This research investigates the manufacturing process and characteristics analysis of $BKNO_3$ (Boron Potassium Nitrate) as pyrotechnic are commonly found in the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries. A solid pyrotechnic mixture is composed of an oxidizing agent, fuel, and binder. Precipitation process was used to uniformly mix the raw material. Through the analysis of the material characteristics and thermal response is designed optimum ratio by NASA CEA program. It was compared by performing the evaluation of these size/shape/sensitivity/calorimetry characteristics.

The aim of this study was to develop assessment tools for analyzing society focusing on abilities, not an academic clique. The development of a type of occupational qualification, which is called a working and learning system, for Koreans, can be reliable and acceptable to a variety of society members. This study was conducted by searching for a dual system and examining a qualification system in developed countries. To achieve the goal of this study, the management status according to a type of qualification system was analyzed. In addition, a variety of related laws, related department, testing authority, testing institute, terms of applying for tests, way of testing, committee of testing, testing subjects, criterion for passing tests, a status of qualification test administrated in some developed countries, such as Germany, UK, the USA and Australia, were conducted. The occupational duty of the machine field and education contents are examined by analyzing the occupational duty. In addition, the criterion to solve problems and a way of marking in the field of machines were indicated and an example of written and practical tests is presented. This study makes a blueprint for a qualification system of working and learning at the same time in a national dimension.

Recently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan has reported on a plan for the "effective use of radio waves" to be promoted in the 2020s. This includes promotion of the effective use of public frequencies, reviews of frequency allocation and transition systems, and spectrum usage fee system. Based on the proposals in this study, concrete systems for revising related laws, such as the Radio Law, will be designed and implemented. In addition, the government will jointly conduct research and development as well as verification tests in cooperation with industry, academia, and government. A plan to improve the system for the effective use of radio waves will then be devised. This study examines the policy directions of the frequency utilization system that Japan plans to use for radio waves in the 2020s. The policy directions are analyzed selectively while considering the radio waves utilization system in Korea, and implications for domestic applications are derived. Based on the research from this study, analyzing the radio policies of advanced countries, including those of England and the United States, and utilizing them to establish an effective use plan of radio waves in Korea are deemed necessary.

Nominalization is one of the grammatical metaphors, and it is the representation of verbal meaning through noun equivalent phrases. In mathematical word problems, texts using nominalization have both the advantage of clarifying the object to be noted in the mathematization stage, and the disadvantage of complicating sentence structure, making it difficult to understand the sentences and hindering the experience of the full steps in mathematical modelling. The purpose of this study is to analyze word problems in the textbooks from the perspective of nominalization, a linguistic element, and to derive implications in relation to students' difficulties during solving the word problems. To this end, the types of nominalization of 341 word problems from the content domain of 'Numbers and Operations' of elementary math textbooks according to the 2015 revised national curriculum were analyzed in four aspects: grade-band group, main class and unit assessment, specialized class, and mathematical expression required word problems. Based on the analysis results, didactical implications related to the linguistic expression of the mathematical word problems were derived.

This study examined the influences of participation in the free semester on school life satisfaction and interest in classes and whether the effect persisted longitudinally. The participants were students from middle schools located in large cities: 451 students in the experimental group and 466 students in the control group. Only the students of the experimental group participated in the free semester. The data were collected at the end of the free semester for three years, and the results are as follows. First, the school life satisfaction of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group until the second year but not in the third year. Second, there was no difference in interest in the main subject classes between the experimental and control groups until the third year. Third, students' interest in art and sports classes in the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group until the second year but not in the third year. These findings suggest that long-term planning and management of the institution rather than short-term introduction is required for the continuous effects of the free semester.

This study aims to examine whether committee preference and negotiation group affiliation have an effect on proposals and passages of legislators' bills. Previous studies points out predominances and reflections of partisan interests, but analytic result shows legislators' preferences work on introductions and passages of bills through committee and negotiation group as assembly institutions. The rates of proposals and passages were high in the committee that legislators would like to belong to. The same result was found in negotiation group affiliation. However, active activities of legislators works in only their committees, not in a general meeting. This result shows that committee and negotiation group are significant institutions of national assembly.

This study aims to investigate empirically the structural relationships among the components of data governance and their impacts on data integration and data-based administration. Through literature review, various definitions, typologies, and case studies of data governance were examined, with the definition of data governance from a public policy perspective developed and applied. The study then analyzed the data from a survey conducted by the Korea Institute of Public Administration on the use of public data policies and confirmed that organizational factors play a mediating role between institutional and technical factors, and that institutional and technical factors have statistically significant positive relationships with data fusion and data-driven administration. Based on these results, interest and investment in the improvement and development of the legal system in data governance from the institutional, technical, and organizational perspective, clarification of means and purposes of data technology, interest in data organizations and human resources, and practical operation can be achieved. Policy implications such as the development of an effective mechanism were presented.

This study examined the effects of the revised and newly established family care leave and vacation systems in 2019 on the work-family balance of female managers. A total of 1,040 female managers with experience in using the systems were selected as the analysis subjects from the 2020 Women Managers Panel data. Propensity score matching and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The propensity score matching results showed that the family care time of the users of the family care leave was significantly lower than that of non-users, and both the work-family conflict and home-work conflict levels were significantly higher for the users than the non-users. For the family care vacation, the family care time of its users was significantly higher in national and local government organizations than that if its non-users. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that the use of the family care leave had a significant positive impact on home-work conflict. These findings suggest that the current family care leave and vacation system have insufficient positive effects on work-family relationships.

The purpose of this study is to derive the need to improve the test and evaluation(T&E) performance system of the weapon systems to which advanced science and technology is applied, evaluate priorities, and present development plans. T&E of Al-based weapon systems through a literature research and case analysis on changes in the T&E environment for weapon system, 11 detailed evaluation items were derived from the in terms of the T&E system, structure, and technology. Al-based weapon system test evaluation should be performed in parallel with data-based performance evaluation and actual T&E, and performance measurement using a separate T&E data set is required for AI models performance evaluation. As a result of analyzing the importance of T&E through AHP analysis, the order of T&E system-technology-structure was evaluated, and the priority of detailed evaluation items was evaluated in the order of T&E result judgment-T&E organization and expert training-scientific T&E. For evaluation items with high priority, measures to improve the T&E performance system were presented.

이 연구에서는 내항여객선 운항관리제도의 국내외 사례를 살펴보고 운항관리제도에 대한 관계자의 인식도를 조사하였다. 조사결과 공동운항관리제도가 내항여객선의 안전관리업무에 유익정도는 높은 것으로 분석됐다. 이 중 운항관리비용에 대한 회사에서 부담과 운항관리자의 권한 부족에 대해서는 안전관리업무에 대한 저조한 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 내항여객선의 운항관리에 대한 운영방향에 대해서는 '현 체제(공동운항관리제도)로 운영한다' 가장 높았다. 이 연구는 최근 운항관리자 운영에 따른 운항관리 비용을 정부측에 국고지원을 요구하고 있는 시점에 관련연구가 진행되어 매우 시의적절하다고 할 수 있겠다.
