The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of nursing ethics education on ethical values, nursing professional intuition and biomedical ethics of nursing students. Data collection period was from December 2, 2017 to December 31, 2017 and the data were collected from 186 nursing college students at 2 universities. Data were analyzed by t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The average score for the ethics values was 3.08±0.33 points. the average score of nursing professionalism was 3.22±0.84. The average score of consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.86±0.22. It is necessary to develop case-centered textbooks in order to raise the competence to apply ethics management about biomedical issues in the course program of nursing ethics to improve the awareness of biomedical ethics for nursing college students.

This study was performed to investigate the relations on nursing professionalism, consciousness of biomedical ethics and intrapersonal intelligence of nursing students. The study included 159 nursing students. Data collection period was from December 3, 2018 to December 7 (5 days). Nursing professionalism was 3.97 with low social awareness and consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.95 with high right to life of newborn and organ transplantation but low artificial abortion and euthanasia. Intrapersonal intelligence was 3.79, which showed high self reflection and self-understanding but low self-planning. There was significant positive correlation between nursing professionalism and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.31, p<.001) and nursing professionalism and intrapersonal intelligence(r=.39, p<.001). Nursing professionalism showed a positive correlation with biomedical ethics and intrapersonal intelligence. As a result, the nursing education strategy for positive establishment of nursing professionalism of nursing college students needs to be provided with education to improve intrapersonal intelligence that can improve self-development and education that deals with the foundation of Nursing professionalism.

Radiologist image perceived by radiology students plays important role for them in establishing a positive Radiology professionalism as well as having a satisfaction on their job. Thus, this study was conducted to examine the image of Radiologist perceived by both radiology students. Q-methodology was used for this study. 110 Q statements were extracted from qualitative survey from 110 radiology students. The selected statements were reviewed and revised by experts and 33 Q samples were finally selected. Then, 30 radiology students were recruited for this study and were asked to arrange the statement cards on a 9 point scale, which shaped a normal distribution. The data were then analyzed by using PQ method program. As a result, two types of Radiologist's images were explored: 'professional technology type', 'safety of patient type' The results of this study will be helpful to provide the direction that we have to pursue regarding educational and political perspectives.

The purpose of this study was attempted to determine the effect of nursing professionalism and self-leadership on long-term work intentions for graduated nursing students. The subjects of this study were 217 graduated nursing students located in W city, and a structured questionnaire was used for the data collection period from November 29 to December 3, 2021. For data analysis, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression using SAS 9.4 program. As a result of the study, the biggest influence factors on the long-term work intention of graduated nursing students were nursing professionalism and major satisfaction, followed by career planning, and explanatory power was 34.3%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and operate various programs in the field of nursing education in order to improve the long-term intention of nursing students in graduation year. However, this study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to improve the long-term work intentions of nursing students in graduation year after identifying the level of long-term work intentions and checking factors affecting them.

Purpose : This study was done to identify the relationship among Self-esteem, Nursing professional values, Organizational commitment in a diploma nursing students. Method : A descriptive research design was used in this study. The participants were 287 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between May 23 and May 27, 2015. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 17.0 Program, which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Result : The nursing students investigated a mean of 4.07 and 3.93 on self-esteem and Nursing professional values respectively. They attained a mean of 3.75 on organizational commitment. There were positive correlation between self-esteem, nursing professional values and organizational commitment for nursing students. Two factors explained 47.2% of organizational commitment of nursing students. Conclusion : It is necessary to enhance positive organizational commitment to improve Self-esteem and Nursing professional values in clinical practice of nursing students. Also,

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between image of nurses and nursing professional values in nursing students. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire using convenient sampling methods survey from 147 students enrolled in the nursing department from March 11 to March 22, 2013. There was a significant difference in the image of nurses on the club activities, satisfaction with major, satisfaction with college life. There was a significant difference in the nursing professional values according to the satisfaction with major. Image of nurses has positively correlation with nursing professional values. 'Social participation' domain of image of nurses has a strong positive correlation with nursing professional values. 'Self concept of profession' domain of nursing professional values has a strong positive correlation with image of nurses. Therefore, it is thought that developing various teaching strategies, promoting club activities, paying attention to the student, and guiding them for raising degree of satisfaction with major and college life would be helpful to improve nurse' image and nursing professional values of nursing students.

The study were to identify the effect of ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support on department satisfaction in nursing students. Data were collected from April to May 2017 from 272 nursing students. The study tools were ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support, department satisfaction. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The result showed that the difference in department satisfaction relating to general characteristics were significant for reason for choosing a department, student activity, academic record. The correlation among ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support, department satisfaction were significant, and the significant factors influencing department satisfaction in nursing students were social support, nursing professionalism, ego-resilience. It is necessary to find ways to improve the department satisfaction through the activities that can enhance the social support, nursing professionalism, and ego-resilience of nursing students. This will help them adjust to college life.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of perceived social support and interpersonal competence on the effects of covert narcissism on nursing professionalism of nursing students. For this purpose, 375 nursing students from three colleges in J province were sampled for convenience. The result of this study were as follows: First, the fix indexed of causal model among covert narcissism, nursing professionalism, perceived social support and interpersonal competence were identified suitably. Second, covert narcissism of nursing students directly affected interpersonal competence and perceived social support, which was statistically significant. Third, interpersonal competence showed mediating effects in relationship between covert narcissism and nursing professionalism. Fourth, the interpersonal competence of nursing students directly affected perceived social support and nursing professionalism. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to develop an intervention program that can enhance interpersonal competence in order to strengthen nursing professionalism of nursing students.

This study is to investigate the factors in which self-leadership and self-efficacy influence learning outcomes for beauty college students. The subjects of the study were 115 male and female college students in the first and second grades attending beauty colleges in the D region from November 22nd to December 1st, 2021, of which 100 copies were finally SPSS.WIN 24.0 program was used. First, it was verified that the self-leadership of beauty students had a direct effect on learning outcomes. Second, it was investigated that self-leadership and self-efficacy, which influence the learning outcomes of beauty students, had a very important effect. Third, it was found that the self-efficacy of beauty college students had a significant influence on learning outcomes.
