Factors Influencing Innovation Performance through Industry-Research Institute Cooperation of Researchers at Government-Funded Research Institutes in Daedeok Innopolis: An fsQCA Approach (대덕연구개발특구 정부출연연연구기관 연구자의 산연협력 혁신성과 결정요인 분석: 퍼지집합 질적 비교분석 접근)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of determinants of innovation performance on innovation performance in industry-research institute(IR) cooperation for researchers of government-funded research institutes in Daedeok Innopolis. We reviewed the existing literature on the determinants of innovation performance through cooperation, and established a conceptual framework to analyze the combinatorial effect of the determinants of innovation performance on innovation performance in IR cooperation. Data for empirical analysis were collected through a questionnaire survey targeting researchers at a government-funded research institute in Daedeok Innopolis. The fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used to analyze the combined effect of determinants of innovation performance. The fsQCA results show that the configuration of high motivation, high trust, high commitment and high satisfaction of researchers of government-funded research institutes improve innovation performance. On the other hand, it shows that the configuration of high motivation, high trust, low commitment and low satisfaction of the researcher improves innovation performance.

우리 나라 중소수출업체의 인터넷 활용상의 장애요인과 성과

  • 인터넷 및 전자상거래의 확산과 함께 국내에서도 인터넷을 이용한 수출을 지칭하는 이른바 “인터넷 무역”내지 “전자무역”의 시대가 열리고 있다. 그러나 아직도 우리 나라의 대다수 중소기업들의 경우에는 보안, 신뢰, 인터넷관련비용, 기술, 제도적 지원의 미흡, 하부구조의 미비 등 인터넷 활용에는 많은 장애요인이 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 중소기업들이 인터넷무역을 구현하는데 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들은 무엇이며, 또 이들이 인터넷 무역을 구현하기 위해 노력하는 과정에서의 장애요인에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지, 그리고 그에 따른 성과에는 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 규명하였다. 실증분석 결과 산업의 경쟁강도와 하부구조 등 외부환경특성과 최고경영자의 태도, 전자상거래 담당인력, 수출대상국 수 등의 기업특성이 실행범위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인터넷무역의 실행범위가 넓을수록, 장애요인에 대한 인지도가 낮을수록 성과가 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다 그러나 장애요인과 실행범위에는 유의한 관계가 발견되지 않았다. 이는 기업들의 입장에서는 보다 적극적으로 인터넷을 다양한 무역범위에 활용할 필요가 있으며, 정부는 실효성있는 정책적 지원을 동해 인터넷무역의 장애요인을 완화시켜 나갈필요가 있음을 의미한다.

How Do People Evaluate a Web Site's Credibility (이용자들의 웹 사이트 신뢰성 평가 방법에 관한 연구)

  • The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information - Just as much as they want sites that are easy to navigate. But the online reality today is that few Internet users say they can trust the web sites that have products for sale or the sites that offer advice about which products and services to buy. Users want the web sites they visit to provide clear information to allow them to judge the site's credibility. Users want to know who runs the site; how to reach those people; the site's privacy policy; and how the site deals with mistakes. In the eyes of users all sites ate not equal. Users have different credibility standards for different types of sites. For news and information sites users want advertising clearly labeled as advertising. And users want the site to provide a list of the editors responsible for the site's contents, including the editor's email address. For e-commerce sites, user expectations and demands are just about as high as they can be. They say that it is very important that these sites provide specific, accurate information about the site's policies and practices.

The Effects of Competence and Government Support Service of Micro and Small Business on Performance: Mediating Effects of Self Efficiency (소상공인의 역량과 정부지원 서비스가 성과에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Micro and small enterprises are businesses that absorb the most labor in Korea. The position of micro and small enterprises in the national economy has an important and strategic role because micro and small enterprises are quite dominant in the Korea economy. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of the CEO' business experience, competency(job competency, money competency, digital competency), government support service(government support satisfaction, education support) on the performance. For this study, data was collected from 220 CEO by using questionnaires. The statistics analysis SPSS 24.0 was used, it is a factor analysis, reliability test and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis verification. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the effect of the CEO competency on the performance, it was found that among the competency factors, money competency and digital competency had a significantly positive (+) effect on the performance. Second, as a result of examining the effect of government support service on the performance, government support satisfaction, education support had a positive (+) effect on the performance. Thirdly, in the relationship between CEO' business experience, competency, government support service and performance, the mediating effect of self efficiency was significant money competency→self efficiency→performance, digital competency→self efficiency→performance.

  • This research has its purpose to seek, among the CEOs of social enterprises, the influence of job stress on business performance, social support inbetween them, and adjusting role of government-supported policies. CEO of social enterprise, which is established to realize its social purposes, receives the job stress due to business ethics, profitability, identity crisis, management challenges and etc. We would like to set the foundation for the enterprises to constantly conduct social purposes within the local society by raising the business performances of social enterprises through seeking the measures to resolve such job stresses of the CEOs by expressing them. This research applied the ISR Job Stress Model theroy as its main ground of theoretical background. We would like to analyze the inter-significance by setting the job stress causes and job stress influences as independent variables, business achievements as a dependent variable, and social support, government-supported policies as moderating variables. For the methods of the research, we collected, using structuralized questionnaire, from 223 social enterprise CEOs located within Korea. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statristics 20.0 programme, and through general characteristic of sample, confidence testing, factorial analysis, correlation analysis and research hypothesis testing, drew the following results. First, job stress factor and influence were analyzed to have negative impacts on business performance. Second, social support was found to lower job stress factor and influence, and raise business performance. Third, government-supported policy was analyzed to lower job stress factor and influence, and raise business performance.

The Effect of Social Trust on Risk Perception : Focused on the Seoul Citizens' Perception (사회신뢰가 위험인식에 미치는 효과 : 서울시민의 인식을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of social trust on risk perception. In other words, I tried to analyze empirically how the generalized trust about other people they have based on subjective perception of Seoul citizens affects the perception of risk factors. First, the risk factors that Seoul citizens face in everyday life are classified into five categories: natural disaster, technical disaster risk, economic risk, social disintegration risk and health risk. Then, the influence of social trust on each of these risk perception was analyzed by multiple regression model. The results show that social trust has a statistically significant negative impact on all types of risk perception. These results imply that social trust makes low-risk assessments of various risk factors around people. The implication of this study is that the responsibility for risk is given to the central and local governments in the modern risk society. In order to prevent effective risk, it is necessary to make efforts to promote social trust through various activities together with efforts to prevent the spread of unfounded risk will be. And trust among people also promotes cooperation in coping with risks, so it is necessary to promote communication and mutual understanding that can build trust among people in their daily life.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the factors that hinder innovation of SMEs on innovation activities of Korean firms. Many existing literature studies remain focused on factors that promote innovation activities. However, in order for companies to promote innovation, it is important to analyze the factors that hinder innovation as well as those that promote innovation. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between technological innovation inhibition factors and technological innovation performance of 4,075 SMEs in Korea using the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Policy statistical data. The research model and hypothesis test of this study consist of three stages. First, the reliability of the variables used was verified using exploratory factor analysis. Second, the proposed hypothesis was modeled using structural equation modeling. Finally, validity of the structural equation was verified using confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, the lack of need for innovation influenced innovation performance and the government support system mediated them. SMEs should establish technological innovation strategies to maximize the effect of technological innovation with limited resources, and government should make polices to promote innovation of SMEs. It's expected to be used in the case of establishing a support policy.

Analysis of the Performance Determinants for Global R&D Cooperation of Korean Firms (우리나라 기업의 R&D 국제협력 성과 결정요인 분석)

  • In this study, we attempt to identify factors that influence the performances of Korean firms regarding global R&D cooperation, and to derive policy implications for performance improvement. The hypothetic influential factors include firms' general characteristics, purposes and types of cooperation, technology, partners and their countries, and government support. We categorize the performances of global R&D cooperation into technological, economic, and strategic performance, and analyze the effects of those factors on each of the performances as well as the overall performance. We use a standard tobit model for the overall performance, while using a multivariate tobit model for the other performances to reflect the possible correlations among them. The survey data was collected from 162 Korean firms that had previously conducted or were currently conducting global R&D cooperation.

They are the interface between consumers and the company, consumers may develop loyalty to brands. also, The late development of industrial marketing explains the near absence of research on Brand Equity in business to business. With recent change, industrial companies have shifted from a production focus to a customer focus. industrial brand is fast developing. The basic purpose of this study is to investigate industrial brand trust and loyalty affecting the Result of business relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers. Factors hypothesized to influence trust in a brand include a number of brand characteristics, company characteristics and consumer-brand characteristics. This research presented a comprehensive constructive model consisting of components of industrial brand trust and loyalty, and then propose the research model base on prior researches and studies about relationships among components of industrial brand loyalty. Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. For this study, Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 and AMOS 4.0. The results of this research analysis were as fallow. Industrial brand trust and loyalty were positively related with a number of industrial brand characteristics, supplier characteristics and buyer-brand characteristics. relationship commitment. 창업보육센터의 교육서비스품질이 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향

  • 1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
