firefighters' organizational commitment. To this end, 205 fire-fighting officers from the northern area of Gyeonggi-do were surveyed using the purposive sampling method. The results demonstrated that among organizational culture types, the perception of group culture, rational culture, and organizational support held by firefighters had a significant influence on their organizational commitment. Based on these results, this study suggested various support plans at the organizational level for stimulating group culture and rational culture among firefighters, and improving organizational commitment.
