Increasing the burning rate of solid propellants (고체추진제의 연소속도 증진기술)

  • In this study, the current researches and the developing trend of the high burning rate solid propellants were briefly introduced and the effects of burning rate modifiers in the propellants on the combustion properties were reviewed. At the same time, bis(ethylenediamine)copper perchlorate(BECP) has been prepared as a burning rate modifier, and the burning characteristics were investigated in Butacene/AP propellants. The results showed that the metal complex, BECP, can increase remarkably the burning rate of high burning rate Butacene/AP propellants.

  • 최근 식물성 기름으로부터 생산된 바이오디젤의 보급이 활발해지면서, 그 원료의 안정적 확보에 대한 어려움과 원료가격 상승의 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위한 대안으로 다양한 종류의 기름이 검토되고 있으며, 그 중 하나가 축산 폐유지를 이용한 바이오디젤의 생산이다. 그러나 축산 폐유지로부터 생산된 바이오디젤은 저온유동성이 열악하여 개선이 필요하다. 축산 폐유지 바이오디젤의 저온필터막힘점은 $6{\sim}8^{\circ}C$로 국내 동절기 품질 기준 $0^{\circ}C$ 이하를 만족하지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 축산 폐유지로부터 생산된 바이오디젤의 열악한 저온특성을 개선하기 위해 저온필터막힘점 개선 첨가제 6종을 사용하여 각각의 첨가제 혼합에 의한 저온유동성 개선 효과를 분석하였다. 각각의 첨가제를 1,000 ~ 5,000ppm 범위에서 폐돈지 및 폐우지 바이오디젤에 첨가하였다. 그 결과, Wintron을 제외한 나머지 첨가제는 폐돈지 바이오디젤의 저온필터막힘점을 최저 $0^{\circ}C$까지 개선할 수 있었다. 하지만 폐우지 바이오디젤의 경우, 첨가제에 의한 저온유동성 개선의 효과는 매우 적었다.

  • The purpose of this research was to examine the whether to recognition of the long-term care insurance have affected on aged parent-supporting. The research method was used self-report questionnaire to 331 persons who was supported their parents. And I used the Frequency, simple linear regression as an analysis methods. The result demonstrated that Educational background, the emotional intimacy of the subjects, and the recognition degree of the long-term care service have significant influence on their physically parent supporting consciousness. The researchers suggest the need of family support system based on the result for decrease the parent-supporting burden in middle age generation.

  • Research of ADN-based monopropellant thruster is progressed by developed countries in Europe to replace toxic hydrazine, and ADN-based monopropellant thruster system is the only system that was proved in space environment. In this research, ADN-based propellant and catalyst was fabricated to develop ADN-based monopropellant thruster, and catalytic combustion performance with fabricated propellant and catalyst were evaluated with DSC-TG analysis. Catalytic combustion of propellant and catalyst was determined with firing test using 5 N scale liquid monopropellant thruster.

  • This study is a basic research on looking onto bringing performance warranty contract into the country, to consider the usage in architecture which it is usually used on road pavement in developed countries. The study will also apply performance warranty contracts on public private partnerships through examination and analysis of various matters which will lead to globalization of the korean architecture industry, the increase of quality of result, better convenience for the orderer, the decrease of cost, and the acceleration on research for technical development.

  • In this paper I summarize the compiling method of culture satellite account which has been recommended by international statistic organizations, and I suggest the required statistics which is need to compile Korean culture satellite account. Culture satellite account is recommended to be composed of five modules and each module has to has its specific function respectively. The first module is macro-information module, the second module is quantity/volume output module, the third module is characterization module, the fourth module is targeted analysis/analytical module, and the fifth module is documentation module. Each module is recommended to contain cultural demand and supply statistics of respective module from the first module to the fourth module.

  • Air-breathing Propulsion System is one of the promising propulsion systems because of low cost, easy storage, compactness and simplicity. A study of gas generator propellant for air-breathing propulsion system was performed in this paper. Amorphous Boron Powder was applied in propellant with various kinds of additives to determine combustion characteristics. And boron beads were made to apply them to the propellant. Combustion characteristics of propellant using amorphous boron powder and boron beads was compared.

  • The game rating system of Korea has many issues in terms of 'censorship' and 'ambiguity', and has been pointed out as a factor that hinders industrial development. Although the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other related organizations have made various efforts, it still seems to require more academic discussion. Therefore, in this study, the limitations of game rating system are reviewed, and the systems of foreign countries are analyzed to suggest the improvement direction.

  • Due to the formation of random three dimensional network structure, which cause a lot of scattering of phonons, the thermal conductivity is low when the liquid crystalline epoxy is cured with amine-based curing agent. This problem is solved by using a cationic initiator that can make mesogen groups to be stacked structure. In this experiment, the thermal stability is compared by investigating the activation energy of isothermal decomposition through TGA of an epoxy using an amine-based curing agent and a cationic initiator. As a result, the energy of the activation of the epoxy using a cationic initiator is high. Compared with the previous experiments, the thermal stability is similar to the thermal conductivity.

  • 방조제는 국토 확장, 수자원 확보 및 배수 개선에 사용되는 구조물로, 재난 발생 시 자산, 국가산업 및 환경에 큰 영향을 끼칠 위험이 있다. 따라서, 파도월류, 지진, 투수, 액상화와 같은 다양한 피해 원인에 대비하여 구조적 사용성과 안정성을 확보하기 위해 신중한 검토 및 분석이 수행된다. 그러나 변화하는 환경조건에서 방조제는 다양한 외력의 변동성과 불확실성에 노출되며, 설계 시 고려된 손상 요인이 개별적으로 발생하기보다는 여러 요인이 복합적으로 반응하고 그 영향이 전달되어 피해의 발생과 전파 과정이 복잡한 양상을 나타낸다. 따라서 방조제에 대한 사고 예방 및 안정적인 유지관리를 위해서는 발생 가능한 위험을 종합적으로 고려한 위험도 평가가 중요하게 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 방조제 손상 원인 중 큰 비중을 차지하는 제체 내부 침식 위험에 대하여 위험인자 간 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 확률통계학적 접근으로 Bayesian network 기법을 도입하였다. 위험인자에 대한 파괴 메커니즘을 조사하여 분류 후, 설계값과 측정자료를 기반으로 위험변수의 통계적 특성을 반영하기 위해 Monte Carlo 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 파괴 매커니즘의 위험도를 계산하였다. 위험도는 연간기대피해액으로 제공되었으며, 이는 방조제 손상으로 인한 피해에 대비하여 예방할 수 있는 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
