  • 기존의 디지털 계전기 교육/훈련 방법은 적절한 교육용 소프트웨어 및 기기의 부재로 인해 교육을 받는 훈련생들을 단기간 내에 이해시키는데 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구의 목적은 GUI 환경에서 다양한 모의 고장 발생, 모의 고장 시나리오의 입력, 편집 수정, 삭제가 가능하고 디지털 계전기의 교육/훈련 기능과 함께 훈련 결과의 평가와 훈련일지의 작성 기능을 포함하는 디지털 계전기 시뮬레이터의 개발이다. 본 논문에서는 고장종류, 고장발생 각, 고장거리, 데이터의 샘플수에 따라 EMTP를 이용하여 모의한 후, 디지털 신호 처리를 이용하여 직류 성분과 고조파 성분을 제거하고, 기본파 성분을 추출한다. 그리고 추출된 데이터를 사용하여 임피던스 궤적을 도시하고. 그 결과를 사용자에게 보여주도록 하였다. 특히, GUI 환경으로 구성하여 알고리즘의 수행과정을 보다 쉽게 이해하고. 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 교육/훈련의 효과가 극대화되도록 하였다.

  • The paper contains design formulas and an execution algorithm for calculation of distributed parameters as well as wave and impedance parameters of a uniform transmission line using data of the line input impedance measurements by the OPEN-SHORT method. In difference from published before works on the OPEN-SHORT method application for line parameters determination, in which the lines with small losses are considered /1-3/, the obtained formulas allow to calculate parameters of transmission lines with arbitrary losses. It opens new possibilities of the OPEN-SHORT method utilization for development and application of the probe - type lossy dielectric media parameters meters based on transmission lines, including probe-type moisture material meters.

  • Bias and frequency-dependent impedance is a technique for the investigation of complex conductivity. At low frequency, complex impedance is dominated by resistive component, and at high frequency by capacitive component. We are going to present the results of the bias and frequency-dependent complex impedance in the device structure of $ITO/Alq_3/Al$ in the temperature range between 10K and 300k. And we will show to change radius of Cole-Cole plot. It will be decrease resistance by temperature. Also equivalent electrical circuit and dielectric relaxation can be accomplished by using the complex impedance analysis.

  • Complex impedances with frequency and voltage variation were analyzed in ITO/$Alq_3$/Al device structure at thickness 100 nm and 200 nm of $Alq_3$, respectively. At low frequency, complex impedance is mostly expressed by resistive component, and at the high frequency by capacitive component. Also, we have evaluated resistance, capacitance and permittivity.

  • To develop the highly sensitive Magneto-Impedance sensor, the amorphous ribbon was micro-processed to meander type sensor pattern and the filter circuit was constructed with this pattern. Its external magnetic field dependence of impedance and the output properties of the filter circuit were investigated. The impedance of the pattern had a peak value at the magnetic field of 10 Oe and its changing ratio was about 280%. The impedance change per unit magnetic field was about 36%, in which the output with high sensitivity and linearity could be obtained. The output sensitivity was about 7%/Oe at bias field of 6 Oe..

  • 격자전극을 가진 질화탄소막을 이용하여 새로운 습도센서를 개발하였다. 결정성 질화탄소막의 감습 특성을 조사하고, 광범위한 상대습도($10%\sim90%$)에 대해 민감한 임피던스와 커패시턴스 의존도를 보였다. 특히 격자전극은 습기의 자유로운 흡 탈착을 용이 하게 하여 센서의 히스테리시스를 줄였다. 또한, 질화탄소막은 물리, 화학적으로 안정한 물질이므로 고온, 고습 및 화학적으로 열악한 환경 속에서도 뛰어난 특성 을 나타내었다.

  • When measuring impedance of electronic component and so on, even the small size can reject the interference to shielding object. But, the interference through human body is grown when measuring bioimpedance without establishing shield specially. Consequently, when measuring bioimpedance in this paper, it proposed impedance measurement method to take advantage of spread spectrum technology, so that can reject the interference without establishing shield specially. Spread spectrum impedance measurement method to propose in this paper can reject the interference signal that occurring from medical instruments in the human body, the interference signal that is flowed in from surrounding environment when measuring impedance. It improved SJR(signal to jamming ratio) about 22dB than conventional method that actually realize and experiment spread spectrum impedance measurement method.

  • This study focused on the characteristics of single crystal solar cell using the impedance technique. In this experiment, the impedance was measured according to frequency's from 1mHz until 2MHz. The solar cell is R-L-C series circuit. Capacitance reactance was changed according to changing from low frequency to high frequency. It could know that the impedance was changed according to the frequency increases in solar cell.

  • Line to ground faults or lightning strikes in electrical power systems produce high frequency overvoltages. With this reason, a wide band analysis of the ground impedance is necessary. In the paper, design of a wideband ground impedance meter which can measure the ground impedance in ranges from 65 Hz to 1.5 MHz is described. Also, a noise elimination method by a digital band-pass filter during measurement is proposed. The maximum measurement error of the meter is estimated 3 % in full ranges.

  • 3상 4선식 수용가 설비에서는 부하와 임피던스의 불평형에 의해 전압불평형이 발생한다. 전압불평형은 전압의 크기뿐만 아니라 위상각에 따라 달라진다. 약간의 전압불평형은 높은 전류 불평형으로 이어지는데 단상 부하와 3상 부하가 공유되고 있는 저압배전 설비에서 전압불평형이 발생할 경우 유도전동기는 전류불평형의 증가로 손실 및 소음 증가와 토크 맥동을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 대칭 및 비대칭 전압불평형율의 크기에 따라 유도전동기에 나타나는 현상을 해석하고자 한다.
