This paper presents the digitally implementable methods to preserve and restore the traditional wooden buildings, which are the typical "Korean Cultural Contents," by using computer and multimedia technologies. We first define the meaning of the digital implementation of Korean traditional wooden buildings and important points to be considered. In addition, we present the steps and methods for implementation. Furthermore, we considered wooden materials, structures and Danchung (patterns of paintings on the wooden pieces) in implementing of Gongpo (wooden structure system) for both Geunjeongjeon of Gyeongbok Palace and Injungjeon of Changduk Palace by using the presented methods. We present the mechanical method to digitally implement wooden buildings by using numerical ratios of Gongpo. The other advantage of this paper over the other studies, which focus on implementation of exterior of wooden buildings, is presenting the methods how to show the complicated relations of inner parts in Korea wooden buildings. Thus, it can be practically used in preserving and restoring Korean traditional wooden buildings.

Korean picture books have been recognized for their value as cultural products in the international publication markets. As results of analysis of publishing situation of Korea picture books that have been introduced in the inside and outside of the country, knowledge information picture books for education are mainly exported to China, and picture books of traditional culture and books about Korean emotions to Japan and France. Specially in France, fantasy picture books in various genres and themes, and picture books with various attempts expanded the boundary to children's literature have been introduced. Based on this situation, Korean Libraries can discuss and present their roles and extensional plans of picture books as reading contents and also fine cultural contents in other country.

본 논문은 안동 여성독립운동가들의 항일투쟁과 독립운동가 가족들의 삶의 이야기를 통해지역공동체를 복원할 수 있는 지역문화 콘텐츠 활용 방안으로 첫째, 안동 독립운동에 대한 강좌형 체험프로그램 개발, 둘째, 독립운동 전통마을의 테마파크화, 셋째, 지역독립운동 해설사 콘텐츠 개발, 넷째, 지역독립운동 콘텐츠의 축제화를 제안한다.

Every nation and every people has its own tradition and culture that have uniquely developed throughout history. In due course, such tradition and culture form a design DNA serving as the fountainhead of various creative activities. This paper is basically a general investigation on the traditional cultural legacy focused on the unique design DNA characteristic of the Korean culture. In particular, presenting the examples of innovation and creativity in the Korean traditional design, it attempts to analyze them from the perspective of following criteria: efficiency, purposefulness, aesthetics, and simplicity. The analysis confirms the fact that design is one of the important culture content resulted from its interaction with history and culture, which includes the influences of neighboring countries and cultures.

중국은 다양한 소수민족으로 구성된 국가이다. 이처럼 풍부하고 다채로운 소수 민족문화는 애니메이션 창작 분야에서 무궁무진한 작품 소재로 사용되고 있다. 1980년대에 위구르족의 민간소재를 바탕으로 제작 된 스톱모션 애니메이션인 <아반티 이야기, 1979>는 위구르족의 문화와 전통을 잘 표현하였다. 이에, 본 논문은 스톱모션 애니메이션 기법으로 제작된 <아반티 이야기, 1979>에서 어떻게 위구르족의 문화와 전통 의상을 표현하고 중국문화와 연관성이 있는지, 그리고, 문화원형을 어떻게 현대적으로 해석하였는지 알아보고자 한다.

린 화이민의 작품을 왜 대만 문화의 상징이라고 하는가. 린 화이민의 작품세계는 대만의 문화를 흡수하는 것을 목표로 삼았다. 린 화이민의 작품에 대한 분석과, 무용평론가들의 견해를 통해 린 화이민의 작품 스타일은 전기와 후기의 두 단계로 나뉜다. 전기에는 쌀, 사진, 분향이라는 세 가지 주요 요소들을 활용해 대만의 풍토에 대한 인식을 알리는 것을 목표로 작품 작업을 진행했다. 후기에는 주로 작품에 중국 특색을 띈 태극관, 무술, 서예 등을 도입해 창작에 영양을 받는 등 중국 문화를 구현하기 위해 개인적인 스타일을 만들었다. 따라서 린 화이민의 작품은 대만 문화의 결실을 농축하고 전통문화를 살리는 수단이 되기도 했다.

Crafts in our country designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property. Are protected, but not being utilized less than in everyday life. But now that the culture industry has important strategic and cultural factors that influence the competitiveness of the industrial era was. So on the activation of traditional crafts growing interest and demand, but the nature of traditional crafts are still several issues that are faced. Of course, for the protection and industrial policies and institutional mechanisms, but not without a very negative and is weak. Therefore, preservation of traditional crafts and industrial use of the technology to effectively carry out two tasks have the policy should be sought from every angle. In this study, the kind of important intangible cultural heritage of the traditional craft techniques from various angles by category, by systematically analyze the characteristics of modern man with the utilization of real-world craftsmanship with the highest tradition of finding and preserving traditional craft skills in the limit popular and can be out of the technology industry as a potential development is proposed.

The traditional markets representing the lives of ordinary people have been pivotal in retail markets for a long time, but they suffer from deterioration due to the downturns of competitiveness caused by the inactive confrontation with changes of life styles and the large retailers' marketing territories. Recently the efforts to vitalize the traditional markets are widely developed, and this research will cover the necessity of such activation through the use of market competitiveness and cultural properties which have the social and cultural functionalities. By analyzing the case of Namhang market in Busan, this study suggests the specific activation measures in the aspects of hardware, software, human ware, and a joint venture.

Korean wave 3.0 is focused on 'K-Culture' which includes traditional culture, cultural art as well as existing culture contents as a keyword. It considers everything about Korean culture as materials of Korean wave culture contents. Since Korean wave culture contents reflect contemporary social aspect, it needs to preserve those contents as archives and records which have the important value of evidence. With this social environment, this study aims to implement RMS based on AtoM that manages various kinds of Korean wave culture contents through analysis of management situation of those materials. Recently, it is in progress individually to manage them through organizations dealing with korean cultures such as K-Pop, K-Food, K-Movie. However, it has problems in accumulating information and reproducing high quality contents because of lack of coordination among organizations. To solve the problems, this study proposed RMS based on open source software Access to Memory(AtoM) for managing and recording Korean wave culture contents. AtoM provides various functions for managing records and archives such as accumulation, classification, description and browsing. Furthermore AtoM is for free as open source software and easy to implement and use. Thus, this study implemented RMS based on AtoM to methodically manage korean wave culture contents by functional requirements of RMS. Also, this study considered contents relating K-Food as an object to collect, classify, and describe. To describe it, this study selected ISAD(G) standard.

In this era of globalization, people's knowledge and cultural aesthetics are strongly influenced by the cultures of different countries, and diversified art forms have broken the traditional art framework, so how to stick to the essence of the country's traditional culture and make it inherited has became an important issue that cannot be ignored in the development of music today. Tan Dun, as one of the representative figures of Chinese contemporary music, has brought important inspirations to the development of Chinese music. With bold and free conceptions, innovative personality, unique Chinese tradition and international perspective. With a spirit of breaking down the barriers between tradition and modernity, East and West, and a concept of integrating multiple cultures into one, he has become a unique figure in the world of music. As researchers in composition, not only do we take on the responsibility of passing on Chinese culture, but we also need to explore the future development direction of Chinese music. Therefore, this paper takes Tan Dun's four traditional musical elements of organic music, Buddhist culture, witchcraft beliefs, folk songs and opera in his works and examines how Tan Dun perfectly blends traditional Chinese music culture with contemporary music language. And explore how the domestic traditional culture co-exists with modernity in today's diverse world.
