The purpose of this study is to analyze researchers' information use behaviors in the field of business administration in order to provide library services based on user information needs. The methods of this study targeted the members of K Society in the business administration field, and employed user survey using a web-based questionnaire. A total of 202 users answered the questionnaire. The questionnaire focused on items such as by age and status, general information use, electronic resources use, SNS and mobile services information use, library and information center use, and specialized business administration library use. The results of this study suggested improving several library services.

To promote the efficiency of university library information service, the analysis of information-seeking behavior of information service users must be pre-examined. Under such assumption, this study made a survey of the information-seeking behavior of university faculty and students of five National Universities and the Universities of Education. This research found out the difference of behavior among main users when they sought the information, which was supplied by university libraries, and gave suggestion and advice for the improvement of the university library information service.

본 논문에서는 동영상에서 색상 정보를 이용하여 실시간 얼굴 영역 트랙킹에 대해 기술한다. 동영상의 각 프레임에서 살색 영역과 비살색 영역을 분리하여 이 중 얼굴의 형태학적 정보를 이용하여 얼굴 영역만을 선택하였다. 색상 정보만을 이용하여 찾을 경우 생기는 오판된 얼굴 영역 후보는 연속되는 프레임에서의 트랙킹 정보를 이용하여 보정하였다.

본 논문에서는 공간 영역의 제약 정보를 이용한 적응 영상 복원 방식을 제안한다. 공간 영역의 제약 정보로는 국부 정보의 평균, 분산 및 최대 값을 이용하였다. 반복 기법을 이용하여 매 반복 해에서 얻어진 복원 영상으로부터 상기 제약 정보를 설정하게 되고, 위의 제약 정보는 임의의 입력 값에 의해 정의되는 매개 변수와 더불어 복원 영상의 국부 완화 정도를 결정하게 된다. 제안된 방식을 이용하여 복원 영상을 얻기 위해 비적응 복원 방식보다 빠른 수렴 속도를 갖게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 국부적으로 제어된 완화 정도를 지닌 복원 영상을 얻을 수 있었다.

정보이용능력은 정보화 사회를 살아가는데 있어서 필수적으로 갖추어야할 높은 수준의 일반지식이 되고 있으며, 대학과 대학도서관에서 학생 개개인이 정보이용능력을 가질 수 있도록 교육하는 것이 중요해 지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 대학에서 교양과목으로 실시되고 있는 정보이용능력교육의 실태를 조사하고, 그 교육 내용의 타당성을 표준 지침과의 비교를 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 연구를 위해 8개 대학의 정보이용능력교육 현황(강의 주체, 과목명, 강의 방식, 강의 장소, 평가)을 조사하고, 강의계획서를 중심으로 교육 내용을 ACRL 표준과 비교하여 보았다.

This study was designed to explore behaviors of readers of online papers. First, the factor analysis of the online paper motive statements yielded three interpretable factors : informativeness, convenience, economicalness. For online paper use habits, a similar factor analysis procedure resulted in three factors : active utilization, news seeking, information seeking. Informativeness motive and active utilization habit were strongly related, convenience motive and news seeking habit related. Online papers and newspapers were found to be in complementary relationship. Internet access and newspaper reading, active utilization and news seeking habits were significant predictors of online paper use. The result of this study showed online paper readers perceived interactive services online papers offered. and want to utilize those effectively. This study suggests that online papers need to develop various interactive services to attract readers.

얼굴 인식의 전처리 단계로써 얼굴의 특징 영역인 눈, 코, 입을 추출하는 방법들이 최근 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 얼굴 영상의 특징 영역을 추출 하는 방법에는 일반적으로 특징 점을 이용한 방법과 에지 정보를 이용한 방법이 있다. 특징 점을 이용한 방법은 높은 정확도를 보이는 반면 느린 수행시간을 보이는 문제점이 있으며, 에지 정보를 이용한 방법은 빠른 수행시간을 보이지만 정확도가 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 정확도와 수행시간을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 빠른 수행 시간을 위해 에지 정보와 에지의 방향성 정보를 이용하여 대략적으로 영역을 추출하여, 잡음에 의해 발생된 에지나 빛에 의해 추출되지 못한 에지에서 생긴 눈 추출의 오류는 추출된 영역의 가로, 세로 비율과 각 영역의 공간 정보를 이용하여 해결한다. 실험 결과에서 85%의 정확도와 평균 0.3초의 수행시간을 보였으며, 에지 정보를 이용한 방법의 문제점인 정확도와 특징 점을 이용한 방법의 문제점인 수행시간을 동시에 향상시킨 결과를 보였다.

For the improvement of information service, users' transaction log can be stored to the system, and the log analysis should be included in the process of service improvement. Also there are differences within kinds of users' log records and methods of analysis according to the institution's strategy. This paper describes the kinds of log records from users' behavior on information system. And its goal is to consider the case of information center which operates log analysis, and to derive a plan for improvement of information services.

This study is intended to investigate and analyze overall information use pattern of researchers and scholars in the field of science and social science, and compare the information use habits between two groups. 300 questionnaires were sent out to 7 major libraries or information centers in the field, and 217 questionnaires were returned. Five hypotheses were tested based on the assumption that there would exist some differences between two groups in their information use pattern. Some commonalities a d differences were revealed as the findings of the study.
