  • 현재 침입탐지시스템(IDS:Intrusion Detection System)은 다양한 평가요소들 - 탐지율, 오탐율, 새로운 공격탐지능력, 안정성 등을 기준으로 평가되고 있고, 이러한 결과는 제품의 보호수준을 결정하거나 한 조직의 정보보호장치로 적합한지를 평가하는 벤치마킹테스트의 방법으로 활용된다. 그러나, 이러한 평가의 결과는 조직의 침입탐지시스템을 구축하고자 하는 네트워크 환경하에서 각각의 침입탐지시스템이 갖는 특성에 따라 상대적인 평가는 가능하나 해당 조직의 네트워크 인프라와 위협요소, 취약점을 고려했을 때 보다 최적의 것이 무엇인지를 평가하는 방법으로는 한계가 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 조직의 정보보호 위험분석에서 도출된 해당 네트워크 환경의 자산, 위협, 취약성의 결과인 위험과 위험수준을 IDS 평가에 반영하여 조직의 환경하에 보다 적합한 침입탐지시스템 선정이 가능한 평가방법을 제안한다.

Job Level Determination of Organizational Member Using Fuzzy Theory (퍼지이론을 이용한 조직구성원의 업무수준결정)

  • In this paper, we suggest the model how to evaluate the job level of the member of Nong-Hyup branch, using fuzzy subordination relation by estimating the relationship of criteria and eigenvector method. The criteria for the evaluation of job levels are divided into two groups, that is, the job group to do in Nong-Hyup and the Job demanding details group that is needed to do this job. The study method used adding weight on the job group and the present level, the itemized weight about job demanding details and the present level, the relationship the job group and the job demanding details. This paper shows that there is room for improvement in the present evaluation method, which regards the job level of each branch as equal, evaluates each branch and ranks. Therefore we will expect to utilize it a lot when the Nong-Hyup and the branchs and places of like this company are estimated.

The Effect of Organizational Memory Affordance and Person-Job, Person-Organization Fit on Organizational Performances : Mediating Absorption Capacity (조직 메모리 제공과 개인-직무, 개인-조직 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : 흡수역량을 매개로)

  • In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the level of data-efficient utilization greatly affects the performance of the enterprise. This study was to verify the effect on organizational performance and the absorption capacity as a mediate, depending on person-job fit and person-organization fit in organizational memory affordance. According to a survey of 317 employees of large, medium and small businesses, organizations that have sufficient organizational memory have had a positive impact on both person-job fit(PJF) and person-organization fit(POF), and also on absorption capacity. In addition, the organizational memory affordance had a positive effect on absorption capacity by mediating the POF. PJF and POF had a positive effect on management performance, but only POF when mediating absorption capacity showed a positive influence relationship. This study is meaningful by comprehensively empirical analysis of the organizational IT construction environment and the members' perception of organization and job as a leading factor in absorption capacity, and simultaneously demonstrating the impact on organizational performance.

  • This study analyze whether the organizational learning culture affects the firm's dynamic capacity and whether the dynamic capacity mediates the relationship between organizational learning culture and management performance. Respectively. First, "The more organizational structure is organic, the higher the integrated relocation capacity and learning capacity. Organizations with organic organizational structures were found to have the ability to successfully adapt to external changes because there is a practice that is not tied to formal processing or procedures. Second, it can be seen that there is a positive (+) influence on the relocation capacity among the dynamic competence of the learning culture of the corporate organization. Third, both sub-factors of dynamic competence have positive (+) influence on business performance. Also, there was no mediating effect of dynamic competence related to learning culture.

The Correlation between Conflict Level within the Organization and Job Satisfaction of the Dental Hygienist (치과위생사의 조직 내 갈등수준과 직무만족도간의 관련성)

  • This research was attempted in order to investigate the correlation of the conflict level and job satisfaction of the dental hygienists in the dental clinic agency. The subjects were 249 dental hygienists working with more than five dental hygienists at dental clinics in Daegu, eight dental clinics were randomly chosen, the researcher visited them personally and the data was obtained by self-administrated questionnaires from March 2 to March 31, 2011. In conclusion, the higher ages, monthly income and total career were, the higher levels of conflict were, and job satisfaction was significantly high when monthly income and total career were higher. Correlation between level of conflict and job satisfaction showed as level of conflict are lower, job satisfaction was significantly high. Regression analysis of the factors affecting job satisfaction, it was significantly high as monthly income was higher, friction of view and ignorance was lower. Therefore, the conflict level is reduced, the job satisfaction degree of the dental hygienist is enhanced, the dental hygienist duty efficiency is enhanced and dental service of the good quality is provided.

Comparison between Regular Workers and Contingent Workers of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Hotel Industry (호텔기업의 정규직과 비정규직 직원의 조직몰입과 직무만족의 차이 분석)

  • This study aimed at the employment types of the hotel employee into regular workers and contingent workers, and examine the difference between the two on their job involvements and satisfaction. The results are summarized as follows: First, the job involvement of the regular workers is significantly higher than of contingent workers in terms of organized issue in work place. Second, the job satisfaction is compared with two group, regular workers have positive effects on the education and training opportunities than contingent workers. Third, organizational commitment have a good influence on contingent workers than contingent workers according to the job satisfaction. Therefore, the executives in hotel industry make better employment environment with long-range policy and appropriate compensation on their abilities without any distinction of the employment types in hotel industry.

중소벤처기업의 CEO 변혁적 리더십과 내적 외적 혁신 행동이 사업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 유연적 조직문화의 조절 효과를 중심으로

  • 최근 중소기업연구원 연구자료에 의하면 우리나라 중소벤처기업의 혁신 수준은 OECD 최하위 수준이며, 네트워크 기반의 협력체계가 필요하다고 발표하였다. 또한, 최근의 혁신 행동 관련 연구를 살펴보면 내적 혁신 행동에 대한 연구는 많으나, 외부 네트워크 혁신 행동과 연동한 연구는 미진하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 CEO 변혁적 리더십이 조직 공정성을 기반으로 내적 외적 혁신 행동을 실행함에 있어서 유연적 조직 문화의 조절 효과가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 중소벤처기업 성과모형, CEO 변혁적 리더십, 내적 혁신 행동, 외적 혁신 행동, 조직 공정성, 유연적 조직문화, 사업성과에 대해서 알아보았다. Chrisman 등(1998)의 중소벤처기업 성과모형은 ①기업가(entrepreneur), ②산업구조(industry structure), ③사업전략(business strategy), ④자원(resources), ⑤조직구조(organization structure, processes and systems) 등 5가지를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 Chrisman 등(1998)의 벤처기업 성과모형 NVP = f(E, IS, BS, R, OS)을 적용하여 연구 모형을 설계하고 실증 검증하였다. 향후 중소벤처기업 성과모형으로서 직원들의 미래전망과 자부심 향상에 본 연구가 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 중소벤처기업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기업 혁신 행동 컨설팅 연구에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The Dynamics of Organizational Reputation and Performance (조직 평판의 역동적 특성이 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effects of the dynamics of the firm's reputation on performance. Particularly, we argued that not only the level of reputation but also the trend and volatility of reputation plays an important role in formulating the stakeholders' perception about the firm. From our empirical analysis of the U.S. venture capital firms between 1990 and 2010, we found that the level and trend of reputation are positively related to performance and that these relationships are weakened when the volatility of reputation increases. This paper discusses the theoretical contributions and practical implications of these findings.

The Effect of Service Orientation on the Organizational Effectiveness in Security (경호.경비업체 서비스 지향성이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • The meaning of this research work lies in providing useful basic resources which can be utilized in the strategic respect of internal marketing by investigating how security employees' quality in relation to service orientation impact on organizational effectiveness. Employees of security in Seoul Gyeonggi region were selected as the subjects of this survey and 234 participants were sampled by Convenience Sampling Method. Resulting data were processed by frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS V11.0 program. The results from these research methods and analyses revealed the followings: First, service leadership which was the sub-variable of the service orientation according to the demographic characteristics revealed significant differences in gender, age; and service encounter, in age, the level of education and monthly income; and the service system, in gender, age and monthly income; and human resources management, in gender, age, the level of education and monthly income. Second, job satisfaction which was the sub-variable of the organizational effectiveness according to the demographic characteristics revealed significant differences in age, the level of education and monthly income; and organizational commitment, in gender, age, the level of education and monthly income. Third, the results from regression analysis of service orientation and organizational effectiveness showed that service leadership, service system, service encounter, which were the sub-variables of service orientation, had significant impacts on job satisfaction, and that service system and human resources management impacted significantly on organizational commitment.

  • The purpose of this study was to find the conflict levels of the public librarians in Korea. To accomplish this, questionnaire study was done by selecting 311 librarians selected by cluster sampling method from the 11 public libraries in Seoul. The data of intrapersonal, intraorganizational and intrasocial conflicts of the public librarians were analyzed by SAS/pc routine.
