Nowadays, manufacturing field are facing new challenges, through digital information and global integration, toward sophisticated production. This paper presents the system configuration and issues of current manufacturing execution system(MES), and describes major issues and solving elements to establish a MES system for cloud services. Also, it proposes business intelligence(BI) systems for building a manufacturing information system to have the optimized production flow and to respond appropriately to consumer market.

오늘날 비즈니스의 글로벌화, 사업장의 분산화는 필연적으로 영상회의의 활성화를 가져왔으나, 기 구축된 SD(Standard Definition)급 화질의 영상회의는 실감성 및 장시간 사용시 피로감 등에 따른 이용율 저조로 기대 만큼의 성화를 이루지 못하였다. 또한 기존 영상회의 시스템에서의 dec는 보조적 채널, 시스템 조작과 운영의 복잡성, 낮은 해상도로 인한 표정 및 눈짓 등의 요소 포착이 어려운 한계를 극복하지 못하였고, 기업들은 기업 내부 및 국내외 타기업들과의 협업을 위해 막대한 비용과 시간이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. KT는 기존 영상회의 문제 극복을 위해 서울<->대전 연구소간 전용선 연결, 비용 및 여러 site 확장을 위한 VPN으로의 전환 방안등 최상의 영상회의 구축을 위한 검토를 통해 Full HD실감 화질의 영상회의를 구축하였으며, 향후에는 Full HD 데이터 압축 기술 향상 및 데이터 전송 방안에 대한 더 많은 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 고에서는 KT에서 구축한 영상회의 사례를 중심으로 기본적인 기술과 구조, 국내외 시장의 현황 및 활용 방안에 대해 논하였다.

Recently, under recognition that ubiquitous computing is core paradigm to build up a state of new knowledge information and to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic information industry, governments, enterprises, and institutes in United States, Europe, and Japan devote all their energies to develop technologies concerned. In Korea, the government presents ubiquitous technologies as a main part of the next generation growth industry, and also other governmental agencies and enterprises concentrate their energies on early fruition of ubiquitous society. Accordingly, as a foundation research to apply ubiquitous environment which emerged as a next generation high-end telecommunication technology effectively to construction field, this paper will discuss about element technologies to realize changing aspects of construction process under ubiquitous environment and information services by stages.

최근 정보보호 기업과 개념의 급증으로 소비자들의 보안인식 및 보안기술이 정보시스템의 전반적인 분야로 활용이 확산되어 지고 있다. 그러나 비즈니스모델의 축출을 유도하는 일부의 기업 및 연구소에서는 PC게임에 국한하여 이를 무선통신과 초막형 클라이언트로 집중화 추세에 있다. 시스템의 발달로 휴대폰으로도 다양하고 개성화 된 게임을 즐기는 매니아가 급증하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Meta-security에 대한 정보 제공과 이에 따른 다각적 보안유지를 하기 위한 전략적인 기술을 바탕으로 게임의 효과의 관계에 대해 실증적으로 적용하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

선박무선통신장비는 선박이 항해하는데 필요한 안전정보, 선박교통 모니터링 및 관제, 입·출항 정보를 교환하기 위한 필수 장비이므로 선박항해사는 무선통신 내용을 항상 주의 깊게 청취해야 함. 본 연구에서는 선박의 실제 음성 교신데이터 500시간 데이터를 수집 및 학습하고, Wav2Vec 및 Whisper 모델을 활용하여 한글 및 영어(해사영어) 음성인식 모델을 개발하고 실용화를 수행하였다. 음성인식 모델의 성능은 CER(Character Error Rate) 기준 94.5%로 향후 선박 운항 관련 댜양한 분야에 적용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST), Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) have a similarity rules to grants programs by the President's order. Name is 'The Rules of the National R ＆ D Program Management'. But this rules established for the national institute, university and big enterprise., Then, This Rules difference for the Snail and Medium Enterprise(SME's). Some article is not allowed for the SME's. So, Suggestion for this question should improvement.

90년대 말부터 새로운 지식정보국가의 패러다임으로 세계 각국은 ‘모바일, 브로드밴드, 극소형 컴퓨터, IPv6’의 기술이 창출해내는 컴퓨팅의 실체를 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅으로 파악하고 각 국의 정부, 기업, 연구소들이 주도권을 잡기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 과거 30여년 동안 국내 기간 시설로 잘 구축된 유. 무선 통신환경은 유비쿼터스 정보통신이 바로 미래의 국가적 운영을 결정 짓는 초석이 될 것이다. 그러나, 유비쿼터스시대의 구현은 기술적인 발전으로 완성되는 것이 아닌 기초, 기반, 요소, 응용 서비스들이 효율적인 구축이 되어야 가능하다. 현째 까지는 IT 기술의 발전에 관한 연구들은 많이 진행되었지만, 시장의 수용과 관련된 사업적 상용화에 대한 연구들은 다소 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술 기반과 서비스 IT 기술 개발 분류와는 구별되는 마케팅 /고객 관점에서의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 재 분류를 시도하였다. 즉, 유비쿼터스 네크워킹 환경에서의 마케팅 환경변화의 단계를 설정하였고, 그에 대한 가상 시나리오 및 예측을 제안했다. 또한, 이렇게 분류한 유비쿼터스 환경이 소비자의 구매의사결정단계 (구매 전, 정보수집, 대안평가, 구매결정, 구매 후 행동)에 어떻게 영향을 미치고있는지에 대한 분석과 사례를 제시하였다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경이 구매의사결정단계에서 각 단계의 축소/압축의 형태에 대해서 집중 조명하였다. 이를 토대로 유비쿼터스 환경에서 기업의 마케팅 및 고객관리의 변화와 대응에 대해 제언하였다.

무궁화 2호 위성이 지난 2월 11일 예정대로 적도 상공 36,000km의 정지궤도에 성공적으로 안착하였다. 우리나라는 이제 명실상부한 자국적의 통신.방송위성 보유국으로 자리매김하게 된 것이다. 동시에 지금까지 외국 위성에 의존해온 국제 중계방송이나 국제통신을 우리 위성으로 대체할 수 있게 됨에 따라 통신자주국의 면모를 갖추게 되었다. 또한 미래 첨단산업으로 세계 각국이 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있는 우주산업 경쟁대열에 동참할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 됐다는 점도 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 따라서 "우리별"로부터 "무궁화", "아리랑"으로 이어지는 위성개발에 있어 각급 기관에서 성공적인 결실을 맺기 위하여 심혈을 기울이고 있으며, 위성시스템 및 서비스 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 지난 3권 3호에서 국내의 위성통신 및 우주산업에 참여하고 있는 민간 기업들의 사업영역과 활동상황을 소개하였다. 이번 호에는 지난 호에 이어 우리나라 위성사업에 있어서 끊임없는 노력을 경주하고 있는 데이콤, 한국전자통신연구소, 한국통신, 한국항공우주연구소등의 기관별 위성통신 및 우주산업 개발을 위한 추진 현황과 전망을 소개한다.

In recent years, major security data such as research data and confidential documents have been leaked to the outside due to the carelessness of the companies and research institutes performing IT related services such as information technology projects and research and development of financial institutions, companies and public institutions is. Leakage cases are caused by leakage of personal information due to lack of security management of information system maintenance companies, such as unauthorized leakage or storage of related materials in outsourcing service process. In this paper, we analyzed the types and management status of service business through the environmental survey of corporate informatization business and analyzed the problems in development and maintenance using external service companies. Furthermore, in this paper, we provide an information system service that focuses on the business activities based on the items considered, and at the same time, it provides the informatization service for companies that can prevent infiltration of viruses and hacking from the outside. This paper presents a methodology for enhancing security for the system construction.
