The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of transformative learning and the meaning and process of learning. Transformative learning explains that learning takes place in three aspects. First, Instrumental learning takes place in the process of acquiring knowledge based on facts, such as hypothesis testing. Secondly, Communicative learning recognizes the meaning of other people's thoughts or social norms, cultures and values through language. Thirdly, emancipatory learning makes through critical self-reflection by understanding oneself on the basis of psychological and cultural assumptions. The implications of outplacement convergence education, is that main purpose of outplacement education is to build theory and shift the perspective to learning conversion in general operation practice. The content of the outplacement convergence education is that it should shift from instrumental learning to communicative and emancipatory learning.

Convertible bonds are financial products that contain the nature of both bonds and shares, which are generally issued by companies with lower credit ratings to increase liquidity. Conversion bonds rely on qualitative judgment in the past, although decision-making on whether and when to exercise the right to convert is the most important issue. Therefore, this paper proposes to apply artificial neural network techniques to scientifically determine the exercise of conversion rights. We distinguish between a total of 1,800 learning data published in the past and 200 predictive experimental data and build an artificial neural network learning model. As a result, the parity performance in most groups was excellent, achieving an average excess of about 10% or more. In particular, groups 3-6 recorded an average excess of about 20% and group 6 recorded an average excess of about 37%. This paper is meaningful in that it focused on solving decision problems by converging and applying machine learning techniques, a representative technology of the fourth industry, to the financial sector.

시대적 변화에 따른 경력성공의 관점이 변화하고 있지만 다수의 연구들은 창업과 취업을 분리하여 연구되어 왔다. 또한 환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 개인 가치관의 변화에 따라 평생 직장의 개념이 사라졌으며 전 생애에 걸친 학습의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 학습의 형태는 기존의 지식을 전달하는 형태에서 다양하게 변화해왔다. 교실 수업의 형태는 팀활동과 미디어 활용을 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 교실 밖 수업에서는 자율적인 동아리 활동이나 커뮤니티의 참여 등을 통해 역량을 향상시키는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 개인의 경력은 인생에 걸친 학습과 일에 관련된 경험 및 행동과 연관된 태도로부터 발생한다. 이러한 경력을 이끌어가는 태도는 새로운 환경속에서 즉각적인 요구를 받아들이는 적응학습과 새로운 행동 및 지식을 유발하는 생성학습, 그리고 상호작용 패턴 인식을 통해 새로운 시도를 하는 전환학습을 지속적으로 일으킨다. 또한 이러한 무형식 학습들은 취업과 연계 될 뿐만 아니라 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 척도로 하는 프론티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 확인함으로서 기존의 취업역량과 연결시켜왔던 연구에 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 무형식학습 활동을 매개변인으로 투입하여 학습 과정에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 학습의 효과를 확인하여 변화된 교육형태의 중요성을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 이에 더해 스마트미디어를 활용하는 능력인 스마트미디어 리터러시와 팀 학습을 지향하는 팀학습 선호도를 조절효과로 보아 분석함으로서 스마트미디어활용 학습과 팀학습의 형태로 변화하고 있는 교육 현장의 특성을 함께 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 교육과 경력 환경의 변화의 중심에 서있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석하고자 한다.

급격한 교육 환경 변화와 정보 통신망의 보급.확대로 학교 교육의 정보통신 활용 학습 체제로의 전환이 가속화되고 있는 시대적 요청에 부응하여 가장 쉽게 인터넷에 접속할 수 있으면서, 학습자들이 흥미를 갖는 웹 기반 모듈형 교수.학습 자료를 개발하였다. 모듈형 웹 자료를 개발하고. 이를 교수.학습 활동에 적용하여 수업을 진행 한 결과 학습자들의 학습에 대한 흥미도와 학습 내용의 이해도 및 학업 성취도를 고취시켰으며, 또한 자기 주도적 탐구 학습이 가능하여 과학과 탐구 학습 수행 능력이 크게 향상되었다.

This study purposed to examine the effects of the Feuerstein's cognitive mediated learning for gifted children on attention control and attention shift. For the study, 40 gifted students were chosen from the 3rd graders in elementary schools and divided into test and control groups using K-WISC-III and Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking. The mediated learning program that is targeted to improve the executive functions of gifted children has used the tools of Organization of Dots, Analytic Perception and Comparisons among Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment(FIE). According to the results of this study, a significant improvement has been observed in selective attention, self-control, sustained attention, and attention shift through cognitive mediated learning. Therefore, it has been proven that the cognitive mediated learning is effective in reducing gifted children's problematic behaviors that are caused by a lack of attention control and attention shift and improving their cognitive functions and potentials.

The 7th national curriculum requires the paradigmatic shift in education from teacher-centered to student-centered instruction. But, teachers beliefs on instruction have not been changed during implementing of the mathematics textbooks based on the curriculum. More exactly speaking, they are changed very slowly. Therefore, some beliefs they should establish in order for them to implement it were discussed: Perspectives of students' intelligent ability, learning goal for the every lesson, the passibility of teaching contents involved in the national curriculum, the size of classroom, and students' achievements.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨링과 네트워킹 환경이 준비됨에 따라 교육 분야에서도 새로운 환경에 적합한 교육학습 시스템에 대한 준비가 필요하다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 단순히 새로운 기술을 교육학습 분야에 적용하는 것이 아니라 사고방식과 대상을 바꾸는 패러다임의 전환이 필요하다. 분야에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 단계적으로 적용하여야 한다. 기존의 e-learning에서는 지능시스템이 교육학습 분야에 적용될 수 있는 부분이 한정되어 있었다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 맞춤형 학습 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 기본 환경이 제공하기 위하여 유비퀴터스 환경의 하부 단위에서 증강현실(augmented reality) 기술, 지능형 학습 기술들을 도출하고 적용 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to present and review the possible effect of the learning paradigm shift from traditional method to ubiquitous learning, the societal issues that need to be address in order to design a new pedagogical platform trending from e-learning to m-learning and now the u-learning. That without the proper study of how learning environment may affect the learning process of an individual will lead to poor quality of education. This new era of learning environment offer a big opportunity for "anytime, anywhere" learning. Thus, Lifelong learning is at hand of everyone. Maximizing the benefit of new trend will be a great help and addressing the limitations will lead to quality education. The components that comprise the ubiquitous learning are also discussed together with the technologies that will make it possible. The research learning domains that are in progress which shows that the interest in pervasive or lifelong learning attracted the interest of many research institutions. The types of learning mode and learning modalities are also briefly discussed in this paper.
