인터넷 기술의 발달로 인해 온라인상에서도 사회연결망이 나타나고 있다. 블로그 월드는 대표적인 온라인 사회연결망이다. 블로그 월드의 구성원인 블로거는 정보를 생성할 수도 있고, 정보를 얻기 위하여 다른 블로거와 명시적 관계를 맺을 수도 있으며, 이러한 관계를 통해 온라인 사회연결망인 블로그연결망을 구성한다. 사회 연결망 이론에서는 사회 연결망에서 정보의 파급이 구성원간의 관계를 통하여 이루어진다고 한다. 그러나 블로그 연결망과 실제 블로그 월드에서 발생한 정보 파급 이력을 비교 관찰해 보면, 사회연결망 이론과 달리 관계가 존재하지 않는 구성원 사이에서 정보 파급이 일어난다. 또한, 정보의 파급이 폭발적으로 일어나는 현상도 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 두 현상이 서로 연관이 있음을 밝히고, 이러한 현상을 일으키는 원인을 규명하는 분석방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 분석방법은 다음과 같다. 우선, 관계가 존재하지 않는 구성원 간에 정보 파급 현상을 유발할 수 있는 후보원인들을 모두 도출한다. 다음으로, 폭발적인 정보 파급 현상을 보이는 정보의 집단을 데이터 마이닝의 클러스터링 기술을 이용하여 도출한다. 도출된 정보의 집단과 후보 원인간의 상관관계를 데이터 마이닝의 특성분석 방법을 이용하여 구한다. 블로그 월드는 구성원과 그 사이의 관계, 정보 파급 이력에 대한 데이터를 모두 저장하고 있다. 본 논문은 실제 블로그 월드의 데이터를 이용하여 블로그 월드에서 정보의 폭발적 파급을 유발하는 원인들을 규명하고 그 원인들이 가지는 특징을 설명하였다.

The independent cascade model has been widely used to analyze information diffusion in the blog world. In this paper, we propose a new method to construct a blog network for applying the independent cascade model to analyzing of information diffusion in a blog world. To construct a blog network, the proposed method establishes the edge between two users and calculates diffusion probabilities between them by analyzing the activities happened between two users. To calculate diffusion probabilities, the method exploits the ratio of the number of documents actually diffused to a specific user to that of documents written for the purpose of being diffused to other blogs. The experimental result using a real world blog data demonstrates that our method reflects actual information diffusion in a blog world better than existing ones.

Analyzing information diffusion in a blog world is a very useful research issue, which can be used for predicting information diffusion, abnormally detection, marketing, and revitalizing the blog world. Existing studies on information diffusion in blog networks establish explicit relationship between blogs, and analyze only the word-of-mouth effect through such explicit relationships. However, we observed that more than 85% of all information diffusion in a blog world occurs through non-explicit relationships. In this paper, we propose a new model that considers both explicit and non-explicit relationships between blogs in order to explain all information diffusion phenomena in a blog world. We verify the superiority of our proposed models through extensive experiments of information diffusions at a real blog net-work.

For business purposes, it is important to identify diffusion power users, a group of users who have big influence on other users in diffusing content. In this paper, we use the independent cascade model for determining diffusion power users, and to do so, we need a method for calculating the assimilation probability between users. This paper proposes the concepts of user delivery power and a way to quantifying the value of this. User delivery power is used to compute the assimilation probability with user content power. We analyze the proposed method by comparing its performance with those of existing methods through experiments using a real blog network data.

본 연구는 RAS 계수법과 동태적 산업연관 모형을 동시에 적용하여 u-City 구축의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다는 점에서 통상적인 산업연관분석과 차별성을 지닌다. 한국은행이 가장 최근 발표한 산업연관표는 2000년도 자료이다. 본 연구는 RAS 계수법으로 알려져 있는 예측기법을 이용하여 2000년 산업연관표를 2010년 표로 연장시켜 u-City 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석한다. 한편 산업연관분석에 통상적으로 사용되고 있는 모형은 정태적 분석모형인 기본 산업연관 모형이지만, 본 연구에서는 동태적 산업연관 모형을 적용하여 u-City 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 동태적으로 분석하였다. u-City 구축에 따른 총 생산파급효과는 약 3.3배로 추정되었으며, u-City 산업은 전방연쇄효과는 매우 높지만 후방연쇄효과는 그다지 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

This study compares the linkage effects and competitive advantage between ICT and automobile industry in Korea from 1996 to 2011 using input-output tables. The ICT industry is classified according to the International Standard Industry Classification. Results show that (1) the ICT industry exhibits linkage effects similar to those of automobile industry. (2) Both ICT and automobile manufacturing sectors exert significant effects on the demand and supply. Additionally, (3) ICT service and automobile sectors show linkage effects on demand and supply, respectively. The present results present the classification criteria of the ICT industry discussed to date and suggest economic effects and policy implications.

최근 구제역의 발생으로 인해 농 축산업계 및 관련 산업분야에 막대한 피해를 야기함에 따라, 구제역의 발병에 따른 다양한 사회적 파급효과의 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 뉴스를 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 방법들을 사용하여 구제역으로 인한 경제적, 환경적, 그리고 정책적 파급효과를 분석하는 공학적 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 먼저, 구제역 관련 온라인 뉴스를 수집한 후, 토픽 모델링의 대표적인 방법 중 하나인 LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)를 활용하여 뉴스 기사로부터 키워드들을 추출한다. 둘째, 추출된 키워드들로부터 구제역으로 인한 파급효과의 분석을 위해 동시출현 키워드 네트워크를 구성한다. 셋째, 키워드 네트워크 타임라인을 통해 각 파급효과들의 변화를 분석한다. 마지막으로, 사례분석을 통해 2010년 7월부터 2011년 12월까지 한국에서 발생한 구제역으로 인한 사회적 파급효과의 분석을 수행하였다.

기존의 대축척 지리정보 데이터베이스로 부터 새로운 소축적 지리정보 데이터베이스를 유도하는 방법 중의 하나는 일반화이다. 이는 대축적 공간데이터를 소축척에 적합하도록 변형시킨다. 즉, 일반화를 통해서 지리정보 데이터의 공간 및 비공간적 특성이 변형되고 그 결과 데이터 모델로 변하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 변형에 따른 파급효과를 제어할 수 있는 규칙들을 제시한다. 특히 여섯 가지 일반화 연산자들이 모델에 미치는 영향을 조사하여, 이를 바탕으로 모델 변형을 제어할 수 있는 규칙을 제시하였다.

최근 인터넷 기술의 발달로 인해서 온라인에서 다양한 사회연결망이 출현하였고, 이를 분석하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 온라인 사회연결망의 대표적인 예로 블로그 연결망을 들 수 있다. 블로그 연결망에서는 블로그 사용자들이 작성한 게시글들이 다양한 방식을 통하여 다른 사용자들에게 전파된다. 본 논문에서는 이를 게시글이 파급되었다고 부르고, 게시글을 파급한 사용자는 게시글을 소유하고 있는 사용자에게 동화되었다고 부른다. 블로그 내에는 다수의 사용자들에게 컨텐츠를 파급시키는 영향력 있는 사용자들이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 블로그 연결망에서 파급 파워 유저를 파악하기 위해서 독립 전파 모델을 이용한다. 독립 전파 모델의 수행을 위해서는 사용자들 간의 동화확률을 부여하는 것이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 컨텐츠 파워, 재생산 파워의 개념과 이를 계량화 하는 방법을 제안하고, 이 값들을 이용하여 사용자간의 동화확률을 부여하는 방안을 제안한다. 끝으로, 실제 블로그 연결망에서 제안하는 기법과 기존의 기법을 이용하여 파워 유저들을 파악하는 실험을 수행하고, 실험결과를 비교 및 분석한다.

With development of Information Security industry and recognizing value of information as an asset, demand for information protection is foreseen to be expanding gradually. The Information Security industry in this paper defines as an industry where relative products as well as consulting services are developed, produced, and distributed. This study reclassifies sub-sectors of the Information Security industry based on the definition of product and services defined above, and it uses the RAS technique to broaden a scope of an input-output table to include the Information Security industry with purpose of analyzing economic spill-over effects industry will encounter during 2013~2017. Results show that investment in the Information Security industry during 2013-2017 induces total economic outputs to KRW 3,206.9 billion and is expected to employ additional 27,406 workforce.
