Paradoxically, leadership has not only positive effects but also negative effects. The purpose of this study is to examine supervisors' dysfunctional leadership behaviors, antecedents and results in order to draw HRD implications for protecting organizations and employees from dysfunctional leaders and provide implications for leadership development. A qualitative research method based on semi-organized interviews with 28 employees from S-group was used. The results of this study show that the dysfunctional leadership behaviors were associated with ten behavioral categories: belittling and insulting the subordinates, authoritative and arbitrary behaviors, self-aggrandizement, biased preference for certain personnel, arrogance, micro-managing, inability to change and adapt, discordance between words and actions, over-dependance on supervisor, lack of ethics and values. Dysfunctional leadership behaviors were casually attributed to 'personal traits & experience', 'task characteristics', and 'internal & external environments of the organization'. Finally, the results of supervisor's dysfunctional leadership behaviors on employees and the organizational effects were 'increased turnover rate', 'declining work efficiency', 'collapsing morale', 'retraining innovative thinking', 'passive working culture', 'discouraging organizational vitality', 'discouraging organizational synergy', 'losing loyalty' and 'declining trust on supervisor'.

The purpose of this study is to review the current state of the transformational leadership and LMX approach to the study of leadership. Leadership research has witnessed a shift from traditional transactional models to a new genre of theories of transformational and charismatic leadership and LMX. Transformational leadership theories offer the promise of extraordinary individual and organizational outcomes. Leaders motivate followers to perform beyond expected levels by activating higher order needs, fostering a climate of trust, and inducing them to transcend their self-interest for the organization's sake. Numerous investigations point of the robustness of the effects of such leadership on individual and organizational outcomes such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance. LMX theory suggests that leaders do not use the same style in dealing with all subordinates, but rather develop a different type of relationship or exchange with each subordinate. These relationships range from those that are based strictly on employment contracts to those that are characterized by mutual trust, respect, liking, and reciprocal influence. LMX has been positively related to job satisfaction, productivity, and career progress of managers and negatively related to turnover and employee grievances. In conclusions, effective leaders link achievement of organizational goals to follower fulfillment of self-development goals, with the former advancing the latter.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Job Embeddedness of members of small and medium-sized construction companies on turnover intention through organizational commitment, targeting employees of small and medium-sized construction companies located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. The significance sampling method was applied as the sampling method, and the number of cases used in the final analysis was 316, and the input data was processed using the SPSS 20.0 program for statistical analysis. As a result of analysis, First, it was found to have a significant negative(-) effect on the turnover intention in suitability and sacrifice as sub-factors of Job Embeddedness of small and medium-sized construction company members, and the correlation between linkage and turnover intention was not significant. Second, it was found to have a significant positive(+) effect on the organizational commitment in suitability, links and sacrifice as sub-factors of job embeddedness of small and medium-sized construction company members. Third, organizational commitment was found to have a significant negative(-) effect on turnover intention. Fourth, organizational commitment was found to completely mediate the relationship between job commitment and turnover intention. Therefore, it was found that the higher the Job embeddedness of the members of small and medium-sized construction companies, the more influential the turnover intention. This suggests that it can have a negative effect on turnover intention by improving the suitability of values pursued by individual members of the organization, work passion, and attachment to the organization.
Human resources are one of the most essential elements of an organization. In particular, the more closed a group is, the higher the value each member has. Previous studies have focused on personal attributes of individual, such as medical history, and have depended upon self-diagnosis to manage structures. However, this method has weak points, such as the timeconsuming process required, the potential for concealment, and non-disclosure of participants' mental states, as this method depends on self-diagnosis through extensive questionnaires or interviews, which is solved in an interactive way. It also suffers from another problem in that relations among people are difficult to express. In this paper, we propose a multi-faced diagnosis model based on social network analysis which overcomes former weaknesses. Our approach has the following steps : First, we reveal the states of those in a social network through 9 questions. Next, we diagnose the social network to find out specific individuals such as victims or leaders using the proposed algorithm. Experimental results demonstrated our model achieved 0.62 precision rate and identified specific people who are not revealed by the existing methods.
This research examines the effects of family-friendly organizational climate(FFOC) on innovative behavior. In addition, this study analyzed the moderated moderation effect of members' gender and resilience in the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. The results of this study, which empirically analyzed 1,026 employees of manufacturing companies in South Korea using SPSS regression analysis and PROCESS macro, are as follows. First, the FFOC showed a positive effect on innovative behavior. Second, gender had a moderating effect on the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. Specifically, men showed higher innovative behavior than women at the low FFOC level, but women showed higher innovative behavior than men at the high FFOC level. Finally, this research demonstrated the moderated moderation effect of gender and resilience in the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. ① When the FFOC was high, in the employee group with a low level of resilience, women's innovative behavior was higher than that of men. On the other hand, men's innovative behavior remained at a certain level regardless of FFOC. ② Also, in the employee group with a high level of resilience, the innovative behavior of men was higher than women regardless of FFOC. Based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications, research limitations, and future research directions were discussed.
