The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of interpersonal face-to-face offline on identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online world, and the effect of identification-based trust and reciprocity norm on the intention and behavior of sharing information in online world. To understand the moderating role, the importance of information was established as a moderating variable, and an empirical analysis was conducted, focusing on the undergraduate. The results of this study are as follows. It was found that interpersonal face-to-face in offline world affects identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online positively. A reciprocity norm of identification-based trust and reciprocity norm in online world affected by interpersonal face-to-face in offline world has a positive effect on the intention and behavior of sharing information in online, but showed that identification-based trust does not affect them significantly. And reciprocity norm has significant relationship with information sharing behavior through the intention to share information. It was found to be a partial moderating effect of importance of information on the relationship among the reciprocity norm and the intention and behavior of sharing information.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine a behavior improvement of unethical information sharing through the ethics program in organization. An unethical behavior of information sharing on organization members is to be get to private interests through divulgence of company's confidential information. An unethical information-sharing of individual is the opportunist and selfish behavior for an expansion of social capital and shows a negative ripple effect in organization. When conducting the research methods, the analysis order performs the cluster, discriminant, t-test and multiple regressions. According to the study, There are differences the behavior of unethical information sharing between opportunist and non-opportunist. The opportunist member for unethical behavior improvement required the program operation both value and compliance oriented program. Non-opportunist member required only the value-oriented program. The upcoming research needs to explore both ethics program's frequency and action of a punished person.

본 논문에서는 교사-부모간의 원활한 정보 공유를 통해 ADHD학생의 학교 적응과 학업 수행을 도울 수 있는 교사-부모간의 ADHD학생 행동 관찰 공유시스템의 프로토타입을 제안해보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 ADHD학생이 통합교육을 효율적으로 받기 위해 전제되어야 할 것이 교사와 부모의 협력인 점과 현재 교육현장에서 교사 부모 협력의 실질적 방안의 요구됨을 확인했다. 선행 연구 자료를 통해 도출한 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 설계전략을 기반으로 스토리보드를 작성하고 교사측면과 부모측면, 그리고 공유측면 시스템 기능으로 분류하여 프로토타입을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 실제 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 개발과 개발된 시스템이 교육 현장에서 어느 정도의 효용성과 이용성을 갖게 될지 검증하는 실증적 후속 연구가 필요하다고 제언한다.

최근 모바일 기기가 보급됨에 따라 모바일 기기를 활용한 상황 공유 시스템에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 상황공유를 다룬 기존 연구들은 대부분 위치를 비롯한 저수준 상황만을 공유하며 고수준 상황인 행동과 감정 공유를 효율적으로 지원하지 않고 있으며 개인정보보호 단계를 수동으로 설정해주어야하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기의 센서들로부터 수집되는 저수준 상황과 행동, 감정 등의 고수준 상황을 함께 수집하였으며 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 설계한 소셜 네트워크를 기반으로 행동, 감정, 그리고 관계를 효과적으로 보여주도록 하였다. 또한 관계정보를 바탕으로 개인정보보호 단계를 자동으로 설정해주어 친밀한 사용자에게만 자신의 상황을 공유할 수 있는 상황 공유 시스템을 설계 구축하였다. 실험에서는 실제로 구성된 모바일 소셜 네트워크에서의 관계를 바탕으로 상황 정보를 공유하는 폰북과 맵브라우저로 구성된 컨텍스트뷰어 어플리케이션을 통해 제안하는 시스템의 유용성을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the unethical information sharing by information asymmetry. I will confirm the effect of ethical dilemma, unethical intention and behavior by the information asymmetry. A research method used the structural equations. The analysis showed causal relationship that ethical dilemma and unethical intention and behaviors by the information sharing. In particular, The ethical dilemma by position level showed different from the factor between dilemma and intention. As a result, the organization should manage differently ethical issue according to position level. The contribution in this study has expended an interpretation scope of broken windows theory from social science and explained a discriminative management of the ethical dilemma by position level from the practical view. A Future study should investigate an unethical behavior reduce by information security systems.

In this study, we examined the effect of shared leadership on organizational trust, knowledge sharing, and innovative behavior. Also, it was verified that organizational trust and knowledge sharing play a mediating role in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior. Data were collected from a survey of 348 manufacturing workers in Ulsan and Gyeongju. SPSS 22 was used for frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis. AMOS 22 was used for confirmatory factor analysis to verify the validity of the variables and for covariance structure analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows. First, shared leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational trust, knowledge sharing, innovative behavior. Second, organizational trust has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Third, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovative behavior. Finally, organizational trust and knowledge sharing play a partial mediating role in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior. The result of this study suggests that organizational trust and knowledge sharing should be strengthened through shared leadership in order to increase the innovative behavior of organization members.

Recently, organizations are demanding strict information security behavior from their employees. Strict information security policies and techniques can cause information security related stress. The purpose of this study is to present the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress that reduce knowledge sharing behavior and person-organization fit. The survey was conducted to people working in organizations with information security policies and system, and the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation modeling using 309 samples. As a result of the study, person-organization fit had a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but role stress had a negative effect. And, techno-stress negatively affected the person-organization fit. Additionally, role ambiguity had a moderating effect between person-organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior. The implications of the study were to confirm the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress, and to suggest directions for minimizing negative behavior of insiders.

본 논문에서는 사용자 중심의 커뮤니티를 정의하고, 사용자의 맥락 정보를 이용한 커뮤니티 구성 방법과 맥락정보 변화에 따른 동적 커뮤니티 재구성 방법을 제안한다. 최근 유비쿼터스 스마트 공간에서 협업 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 기존 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅 관련 연구에서는 정적인 커뮤니티 구성으로 인해 사용자의 행동 변화에 따른 커뮤니티의 동적 구성이 어렵다. 따라서 커뮤니티를 사용자의 행동에 따라 구성하기 위해서는 사용자 맥락 정보를 이용하는 것이 필요하다. 제안된 방법은 사용자 중심의 정형화된 맥락 모델을 이용하여 사용자의 관심사를 추론하고 커뮤니티의 목적을 설정한다. 그리고 주기적인 사용자의 맥락 정보 감시를 통해 사용자의 행동 변화에 따라 동적으로 커뮤니티 재구성이 가능하게 한다. 커뮤니티 관리 모듈은 사용자의 맥락 정보를 이용하여 구성원들 사이의 관계성을 분석하고, 분석된 관계를 바탕으로 커뮤니티의 특성을 결정한다. 제안된 기법의 유용성을 검증하기 위해서, 맥락인식 기반의 증강현실 경험 공유 시스템을 이용하였고, 사용자의 맥락 정보의 변화에 따른 동적 커뮤니티 구성과 커뮤니티 구성원들간의 콘텐츠에 대한 선택적 공유를 실험하였다. 제안된 방법을 활용하면 선택적 공유를 위한 동적 커뮤니티 구성이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

본고는 개입 게임(Intervention Game)을 이용한 효율적인 자원공유 방법에 대해 알아본다. 무선통신과 같이 제한된 무선자원을 효과적으로 사용하기 위한 자원공유 방법으로 개입 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, 개입 장치에 의해 자원공유가 조절된다. 개입 장치는 사용자의 행동을 관찰하여 행동에 따른 처벌을 제공하는 장치로 모니터링 능력과 사용자들의 행동에 개입 할 수 있는 개입 능력으로 특정지을 수 있다. 개입 장치가 모니터링 할 수 있는 정보량과 개입량에 따라 다양한 개입 게임이 존재할 수 있으며, 개입 게임을 통해 시스템 관점에서 이상적인 자원공유를 이룰 수 있다. 본고에서는 개입 게임에 대해 알아보고, 기존의 접근 방법과의 차이점에 대해 알아본다. 또한, 개입게임을 모델링하고, 개입 게임을 사용한 간단한 통신 시나리오를 소개한다.

Sharing economy which is sharing and borrowing goods, space, and services as a social and economic activity based on the Internet and smart phones is a new research topic in convergence area. The most representative areas of shared economy are space sharing and vehicle sharing. This paper aims to explore the factors affecting sharing intention of vehicle. We have identified the independent variables which include economic benefit, social benefit, social influence, psychological benefit and perceived risk. We also have done how these variables affect on sharing intention. Unlike Korea, in China vehicle sharing is legally allowed and has a large scale economy. To prove the hypothesis, we performed questionnaire investigation in China and analyzed with SPSS program. The result of hypothesis is the followings: The economic benefit, psychological benefit, social influence and perceived risk are affects sharing intention, and social benefit is not affect sharing intention and sharing intention is affect sharing behavior.
