In this paper, we design a 32-bit eFuse OTP memory for PMICs using MagnaChip's $0.18{\mu}m$ process. We solve a problem of an electrical shortage between an eFuse link and the VSS of a p-substrate in programming by placing an n-well under the eFuse link. Also, we propose a WL driver circuit which activates the RWL (read word-line) or WWL (write word-line) of a dual-port eFuse OTP memory cell selectively when a decoded WERP (WL enable for read or program) signal is inputted to the eFuse OTP memory directly. Furthermore, we reduce the layout area of the control circuit by removing a delay chain in the BL precharging circuit. We'can obtain an yield of 100% at a program voltage of 5.5V on 94 manufactured sample dies when measured with memory tester equipment.
A computer clock has limits in accuracy and precision affected by its inherent instability, the environment elements, the modification of users, and errors of the system. So the computer clock needs to be synchronized with a standard clock if the computer system requires the precise time processing. The purpose of synchronizing clocks is to provide a global time base throughout a distributed system. Once this time base exists, transactions among members of distributed system can be controlled based on time. This paper discusses the integrated approach to clock synchronization. An embedded system is considered for time synchronization based on the GPS(Global Positioning System) referenced time distribution model. The system uses GPS as standard reference time source and offers UTC(Universal Time Coordinated) through NTP(Network Time Protocol). A clock model is designed and adapted to keep stable time and to provide accurate standard time with precise resolution. Private MIB(Management Information Base) is defined for network management. Implementation results and performance analysis are also presented.

In this paper, we present an efficient hardware architecture for the H.263 video codec and its VLSI implementation. This architecture is based on the unified interface by which internal hardware engines and an internal RISC processor are connected one another. The unified interface enables the modular design of internal blocks, efficient hardware/software partitioning, and pipelined paralled operations. The developed VLSI supports the H.263 version 2 profile 3 @ level 10, and moreover, both the control protocol H.245 and the multiplexing protocol H.223. Therefore, it can be used for the complete ITU-T H.324 or 3GPP 3G 324M multimedia processor with the help of an external audio codec. Simultaneous encoding and decoding of QCIF format images at a rate greater than 15 frames per second is achieved at 40 MHz clock frequency.

In railway systems, the exchange of information between running trains and wayside equipment is a very important role in various applications such as position detection and train control. Track circuits have been used as the medium for information transmission between trains and wayside. However, track circuits must be installed continuously along the track on the ground, resulting in an inevitable increase in installation and maintenance costs. One of the most promising solutions to reduce these costs is to mix continuous information transmission (via wireless communication) and discontinuous information transmission (via transponder). In this study, we designed antennas of railway high-speed transponder readers and tags for wireless power transmission, which can be used to transmit information from ground to high-speed trains with a maximum speed of 400km/h. We also verified system performance through computational simulation and prototyping.

One-stage low noise amplifier (LNA) using 65 nm RF CMOS technology below 20 GHz is designed to find the optimal bias voltage and optimal width of input transistor so that the maximum figure of merit (FoM) has been achieved. If the frequency is higher than 13 GHz, the amplifier needs two-stage to achieve the higher gain. If the frequency is lower than 5 GHz, one additional capacitor between gate and source should be added to control the power under the limitation. This paper summarizes one-stage LNA overall performances below 20 GHz and this approach can also be applied to other CMOS technology of LNA designs.
In this paper, we analyze workflow management system in programming language aspects. Many workflow characteristics such as workflow relevant data, workflow control structures, and workflow application invocations are studied and compared with those of distributed parallel programs. Although there exist minor differences between them, we found that there exist surprisingly many analogies between them. Based on this observation, we suggest to view workflow management system as distributed parallel program development platform. This new view on workflow management system provides users consistent view on workflow and workflow management system and with this view workflow management system designer can cope with arbitrary requests from the users keeping design consistency. Moreover the analogy between workflow and program provides a basis to apply program analysis techniques to the analysis of workflow.

In this paper, a type and special feature of Multi-level inverter used in medium-voltage and high-capacity motor driver is introduced. Especially, a power quality and structural advantages of H-Bridge Multi-level inverter is described. It presented the specific structure of power circuit, design method, controller composition and PWM techniques of the cascaded H-Bridge Multi-level inverter which is developed. The feasibility of the developed product based on 3,300V lMVA 7-level H-bridge inverter was studied by experiments and we get conclusion that 1)generate of near-sinusoidal output voltage; 2)is low dv/dt at output voltage; 3)reduce the harmonic injection at input; Experiment demonstrate that it is very economical in productivity because of using the existing production technique and examination equipment, and has the reliability and a good maintenance due to the structure of Power Cell unit combination as well as low cost IGBT.

In this paper, we have tfesigned and ihlplemented ACE(Application sharing Collaboration Engine) which is pessible an application sharing to collaborate among peoples who are geographically dispersed. The application sharing is a technology whereby two or more users collaborate to share the output of single application running on one computer system to the other users, and to provide input to the applications. We defined ASO(Applicatio!1 Sharing Object) object and its behavior to share applications in real time and ACE processes a sharing using ASO object among the distributed systems. ASO is classified into activateASO, updateASO, inputASO, and controlASO. The each ASO's behavior involves both events which occur at specific moments such as keystrokes and mouse clicks and more persistent status which can be observed at any time such as the image on the screen. The implemented ACE can be applied to the data conferencing, distance education, and project collaboration for engineer in distributed environments.
A non-functional requirement is a property or quality that the proposed systems have to support the functional requirements. A non-functional requirement is reflected by quality attribute These non-functional requirements playa crucial role during system development, serving as selection criteria for choosing among decisions. It should be continuously considered through the software development process. In spite of the importance of the non-functional requirements, it received little attention because of ambiguousness and invisibility of non-functional requirements. Therefore non-functional model which is a process to analyze the non-functional requirement is proposed for improving the management efficiency of non-functional requirements. Also, this paper presents the trace among the UML diagrams to the conceptual model. According to the non-functional requirement development process, this paper achieved performance-based case study. After then, non-functional requirement should be traced using the UML diagrams.
Currently, the itemized box loading operation at the Agriculture Products Processing Center which distributes agricultural products for the region is carried out manually. The process of loading agricultural products requires great manpower and had been resolved through the part-time employment of the residents of farm villages. However, recently it has become quite difficult to secure manpower as the aging within the rural community has been intensified. Hence, the necessity for countermeasures such as facility automation or use of robots have become necessary. This study suggests an automatic robot system for the itemized loading of apple boxes at the Agriculture Products Processing Center. The suggested method is to design and develop equipment such as a conveyer, robot, and bar code reader. In addition, a sorting plan, operational control, generation of control information, and software module that could monitor the inside of the Agriculture Products Processing Center is needed. After test-operating and evaluating the developed system, the existing manual work would be replaced with the automated robot system in order to enhance work efficiency and resolve safety issues.
