2020년 8월 5일 통합 개인정보보호법 [3]이 본격적으로 시행되면서 데이터의 보호와 활용을 동시에 만족할 수 있는 가명처리 개념이 도입되었다. 여러 개인정보처리자로 수집된 가명정보를 결합하기 위한 결합 관리기관이 지정되고 있다. 개인정보보호 국제표준은 관행이나 기술을 국제표준으로 개발하여 상호 연동이 가능한 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제품이나 서비스의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 활용할 수 있다. 개인정보보호 국제표준화를 주도적으로 추진하고 있는 대표적인 국제표준화 그룹은 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1/서브위원회 27/작업그룹 5 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)를 들 수 있다. 이 그룹의 의장님 독일 쾨테대학 Kai Rannenberg 교수가 맡고 있다. 여기서는 2020년 4월 전자회의 이후에는 개인정보보호 분야 3건의 국제표준을 채택하였다. 차기 회의는 2022년 9월 룩셈부르그에서 펜데믹 이후 최초로 대면과 비대면으로 개최될 예정이다. 본 고에서는 이 그룹에서 2020년 4월 이후 추진되고 있는 개인정보보호 관련 국제표준화 동향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 지난 4월 SC27 WG5 전자 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.

In order to verify that the ego-resiliency regulates the effect of nursing care workers job stress on the job satisfaction, this research ascertained the effect of job stress of the nursing care workers working at Seoul-type Day Care Center and confirmed the moderating effect of ego-resiliency on the process where nursing care workers job stress affects the job satisfaction. A survey of 256 employees at 28 Seoul-type Day Care Centers were conducted on job stress, job satisfaction, and ego-resiliency, and 138 nursing care workers were analyzed. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS PROCESS Macro, which was presented by SPSS 25.0 and Hayes. The results of the study are as follows. First, nursing care workers had higher job stress and lower job satisfaction compared to other job groups. Second, job stress identified the negative effect job satisfaction. Third, ego-resiliency confirmed positive moderating effect between job stress and job satisfaction.

암호 시스템에서 가장 중요한 정보는 키 정보이다. 키가 손상되거나 유실되면 모든정보가 유실되기 때문이다. 키 위탁 시스템이란 유사시의 상황에 대비해서 키를 특정한 위탁기관에 위탁함으로써 정보를 암호의 오용이나 키의 분실로부터 보호 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 키 위탁 시스템은 유사시에 확실하게 키를 복원할 수 있어야 하며, 동시에 복구 정보의 안전한 보관이 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 위탁 시스템으로 인해 사생활이 침해되지 않는 것 또한 중요하다. 이러한 요구사항들은 서로 상충되는 점이 있기 때문에 모든 요구사항을 만족시키는 키 위탁 시스템을 설계하기는 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 키 위탁 시스템 설계시에 고려해야 할 요소를 도출하고, 키 위탁 시스템 설계 및 분석을 위한 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 정의된 요구사항을 만족시키는 키 복구 시스템을 설계할 때 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 이미 제안된 키 복구 시스템을 분석하는 도구로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the eco-systemic factors that affect the care givers' job satisfaction, and to attain the real data that is useful for increasing the care givers' job satisfaction. The subjects were 195 care givers who involved in long-term care service center in D city. Collected date were analyzed through frequency, percentage, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. The results are as follow. The factors that affect the care givers' job satisfaction are the age of care givers, the levels of self-esteem, the respect from client, and the levels of support received from friend. The implication of our findings is that for the puporse or increasing the care givers' job satisfaction, the education programs for the care givers and client are necessary.

The turnover rate of information security professionals in Korea is over 10% and turnover into non-information security fields accounts for over 50% of all the turnovers [1]. It is not only important to recruit a new quality workforce, but also to make the current workforce perform satisfactorily, to improve their performance, and eventually to attain information security objectives. This study proposes a Markov chain model for the turnover process of information security professionals and forecasts the job duty composition of information security professionals. The results of this study can be applied to secure the justification of government policies for the promotion of information security professionals.

기존의 외장 하드디스크는 보안 기능의 부재로 인하여, 비인가자로부터 디스크가 탈취되는 경우에는 저장된 데이터가 유출되거나 훼손되는 문제점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여, 보안 기능을 제공하는 보안 외장 하드디스크가 등장하였지만, 보안 기능 중 패스워드나 지문 인증과 같은 사용자 인증을 우회하는 취약점이 지속적으로 발견됨으로써, 비인가자가 장치 내부에 안전하게 저장된 데이터에 접근하는 보안위협이 발생하였다. 이러한 보안위협은 국가사이버안보센터에서 공개한 보안 요구사항을 만족하지 못하거나, 만족하더라도 설계나 구현 과정에서 내포된 취약점으로 인하여 발생한다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 보안 외장 하드디스크에서 발생하는 취약점을 점검하기 위한 목적으로 보안 외장 하드디스크 익스플로잇 프레임워크를 설계하였다. 취약점을 점검하기 위한 전체 프레임워크를 설계하였고, 프레임워크에서 제공하는 각 기능 및 유즈케이스 다이어그램을 설계하였으며, 설계된 프레임워크를 활용한다면, 현재 상용화되었거나 추후 개발될 보안 외장 하드디스크를 대상으로 안전성을 평가할 것으로 판단된다. 그뿐만 아니라, 안전성 평가 결과를 기반으로, 보안 외장 하드디스크에 내재된 취약점을 보완함으로써 안전성을 더욱 향상시키고, 수동으로 분석하여야만 하는 보안 외장 하드디스크의 취약점 점검을 자동화함으로써, 안전성을 평가하는 시간과 비용 또한 절감할 것으로 사료된다.

As information threats to information systems diffuse, the information security becomes a major concern. Information security manpower who produce and implement information security products, and who are in charge of information security in organizations, has been important. Korean government has implemented various policies to promote the information security manpower. Those policies have been successful to supply enough number of information security manpower, but not successful to supply information security manpower to meet the various requirements of the manpower demand. In this study we adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to analyze the priorities of information security technology categories to meet the demand. Results of the study suggest that the government should concentrate on promotion of manpower for the field of the 'System and Network Security Technology'.

본 논문에서는 RSA 암호시스팀의 안전한 암호화, 복호화키의 생성에 관하여 연구하였다. 공개키 암호시스팀인 RSA 암호시스팀은 일반적으로 암호화, 복호화에 요구되는 계산시간과, 안전한 키 생성문제가 중요한 해결과제이다. 안전한 키는 소인수분해 공격에 강한 조건을 만족하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 (P$\pm$1) 소인수분해 공격에 강한 조건을 만족하면서, 키 생성시 필요한 $10^{75}$정도의 소수를 예비 소수판정과 소수판정 알고리듬을 사용하여 소수가 아닐 확률이 $10^{-8}$이하가 되도록 하였다. 그리고 생성된 키가 정확함을 입증하였다.

다수의 센서 노드들이 무선 네트워크로 구성된 센서 네트워크상에서 전송되는 정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위한 방법은 내부적으로 센서 노드의 보안 기능을 추가하는 것 뿐만 아니라 전체 네트워크를 보호하기 위한 계층적인 보안 요구사항을 만족하여야 한다. 이에 본 고에서는 센서 네트워크의 보안 요구사항을 분석하고, 관련 암호 알고리듬과 네트워크 프로토콜, 그리고 표준화 동향을 살펴본 후 센서 네트워크의 특성을 고려한 안전한 정보보호기술을 소개한다.
