  • 본 연구는 글로벌하고 분산된 환경하에서 다중 에이전트에 기반한 공급업자선정과 이를 통한 글로벌 제조를 위한 프레임웍을 구축하고자 하였다. 에이전트 시스템을 위해서는 KQML에 기반을 둔 메시지 전달 시스템에 근거하여 에이전트 통신 계층, 메시지 계층 및 내용서술계층으로 구분하였다. 또한 분산된 객체간에 클라이언트간의 통신을 위해서는 고정된 인터넷 프로토콜의 주소를 없어도 통신이 가능하도록 OLE automation 서버와 ORB 를 이용하여 시스템을 구축하였다. 시스템 구현을 위해서는 스포츠용 신발을 주로 수출하는 중소기업의 업무를 대상으로 하여 정해진 생산계획에 대하여 관련 부품을 생산 납품할 수 있는 외부 공급자를 선정하는 업무에 대하여 프로토 타입을 만들어서 시험하였다. 네트웍 시설이 열악한 동남아 등지에 협력업체를 많이 보유하고 있는 한국의 섬유분야나 신발산업 같은 분야에 있어서 본 시스템의 활용 가능성이 기대된다.

  • This paper implements a web - based production monitoring system that can be used efficiently by small - scale manufacturers. Small-scale enterprises, especially small-sized enterprises with less than 5 employees, need an efficient production management system because productivity is important. However, in reality, the manager and the worker verbally report work orders and production, and when one of the members is absent, the delay in the work process increases. If the time required for the work process increases, the productivity will be affected and the sales of the enterprise will be affected. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a web - based production monitoring system that can be used efficiently by small - sized manufacturers with less than 5 employees. We implemented a web based browser to operate with only a browser and applied the UI for convenience of the field worker. The proposed system is applied to less than 5 automobile parts manufacturers and the system effectiveness is confirmed. The system can be economically applied to more small enterprises with only a few modifications according to the products of each company.

An Empirical Analysis on the Employment Effect of Korean Exporting using the DPD model (동태패널모형을 활용한 수출의 고용효과 분석)

  • This paper empirically examines effects of exporting on employment over the period 2000-2007 for Korean listed and non-listed manufacturing firms. The paper employs the dynamic panel model of labor demand and controls for simultaneity of the exports and real wages using a two step random effect Tobit-DPD (Dynamic Panel Data) procedure. Our empirical results suggest that surprisingly, there is no robust evidence for employment effects of exporting of Korea's large firms and small-medium sized firms during the sample period after Korean financial crisis. This implies that Korean exporting patterns have been changed in a way that exporting highly capital intensive goods leads to importing more intermediate goods and thus to countervailing the employment effects of exporting. This suggests that expansion of exporting by lowering exporting prices through the bilateral FTA might not be helpful to enhancing employment in Korea.

  • 최근의 CALS 시스템 구축 가속화 및 전자상거래 활성화 분위기는 정보기술의 전략적 활용의 초점을 개별기업 위주에서 기업간 협력체제 구축과 이를 바탕으로 하는 기업간 전자적 결합(Electronic Integration)으로 옮기고 있다. 우리는 정보기술의 공유를 기반으로 새로운 기업간의 관계를 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 관계를 전략적으로 활용함으로써 기존 사업에서의 경쟁우위 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사업기회를 창출할 수 있다. 관련기업간의 데이터 표준화를 통한 정보의 공유는 CALS 시스템 구축의 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있는데, 정보공유의 범위는 산업별 특성과 제품별 특성에 따라 달라질 수밖에 없으며, 관련기업간의 교섭력(Bargaining Power)에 의해서도 영향을 받게된다. CALS 환경에서는 개별기업의 정보전략에 따라 수직적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도와 수평적 협력관계에 있는 기업들간의 정보공유 정도가 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 정보공유의 범위를 설정하는 데에는 기업간에 이루어지는 업무의 성격, 공급-제조-유통으로 연결되는 관련기업간의 구조 등도 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 CALS 시스템 구축과정에서 우리가 고려할 수 있는 정보공유의 범위를 관련업무공유, 시스템공유, 부품 설비공유, 시설공유 등의 관점에서 분석하여 봄으로써, 각 산업별로 진행되고 있는 시범사업들의 시스템 영역의 범위를 재조명해보고자 한다. 이 연구에서 집중적으로 다루게 될 정보공유의 범위에 대한 내용은 CALS 시스템을 개발하려는 기업들의 응용서비스 개발 및 정보전략 구축에 중요한 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.진" 사업에 대한 표준 설정을 위하여 노스캐롤라이나주 지방보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 표준체제를 예로 들었다. 다음으로, 경제적인 효율면에서 볼 때 "보건교육/건강증진" 사업에는 단기 혹은 장기 투자가치가 있는가 하는 것이다. 새로 태어나는 미국 지방 보건소의 "보건교육/건강증진" 활동은 지역 시민 및 그 단체가 광범위하고도 자연 다발적으로 참여할 때만 성공할 수 있다고 결론 지울 수 있다.한 분야별 전문가시스템 개발을 지양하고 MCRDR이론을 기반으로 한 범용성 있는 전문가시스템 개발 툴의 개발에 관한 연구를 소개한다. 후 새로운 지식을 얻는 반복적인 Explanation-based Data Mining Architecture를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 의의로는 데이타 마이닝을 통한 귀납적 지식생성에 있어 귀납적 오류의 발생을 고메인 지식을 통해 설명가능 함을 보임으로 검증하고 아울러 이러한 설명을 통해 연역적으로 새로운 가설지식을 생성시켜 이를 가설검증방식으로 검증함으로써 귀납적 접근과 연역적 접근의 통합 데이타 마이닝 접근을 제시하였다는데 있다.gical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projec

  • The purpose of this study is to present an alternative improving the efficient and reasonable of the physical distribution system management is influenced by many factors. Therefore, the study depends on the documentary method and survey method to achieve the purpose of this study. The major components of a physical distribution system are refers to as elements, include warehouse·storage system, transportation system, inventory system, physical distribution information system. The factors used in this study are ① factor of product(quality·A/S·added value of product·adaption of product·technical competitive power to other enterprises), ② factor of market(market channel·kinds of customer·physical distribution share), ③ factor of warehouse·storage(warehouse design·size·direction·storage ability·warehouse quality), ④ factor of transportation(promptness·reliability·responsibility·kinds of transportation·cooperation united transportation system·national transportation network), ⑤ factor of packaging (packaging design·material·educating program·pollution degree measure program), ⑥ factor of inventory(ordinary inventory criterion·consistence for inventories record), ⑦ factor of unloaded(unloaded machine·having machine ratio), ⑧ factor of information system (physical distribution quantity analysis·usable computer part), ⑨ factor of physical distribution cost(sales ratio to product) ⑩ factor of physical distribution system(physical distribution center etc).   • COVID-19 is hitting the world. In order to bring about new ways of innovation in the space sector, we need to analyze changes in the space sector and design new challenge strategies. COVID-19 exposes inherent vulnerabilities in the space sector. In particular, COVID-19 is causing supply chain shocks in the space industry, resulting in delays in the supply of systems, subsystems and parts due to a complete or partial interruption of a manufacturing unit. As the overall impact of New Normal on the industry is overall, we continue to look at it in the space sector. COVID is causing supply chain shock in the space industry. It causes a delay in the supply of systems, subsystems and parts due to a complete or partial interruption of a manufacturing unit. In the supply of launch services, the launch schedule is being delayed, but the main launch is still taking place. Demand for major applications such as environmental monitoring is soaring in the earth observation utilization sector. Analyzing the impact on manufacturing, the vendor-based contraction is bringing delays in the supply of systems, subsystems and components, and launch service providers are trying to minimize delays in the launch schedule.

  • In the rapidly growing new and renewable ESS parts and materials market, there is a limit for domestic SMEs to cope with the rapidly changing global new and renewable ESS market. There is a growing need to build a new and renewable ESS convergence commercialization support center. Therefore, through the establishment of a new and renewable ESS convergence professional evaluation center base, performance evaluation and standardization of new and renewable ESS products enhance product reliability. And By securing the reliability of new and renewable ESS, it is possible to promote domestic supply business and export activation. In addition, by supporting domestic research institutes and manufacturers to enhance their development capabilities and strengthen their competitiveness, and shortening the test cost and testing period according to the total-test evaluation system, it is possible anti-spill effect can be expected. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to study the establishment of a test certification center beyond the level of developed countries that can establish standardization for performance evaluation and demonstration.

  • A fabrication process for SiC whisker preform reinforced AC4A Al composites is being developed. The Al alloy used as the matrix in this study is AC4A. SiC whisker preform made by Tokai Carbon Co. Ltd. Shizuoka, Japan were used. These consisted of $\beta$-type single crystals 0.1 ~ 10${\mu}$m in diameter and 20~10${\mu}$m in length. The most adequate fabrication condition was that whisker preform was preheated up to 750~80$0^{\circ}C$, set into a mould preheated to ~40$0^{\circ}C$, molten Al alloy heated to ~80$0^{\circ}C$ and applied pressure 75MPa. And Si$C_w$reinforced AC4A composite was advanced above twice than AC4AI/M. Also it was not large effect by pressure at Si$C_w$ 20v/o.

  • In this work, we have discussed new engineering systems for preparing carbon master batch composed by carbon black and various organic compounds. In general, polymer resin, which applied for automobile tire, household items, and various industry items, is used with the fillers including carbon black and silica to control the color or properties. Domestic part and material industry has been remarkably developed in that the development of materials including the compounding of raw materials. Meanwhile, the engineering technique for mass production has not reached to a requirement of industry due to slow technique development and high dependence on foreign. Thus, we will focus on the introduction of new engineering technique developed by domestic company for preparing carbon master batch.

  • Today, domestic and foreign manufacturing industries have to cope with obsolescence of manufacturing equipment because the shifting market trends drive the rapid changes in the production process resulting in stressful operation. Quality control process for manufacturing and production involves a familiar step - when the production process is completed, every item is subjected to various routine tests to determine that it meets the minimum quality standards. Typically, when a faulty product is found, the production line has to be stopped and the current batch is marked for further inspected and exhaustive testing. In this research, we propose a quality monitoring system for productivity enhancement. Our approach aims to reduces the operational down time in the production line of a car-component factory. The proposed monitoring system for productivity enhancement is designed to collect the data through testing at each phase of the assembly line and uses predictive methods on the collected data to achieve early detection of faults in the production process and minimize the number of products in a faulty batch thus minimizing the losses incurred from defective products. More importantly, this system aims to forecast and proactively detect faults and activate warnings when they are detected thus minimizing items in the defective batch, reducing the damage to manufacturing equipment and ultimately reducing the operational downtime or the delay in the resumption of normal factory operation.
