  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among self-leadership, job satisfaction and customer orientation of hotel workers. To achieve the objectives of this study, self-leadership is fixed as an independent variable, job satisfaction and customer orientation as dependent variables and organizational commitment as a moderate variable. The results are as follows. First, self-leadership has an effect on job satisfaction. Second, self-leadership has an effect on customer orientation. Third, job satisfaction has a significant effect on customer orientation. Fourth, organizational commitment acted as a moderator in explaining between self-leadership and customer orientation. Therefore, it is required to adapt self-leadership in the hotel industry to increase organizational efficacy such as job satisfaction, customer orientation and organizational commitment. Implications and suggestions for the future research was discussed.

The Effect of Strategy Orientation on Performance in General Hospital (종합병원의 전략 지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study is to find out how strategy orientation influences to performance in general hospitals, and to analyze the effect of the general hospital structure and its size to the relationship between independence variables and performance variable. To achieve the goal we set 3 sub-dimension, customer orientation, competition orientation and care skill orientation based on comprehensive consideration of related studies, and established 5 hypothesis. Survey data for statistic analysis have been collected from 176 members of 5 general hospitals in Korea from 1July to 13 October, 2013. We found that three dimensions of strategy orientation influence to performance significantly. We also found that moderating effect of general hospital structure and its size is partially supported. General hospital structure and its size moderates only the relationship between competition orientation and performance.

  • This study attempted to investigate the effects of self-leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention among beauty salon employees and analyze the moderating effects of job satisfaction. For this purpose, data were collected for 330 people working in beauty salons and analyzed using SPSS v. 21.0. According to multiple regression analysis, self-leadership revealed a statistically significant positive effect on the OCB and urnover intention Therefore, it was shown that self-leadership is a critical factor. To determine if self-leadership having an influence on the OCB and turnover intention is moderated by job satisfaction, variables were applied to the following models, and hierarchical regression was performed: self-leadershipto model I, job satisfaction to model II, self-leadership and job satisfaction to model III. The results found a statistically significant positive influence in all three models. Therefore, this shows that job satisfaction has a moderating effect on self-leadership, OCB and turnover intention. Self-development education as well as technical training should be strengthened to enhance self-leadership, which leads beauty salon employees' thoughts and behavior in the right direction.

여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 경력단절여성창업자 대상으로 회복탄력성 조절효과검증

  • 대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.

짧은 채널 효과를 감소시키기 위한 이온주입 변수의 조절

  • 짧은 채널($L<1\mum$) MOSFET의 전기적 변수, 특히 문턱전압(threshold voltage)을 최적화시키기 위하여 분석적 문턱전압 모델을 개발하였다. 채널 영역에서의 붕소profile은 계단 (step) profile로 근사시켜 표면전하층과 기판전하층으로 구성하였다. 최대공핍층내에 있는 두 전하층의 각각에 대하여 기하학적으로 근사시킨 전하분배(charge sharing)모델을 적용하고 이차원적 분석을 이용하여 짧은 채널 효과를 계산하였다. 본 모델을 실험치와 비교하고 이온주입 공정의 최적조건을 이끌어내는 데 필요한 변수에 대하여 논의하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 검증된 Bench급 석탄 가스화 공정에 대하여 개발된 동적모사 프로그램을 중잔유 가스화 공정 모델에 적용하여 가스화 성능에 크게 영향을 미치는 주요변수, 즉 시료 투입비, 산소 공급비, steam 공급비 및 압력조절밸브 열림궤도의 영향을 파악하고, 공정변수들의 동특성을 해석하였다. 가스화기의 부하변동에 따른 주요 공정 변수들의 변동경향 및 시상수에 대한 신뢰성 있는 모사결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 개발된 모델을 사용하여 중잔유 가스화 공정설계를 위한 기초 자료를 마련하였다.

  • Our study focuses on empirical findings of the critical factors which influence the performance of ERP system in business. The study is mainly interested in examining the influence of the characteristics of late process of adopting ERP called "Go-Live" phase with the critical issues like customizing, transformational process of standardization, phased implementation, concurrent operation and use with the current systems on users' ERP satisfaction. The analyses of the data conducted thru moderated regression analysis and subgroup analysis. Using moderated regression analysis, we first examined the effect of moderator variables like customizing, process standardization, sequential use, concurrent use with the current systems. And then, using subgroup analysis is to verify directions of the moderator effects. Having knowledge on the characteristics of ERP Go-Live process can lead to success of ERP system in business. Our results can be beneficial to those organizations who want to adopt and maintain ERP system effectively.

  • This paper proposes the possibility which the fuzzy theory can be used to improve the performance of the parabolic SAR(Stop-And-Reverse) indicator in the trading systems for stock market. The simulation results with data of the KOSPI 200 future show that the occurred number of trading signals and the false signals in the proposed fuzzy SAR indicator is less than that in the conventional SAR indicator. In the conventional SAR system, the incremental value of the acceleration factor is usually setted as 0.02 and the maximum value of the acceleration factor is usually limited as 0.2. But in the proposed fuzzy SAR system, the incremental value and the maximum value of the acceleration factor are automatically adjusted by using the fuzzy rules, which are designed based-on the difference between short-term moving average and medium-term moving average and also based-on the slope of short-term moving average.

  • The golden rule of CRM should be core customers. They show such passionate partnership with the company that they actively put forth their opinion to improve products and service through voluntary pro-company activities and participate in the development of new products through open innovation. Therefore, the top priority of a company should be given to defining its core customers and accurately understanding and managing them, which would contribute to the growth of the company. It has become more important nowadays how to manage a long-term customer relationship, for it can assure the company of increased income in spite of steep competition with rival companies. Therefore strong customer relationship is an important means of proving the company with competitive edge and maximizing company income.

  • From the past to the present, justice has attracted many people's attention. Most of the previous studies carried out in relation to justice are studies of the resulting variables, and there is a great advantage that they let us know about the importance of justice. However, the findings are focused only on the behavior of the members of the organization according to the status of justice already perceived. Therefore, studies on the antecedent of justice are also necessary to understand justice accurately. This study identifies the factors that can directly affect justice and the contextual factors that could moderate their relationship. In particular, using the '2017 Public Employee Perception Survey' released by the Korea Institute of Public Administration, we examined how innovative behavior of public employees affects the perception of distributive justice and how the relative professionalism, which is the situation variable, moderates the relationship between variables. A regression analysis of 321 public employees showed that innovative behavior affects the perception of distributive justice, and that the positive relationship of innovation behavior to the perception of distributive justice is weakened when the level of individual perceived relative professionalism is high.
