The purpose of this study is to investigate the concentration of plasma choline of Korean and to clarify the relationship between plasma choline concentration and choline intake. Plasma choline concentration of 30 young adults (15 males, 15 females) aged 20-30 years living in Deajeon metropolitan city are analyzed and their dietary choline intake. Choline content of one day meal was directly analyzed with the use of enzymatic method. Plasma choline concentration from more than 12 hr fasting blood was analyzed by using HPLC-MS. Choline intakes of male subjects were in the range of 253.51-1724.14 mg and those of female subjects were in the range of 240.85-938.06 mg. Mean intakes of choline were $634.53{\pm}353.68mg$ in male subjects and $473.99{\pm}183.76mg$ in female subjects. Plasma choline concentration of total subjects was in the range of 5.08-14.01 ${\mu}mol/L$. Mean plasma choline concentration was $9.19{\pm}2.05{\mu}mol/L$ in male subjects and $8.11{\pm}1.70{\mu}mol/L$ in female subjects. Plasma choline concentration did not show significant correlation with choline intake in male and total subjects, but showed positive correlation with choline intake in female subjects (p<0.05). This result shows that more studies on large scaled samples are needed.

Purpose: As laptop use increases throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and its use outside of traditional workstations proliferates, it is imperative to expand the limited research available regarding ergonomic exposure. This study aimed to identify the effects of a laptop supporter on biomechanical characteristics in the wrist joint muscles of healthy young adults. Methods: This was a cross-sectional observational study design with thirty-four healthy young adults as participants. They conducted a typing exercise performed under two different conditions, which were with and without a notebook computer supporter. This study measured the biomechanical characteristics of the muscles of the wrist joints including the flexor carpi ulnaris (FCU), the flexor carpi radialis (FCR), the extensor carpi radialis longus (ECRL), and the extensor carpi ulnaris (ECU). Measurements were taken three times: before typing, immediately after typing for 30 minutes with a supporter, and immediately after typing for 30 minutes without a supporter. The statistical method to compare the three different measurement conditions was the repeated measures ANOVA. Results: The participants showed significantly different levels of dynamic stiffness in both the FCU before typing and immediately after 30 minutes of typing with a supporter, and showed significantly different levels of dynamic stiffness in the FCR before typing and immediately after 30 minutes of typing with a supporter. The dynamic stiffness level immediately after 30 minutes of typing without a supporter was significantly different than that immediately after 30 minutes of typing with a supporter. However, the muscle tone was not significantly different among the three different conditions. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that a laptop supporter used to correct the eye level of the electronic screen increases the dynamic stiffness of the wrist joint flexors, so it is necessary to consider the neutral position of the wrist joint during typing.

본 연구는 중국의 모바일 결제에서 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구이다. 최근 5G 네트워크의 발전과 스마트폰의 보급은 모바일 결제 발전에 기초를 제공해서 모바일 결제 기술 발전이 빠른 상승세를 보인다. 모바일 결제는 간편성과 이동성 등 다양한 특징이 있어서 사람들에게 특히 젊은 층에 어필하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국의 20-30대 모바일 결제 사용자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 회귀분석을 통해 확인하였다. 이 연구는 모바일 결제 기술에 관한 선행 연구와 사용자의 사용 경험에 초점을 두고 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 파악하였으며, 중국 모바일 결제 발전에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing nicotine dependence among male college students intending to quit smoking on the basis of the PRECEDE model. Methods: A cross-sectional survey of smokers, enrolled at the Smoking Cessation Support Center in W city in Korea was conducted between September 2015 and December 2016. Data was analyzed using the SPSS program for descriptive statistics, bivariate analyses, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The mean score of nicotine dependence was determined to be 2.9. Tobacco craving (β =.34, p<.001), social smoking (β =-.23, p=.004), allowance (β =.22, p=.010) and age of smoking initiation (β =-.20, p=.022) were factors that predicted nicotine dependence of male college students. The final model explained 28.3% of the variation in nicotine dependence (adjusted R2=.28), and was significant (F=7.22, p<.001). Conclusions: We determined that to support smoking cessation, it is necessary to develop anti-smoking programs that consider the social and cultural factors of male college students as well as their personal psychological characteristics.

정보기술의 발전과 다양한 관련 서비스의 보급으로, 5G와 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 같은 새로운 서비스를 통해 소비자들의 일상생활에 변화가 발생하고, 유통경로 및 비즈니스 패러다임의 디지털화 전환이 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 특히 클라우드 서비스의 정보 저장 및 관리 기능은 20-30대의 이용자들을 중심으로 널리 사용되고 보편화되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 클라우드 서비스의 수용 관련 사회적 요인을 중심으로, 새로운 기술에 대한 소비자들의 이용의도를 분석하고자, 20-30대의 젊은 소비자를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 클라우드 서비스의 수용 관련 사회적 요인과 소비자가 클라우드 서비스의 이용의도의 영향관계를 검증하였고, 사회적 요인과 이용의도 간의 영향관계에서 지각된 용이성의 부분 및 완전 매개효과도 검증하였다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스의 안정적이고 지속가능발전을 위한 시사점을 제시하는데 연구적 의의가 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 전방머리자세를 가진 젊은 성인을 대상으로 슬링뉴렉안정화운동이 중재방법이 통증 및 목뼈 앞굽음각, 중력중심선에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구의 대상자는 슬링뉴렉안정화운동그룹(SNSEG) 10명, 통제그룹(CC) 10명으로 선정하였으며, 8주간 주3회 70분간 실시하였다. 이 연구 결과 슬링뉴렉안정화운동은 통증은 감소(p<.001), 목뼈 앞굽음각은 증가(p<.001)와 중력중심선은 감소에(p<.01) 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 이상의 결과 종합해 보면 슬링뉴렉안정화운동은 속근육(LM)군의 고유수용성감각 개선 및 근활성화에 효과적이며, 대근육(GM)군과 공동활성화하여 앞굽은각과 중력중심선에 개선에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 깊은목굽힘근과 뒤통수밑근의 재활성화는 통증 조절과 자세 정렬에 중요한 요소로 전방머리자세 개선시킬 수 있는 효과적인 중재방법으로 제안한다.

본 연구는 고령층 고객이 스마트 웨어러블 기기를 사용하는 경험을 탐색함으로써, 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 전체 고객 중에서 고령층이 차지하는 비중은 나날이 늘어나고 있고, 이들은 점차로 스마트 기기를 보다 적극적으로 사용하고 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 고령층은 상대적으로 젊은 세대에 비해 스마트 기기 활용에 있어 어려움을 겪는다고 알려져 있으나, 본 연구를 통해 사용과정에서 심리적 메커니즘을 규명함으로써, 고령층 이용자가 보다 편리하고 즐겁게 관련 기기를 사용하는데 도움을 주고, 기업 실무자들이 이를 적극적으로 서비스 및 제품 개발에 응용할 수 있게 하고자 한다. 특히 사용편의성, 도전감, 자기효능감 등과 같이 스마트 기기 이용과정에서 주요하게 작용하는 변수들간의 인과관계를 규명으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다.

폐의 랑게르한스 조직구 증식증은 드문 질환으로 주로 흡연력이 있는 젊은 성인 남성에서 발생한다. 이번 증례 보고는 폐 랑게르한스 조직구 증식증 2예에 대한 보고이며 이들은 모두 초기 검사에서 비전형적인 영상 소견을 보였다. 흉부 전산화단층촬영에서 폐 랑게르한스 조직구 증식증은 질환의 침범 정도와 시기에 따라 다양한 소견을 보일 수 있으며, 때로 악성 질환을 포함한 다른 중요 폐 질환들과 감별이 필요하고 영상 진단에 어려움을 줄 수 있다. 따라서, 이번 증례 보고를 통하여 폐 랑게르한스 조직구 증식증의 초기 및 비전형적인 영상 소견을 숙지함으로써 정확한 영상 진단에 도움을 주고 불필요하고 침습적인 검사를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

기쿠치병은 주로 아시아에 거주하는 젊은 여성에서 경부 림프절 비대와 열을 주소로 나타나는 조직구 괴사성 림프절염이며 자연적으로 치유되는 양성질환이다. 기쿠치병이 전형적으로 발현하는 위치가 아닌 림프절에서 발생하면 진단이 어려워지고 악성 질환으로 오인되기도 한다. 저자들은 2주간 지속되는 발열을 주소로 내원하여 시행한 초음파와 CT, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET/CT에서 비장 종대와 경부, 액와부, 복강, 후복강, 서혜부 림프절 비대를 보여 림프종을 의심하였던 15세 여자 환아 증례를 보고한다. 복강 림프절 절제술로 기쿠치병을 진단하였다. 이후, 환자는 스테로이드로 보존적인 치료를 받고 발열 증상이 호전되어 퇴원하였다.

본 연구는 성역할 정체성 및 성역할 불일치가 남성과 여성의 외모만족도와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 일치이론, 양성성 이론, 남성성 이론, 자아불일치 이론 등이 성역할이 외모만족도와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향의 예측을 위해 고찰되었다. 자료수집을 위해서는 서울과 수도권에 거주하는 20-40세의 남성 125명과 여성 197명이 편의표집 되었다. 공변량 구조분석으로 분석한 결과, 남성의 경우, 외모만족도와 자아존중감모두 지각된 남성성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 비하여, 여성들의 경우, 외모만족도에는 지각된 여성성, 여성성 불일치, 남성성 불일치가 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아존중감에는 지각된 여성성, 지각된 남성성, 여성성 불일치, 남성성 불일치가 영향을 미쳤다. 신체질량지수는 여성 경우에만 자아존중감에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구의 곁과는 여성과 남성에 대한 사회적 기대의 차이를 반영하는 것으로, 신체이미지 카운슬러 등의 실무자들이 젊은 여성들의 자아존중감과 외모만족도를 고양하는 데 중요한 시사점이 될 수 있을 것이다.
