This study investigates the contents of programming education in elementary information education textbooks in Busan and Zhejiang. Two textbooks identify the contents of elementary school information education textbooks on setting goals of programming education, selecting educational programming languages, and selecting and developing contents of programming education. Textbooks in the two regions are designed to select programming languages for elementary school levels and to select creative learning topics to help learners learn programming in the process of solving problems themselves. The textbooks identified in this study are designed so that learners can learn programming naturally in the process of solving problems.

웹(Web), 자바 등과 같은 컴퓨터와 정보기술의 발달은 교육에도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 통계교육 분야에서도 웹을 활용하는 통계학 교재에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 교재의 문제점을 보완하고, 학습자 혼자서 구현된 교재와의 상호작용을 통해 효과적인 학습을 진행할 수 있는 가상교육용 기초통계학 교재의 설계 방안을 제시한다.

학교 교재원은 생명과 환경 관련 교과 교육을 위한 가장 효과적인 학습 교재일 뿐 아니라 학생들의 성장 발달에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있는 곳이지만 학교 현장에서는 학교 교재원 관련 기준이 제정되어 있지 않으며 관리 장부도 허술하다. 또, 식물관리에 관한 기술이나 이론을 겸비한 전문가가 거의 없으며, 교재원 관련 고급 인력을 배치하기도 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 식물 및 교재원 관련 정보를 데이터베이스화하고 커뮤니티를 통해 정보를 교류하여 교재원 관리자가 관리를 좀 더 체계적으로 할 수 있게 돕고, 학생들이 좀 더 계획성있게 설계된 교재원을 접할 수 있도록 하는 교재원 관리시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 관리시스템으로 관리자는 좀 더 전문적이고 수월하게 교재원을 관리하고, 자라나는 학생들은 좀 더 다양한 과학적 자극을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

1997년부터 시작된 1단계 교육정보화 종합계획에서부터 1999년 '교육 발전 5개년 계획'에 이르기까지 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축에 힘써왔다. 이렇게 정보통신기술교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축이 완료되어 있다고 하는 시기에 중요하게 점검해보아야 하는 것이 바로 교육정보화의 내용, 즉 정보통신기술교육과정이다. 본 연구자는 국가표준의 학생ICT활용능력기준(ISSS)을 분석의 틀로 설정하여 현재 강원도에서 사용되어지고 있는 정보통신기술교육과정을 위한 인정도서의 내용이 ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 교육과정에 맞게 구성되어 있는지를 살펴본 후, ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 상세화된 교육과정을 충실히 운영해 나가기 위해 기본적으로 필요한 교재 및 교구 요소들을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단위 학교에서 이러한 교재 및 교구 기준 안이 필요한지와 구비되어 있는 수줄과 수요를 설문지를 통해 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 이후 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 교재 및 교구 기준을 마련하는 기초 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Computer and Information Literacy(CIL) is one of Key Competences in 21st century. Many countries, including Korea, have adopted related contents in their national curriculum for conducting software education. With this movement, many book-type instruction materials for software education have been developed in Korea. However, it is scarce to find researches that evaluate the instruction materials from the perspective of CIL. In this study, we selected 4 instruction materials which were distributed by government with 'SW centered society' web site as well as were developed to teach physical computing for elementary students. Also, we analyzed if they can foster students' CIL. First of all, the evaluation framework was developed based on 'The Manual for Authorized and Approved Textbook' and 'The 2018 ICILS(International Computer and Information Literacy Study) Assessment Framework'. Then, 12 school teachers who have professional insight of software education evaluated the 4 instruction materials with the framework. Averaging the score given by evaluators, we determined that which instruction materials were superior or not. Finally, we figured out the characteristics of superior and inferior instructional materials. Based on the results of this study, we suggested implications for developing instruction materials for physical computing education to build students' CIL.

Digital transformation is taking place rapidly around the world. As the development of digital technology becomes very fast, more information is expected to be digitized. Therefore, the possibility of cyber threats is increasing in transmitting and storing sensitive information such as personal and financial information online. In this paper, we compared and analyzed information security textbooks for elementary and secondary school students in China, where the recent development of artificial intelligence and digital transformation are rapidly occurring. After we collected related textbooks, textbooks suitable for analysis were selected. Then, we analyzed the external and internal systems of the textbooks separately. As a result of the external system analysis, all the textbook covers were properly produced, but the quality difference was significant among textbooks. In the case of textbooks for elementary school students, the excellence of layout and content placement was noticed. On the other hand, due to the internal system analysis, various contents were not included evenly when looking at the learning contents based on the "information society responsibility" learning goals presented in China. Through this paper, we hope to provide implications for information security-related education and textbook development research.

2005년에 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'이 새로 발표됨으로써 교재들이 새로 개발되고 있는데, 운영지침이 발표된 지 얼마 되지 않았기 때문에 새로 개발된 교재들이 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'에서 제시하는 내용 체계와 지도 내용을 실제 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 지도하고 있는지에 대한 연구가 아직 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 각 교재의 구성과 내용을 분석하여 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'에서 제시하는 내용 체계와 지도내용을 실제 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 지도하고 있는지에 대해 교재를 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the programming language teaching materials for the gifted of information with using the game. There are many curricula for teaching the information and technology to the gifted of information. There are not differences between these programs and the general IT curricula. The gifted of information has some complains about his curriculum(58/60, 96.67%). So this study developed the alternative programming language teaching materials for the gifted of information. This study concluded the effects of alternative materials for teaching programming language depend on learners' academic achievement about programming language with game activity. This study also looks forward to being able to indicate new direction to develop the teaching materials for the gifted of information.

2000년 교육인적자원부에서는 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 내놓았고, 개정의 필요성이 제기되어 2005년 12월 개정지침이 나왔다. 그러나 현재 개정에 따른 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않고, 더군다나 시대의 변화와 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성을 신장시킬 수 있는 교재가 개발되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육인적자원부가 개정한 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 교육현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 1, 2학년용 교재를 개발하게 되었다.

초등학교에서 재량활동인 컴퓨터 교재의 내용은 ICT 소양교육을 중점으로 기능 교육(한글, 파워포인트, 윈도우, 통신 등)에 대한 내용이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 특히 초등학생들은 이미 생활에서 쉽게 접하는 정보화 시스템에 익숙하여 컴퓨터를 다루는 기능은 교재의 수준을 상당히 갖추고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 초등학교에서 사용하고 있는 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재의 내용에 변화가 필요함을 나타내기 위하여, 부산광역시교육청의 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재인 '즐거운 컴퓨터'의 내용과 부산광역시 4, 5, 6학년 초등학생들의 ICT 활용기능을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과를 통하여 초등학생의 ICT 기술능력이 컴퓨터 교재의 내용을 앞서고 있음을 보이고 향후 교재내용의 변화가 있어야함을 보인다
