Parametric Modeling Method for 3D Assembly Design of Parts Composing Superstructure Module on Modular Steel Bridge (모듈러 강교량 상부모듈 구성파트의 3차원 조립설계를 위한 파라메트릭 모델링 방법)

  • A parametric modeling method, one of the core technology of BIM (Building Information Modeling), is proposed for efficient 3D assembly design among components of a superstructure module of modular steel bridge. Assembly system is classified into 3 levels as LoD (Level of Details) for 3D assembly design of the parts. Components forming 3D shape of the parts are identified and defined as parameters, variables depending on parameters, or constants independent of the parameters. Then, spatial assembly rules among the parts are defined according to the assembly system. Positional relations among the identified shape components are defined for mating spatial position and geometrical relations are defined for constraining degree of freedom on X, Y, and Z axis. Finally, a standardized template is designed by applying the rules to 3D based assembly design for the parts of the superstructure module. In addition, applicability of the parametric modeling method is demonstrated by testing the shape variation of the superstructure module according to changing the defined parameters.

Effects of Interactions and Affective Factors in On-line English Grammar Courses of High Education (온라인 대학영문법 강의에서 상호작용과 정의적 요인이 교육효과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how interactions and affective factors are influencing on-line English Grammar courses of higher education. This study addressed the following questions: (1) How are the interactions going in on-line English Grammar courses? (2) Are affective factors influencing effective learning in on-line English Grammar courses? The questionnaire was conducted on 170 college students who have taken on-line English course of K University. The data analysis of 300 college students' responses on their courses showed that e-learning has both positive and negative effects compared to face to face classroom instructions. Analysis showed that the percentage of students who have got negative opinions on e-learning was 17%, while that of students who have got positive opinions was 49.3%. The percentage of those in the middle was 33.3%. However, results demonstrated that immediate feedback and affective factors could be facilitated through Q&A bulletin and feedback program for completing on-line learning. Negative effects of on-line learning can be solved by a planned and well-supported on-line approach that includes a theory-based instructional model rather than the new method replaced by 'blended learning' that combines face-to-face classroom instruction with on-line learning.

  • IP 전화 기술의 발전과 서비스 보급이 확대됨에 따라서 통신사업자는 투자 및 운용 비용을 절감하고 기존수입의 보전은 물론 신규 수익을 창출하기 위한 방안으로 서비스 고도화가 가능한 차세대 네트워크를 구축하기 위한 계획을 수립하고 있다. 본 문서는 차세대 네트워크의 핵심 구성 요소인 소프트스위치, 미디어 게이트웨이, 응용 서버, 그리고 미디어 서버의 정의, 기능을 분석하여 그 역할을 정립한다. 즉, 차세대네트워크의 형상을 분석하여 구성 요소의 역할과 인터페이스를 명확히 정의하고자 한다. 특히 고도 서비스를 제공하기 위한 필수 요소인 응용 서버와 미디어 서버에 대하여 중점적으로 분석하고, 두 구성 요소의 상호작용을 정의한다. 차세대 네트워크 형상의 분석 결과는 통신 사업자가 성공적으로 고도 서비스를 제공하여 기존 수입을 보전하고 신규 수익을 창출할 수 있는 차세대 네트워크를 구축하기 위하여 필요한 전략 수립 자료로 활용될 것이다.

Establishing the Concept of ICT-Based Creative Talented Persons (ICT기반 창의인재상 정립에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposed the concept model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons as the type of persons that gifted education in the ICT area should cultivate for the 21st century. The model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons is made of three dimensions by 3 core competencies, 9 traits, and 27 characteristics. The field experts, that is, teachers on elementary and secondary school levels evaluate the validity of the model. Teachers expressed positive opinions about the validity of the multi-dimension model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons. We expect that this model can provide a useful guide to designing and operating ICT education and ICT gifted education for cultivating talented persons to contribute for the future society.

  • 배전계통의 전기품질을 평가하기 위한 중요한 요소는 여러 가지가 있으며 그 대표적인 요소로 신뢰도 지수를 들 수 있다. 신뢰도 지수란 정전이 수용가에 미치는 영향을 정전시간과 정전수용가수로 표현한 지표로 공급에 대한 비신뢰도율을 나타낸다. IEEE 위원회는 다양한 지역을 벤치마킹하여 신뢰도 지수를 정의하였다. SAIFI와 SAIDI 등과 같이 공통적으로 사용 중인 지수가 있으며 지역의 특성에 따라 다양한 지수가 사용되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 IEEE에 정의된 전기품질 신뢰도 지수의 현황을 분석하고 국내에서 사용 중인 신뢰도 지수와 상호 비교하였다.

  • 현대 산업에 있어 그 비중이 급속히 증가하고 있는 물류산업의 효율적인 업무 처리와 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 물류정보시스템 구축이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 함께 시간, 인력 및 비용이 많이 소요되던 종래의 거래서류 처리업무를 EDI 로 처리함으로써 가능해졌다고 볼 수 있다. 거의 30 여년간 기업간 온라인 상거래의 기본 수단으로 이용되어 온 EDI 의 동적인 변화 대응부족이나 고가의 네트워크 유지비용 등의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 유연한 변화수용 능력과 뛰어난 확장성을 가진 차세대 웹 문서인 XML을 이용한 XML/EDI가 등장하였다. XML/EDI는 XML, EDI, Agent, Template, Repository 의 5 가지 요소로 구성되어 있으며, 다른 요소들의 기본이 되는 Repository 는 거래에 필요한XML/EDI 태그들의 정의 및 의미를 저장하고 있으며 거래 당사자들이 검색하여 볼 수 있는 인터넷상의 공유 디렉토리를 말한다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI 물류정보시스템 구축을 위한 전 단계로서 현재 개념 적으로만 정립되어 있는 Global XML Repository 의 구성에 관한 연구이다. 특히 KEDIFACT 표준을 따르는 물류 EDI 를 바탕으로 Global XML Repository 내의 구성요소들을 정의하고 체계적으로 분류하는 것을 중점적으로 연구하였다.

Operational Definition of Components of Logical Thinking in Problem-solving Process on Informatics Subject (정보 교과의 문제해결과정에서 논리적 사고력 구성요소에 대한 조작적 정의)

  • Previous researches on the improvement of logical thinking in Informatics subject have used general logical thinking test and only limited improvement of logical thinking by programming learning result. In this study, the operational definition of the logical thinking in problem-solving process on Informatics education is different from the general logical thinking and the logical thinking of the other subjects. Firstly, we suggested the operational definition of components of logical thinking using the open questionnaire by expert and research team discussion. Also, we suggested the relationship between the operational definition and contents of the 'problem-solving methods and procedure' section in secondary Informatics subject. Finally, this study developed the evaluation contents based on the operational definition of components of logical thinking. The components of logical thinking which was required in problem-solving process on Informatics subject were ordering reasoning, propositional logic, controlling variables, combinatorial logic, proportional reasoning. We suggested the relationship between operational definition and problem-solving process and assessment of logical thinking in problem-solving process on Informatics subject. This paper will give meaningful insight to supply the guideline of the teaching strategy and evaluation methods for improving the logical thinking in Informatics education.

The Effects of a Performance Assessment Based on the Experimental Practice on Student's Science Achievement and Affective Domain in the Middle School Science (실험실습법에 의한 수행평가가 중학생의 과학성취도 및 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an application of the experimental practice which is one of the performance assessments on student's science achievement and affective domain in the middle school science For this study, two classes were chosen from a co-ed middle school in Gimhae, and assigned to the experimental and the control groups. Prior to the instructions, a science achievement test and a affective domain test were administered. After the instructions, post-tests which were similar to the pretests were also administered. The results showed that the performance assessment based on an experimental practice was more effective of enhancing students' science achievement. However, there was no significant difference in an affective domain test between the two groups. For the control group, there was a significant difference between the pretest and post test in affective domain. It means that there was a negative change in affective domain of the control group.

  • Archives Innovations have been generalized by the legislative system since 1999 in Korea. Although the legislative system is necessary to develop national archives system, it seems to be true in most situations or for most people. This study argued that it may not be completely true in all cases. And this study aimed discourse for more discussions about archives.

  • The creative productivity is regarded as an essential factor to perform the gifted education. While it is very important to cultivate and to expand a creative productivity through mathematically problem solving in gifted education, we have difficulties in actual education of the (mathematically) gifted, even are there few researches/studies which deal with teaching and guiding the creative problem solving in mathematically gifted education, it is hard to find a guideline that provides proper ways (or directions) of learning-instruction and evaluation of the mathematically gifted. Therefore in this study, the researcher would provide a learning-instruction model to expand a creative productivity. The learning-instruction model which makes the creative productivity expanded in mathematically gifted education is developed and named MG-CPS(Mathematically Gifted-Creative Problem Solving). Since it reflected characteristics of academic- mathematical creativity and higher thinking level of the mathematically gifted, this model is distinguished from general CPS. So this model is proper to provide a learning experience and instruction to the mathematically gifted.
